नई दिल्ली : राजस्थान सियासत में चल रहे घमासान के बीच बहुजन समाज पार्टी (बसपा) के छह विधायकों के कांग्रेस में विलय के मामले में राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट में सुनवाई 13 अगस्त तक टल गई है। जस्टिस महेंद्र कुमार गोयल ने कहा कि अब अगली सुनवाई 13 तारीख को होगी। भाजपा विधायक मदन दिलावर व बसपा महासचिव सतीश मिश्रा की ओर से दायर याचिका पर सुनवाई पूरी नहीं होने पर अगली सुनवाई 13 अगस्त तक ताल दे गयी | याचिका में दलील है कि जब तक कोर्ट का आखिरी फैसला नहीं आता, तब तक बसपा विधायकों को विधानसभा की कार्यवाही में शामिल नहीं होने दिया जाए। दिलावर ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में भी अपील कर रखी है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में भी इस मामले की सुनवाई 13 अगस्त तक टल गई।

दिलावर की अपील है कि बसपा विधायकों के कांग्रेस में शामिल होने की मंजूरी के लिए स्पीकर ने 18 सितंबर 2019 को जो आदेश दिया था, उस पर रोक लगाई जाए। खुद बसपा ने भी इस मामले को चुनौती दे रखी है। उसकी अपील है कि अर्जी हाईकोर्ट से सुप्रीम कोर्ट में ट्रांसफर की जाए। सभी 6 विधायकों को विधानसभा के फ्लोर टेस्ट में किसी भी पार्टी के पक्ष में वोटिंग से भी रोका जाए।

इस बीच, बसपा विधायकों के कांग्रेस में विलय में मामले हाईकोर्ट में एक और याचिका दायर हुई है। एडवोकेट हेमंत नाहटा की तरफ से दायर याचिका में इन विधायकों को विधानसभा परिसर में प्रवेश देने पर ही रोक लगाने की मांग की गई है। याचिका में विलय को रद करने और विधानसभा अध्यक्ष द्वारा दी गई मंजूरी के आदेश को निरस्त करने के साथ ही विधायकों को अयोग्य घोषित करने की मांग की गई है।

Ajmer - the city that reverberates with Sufi chants

Ajmer is one of the oldest cities in the state of Rajasthan in India, with its origin traced back to the 12 th century.  Apart from its historical and natural attractions, it is famous for its pilgrimage site. This city is around 130 kms from Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan.
