Earned Wage Access: The Need Of The Hour!
In today's fast-paced and unpredictable world, financial stability and flexibility have become more crucial than ever. Many individuals find themselves facing unexpected expenses or financial gaps between paychecks, leading to financial stress and hardship. However, a transformative solution known as Earned Wage Access (EWA) has emerged to address this pressing need. EWA allows employees to access a portion of their earned wages before the traditional payday, providing them with greater control over their finances and bridging the gap between financial obligations and income. It has quickly gained recognition as a game-changing financial tool, revolutionizing the way employees manage their cash flow.
Even though payday loans have been around for longer, they are for a different purpose and are plagued with predatory pricing with very high-interest rates. The annual percentage rate for payday loans can range from 36 percent to 730 percent, depending on the tenure of the loan.
With the need for financial flexibility at an all-time high, EWA has become the need of the hour, empowering employees and transforming the way wages are accessed and utilized.

Business Intelligence vs. Enterprise Resource Planning: Know the Difference
Tumblr media
In today’s data driven world, businesses are increasingly using advanced analytical tools to achieve superior results. This is where an advanced cloud-based business intelligence platform has become a key enabler for modern enterprises. It is often compared with other data tools such as spreadsheets, CRM systems and most important the ERP software. While each of these tools have their utility, it is only business intelligence platform and ERP solutions that truly come head to head when we have to decide which is better. Having said that, even if both cloud ERP and business intelligence solutions are essential for any business, there are some distinct differences between the two. Let’s explore those in this article:
What is Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is the overarching system that typically combines different software and databases that are used by different departments in an organization. It enables combining the different systems into a single platform that maintains a central database.
Now let’s take a look at how Business Intelligence Platform is different from ERP!
Strategic vs operational – Business intelligence platforms are high-end tools which business analysts use to generate specific insights that facilitate well-informed business decisions. These are strategic decisions which will help in financial, product development, revenue, profitability and business expansion related decisions. On the other hand, ERP, is a real-time operational platform that integrates different tools and systems to provide managers holistic single-window view of the operations. Using a world-class cloud ERP would improve day-to-day decision making such as human resource allocation, tracking employee time and attendance, expenses approval, inventory management, logistics tracking and much more.
OLAP vs. OLTP system – A leading business intelligence platform would be built on the Online Analytical Processing System (OLAP). It would enable generation of holistic analytical outcomes such as quick access to business reports, seamless dashboard management and generation of scorecards etc. It would enable compilation of data from different sources on one page, and in the format desired. Contrary to that an ERP system is essentially an Online Transaction Processing System (OLTP). It documents and tracks all transactions as they occur. ERP records transactions quickly, but keeps data storage consumption optimal.
Speed vs efficiency – As digital technology evolves; companies are increasingly focusing on forecasting and future planning for business. The cloud-based business intelligence platform from a globally reputed SaaS enterprise like Ramco System delivers a wide range of futuristic features and capabilities that deliver superior agility, and speed of strategic decision making through forecasting of future market scenarios. For instance, it would help a manufacturer or a retailer determine which product is more likely to sell in the upcoming festive season and what kind of volumes should be stocked at each outlet level.
Compared to that, the role of ERP is to make the company operate with greater efficiency. It will deliver superior interoperability between departments by streamlining the systems, sharing of information and superior communication. Further, the ERP solution would reduce costs by automating processes. It can help reduce material wastage and lead to superior utilization of human resources as well as equipment.
What should you choose?
The choice of any advanced technology whether it is an ERP software or a Business Intelligence Platform, depends on the company’s objectives. You have to know what are you trying to achieve by deploying that tool?
Do you wish to stay ahead of the competitors by achieving greater market understanding and future prediction? If yes, then you must go for a Business Intelligence Platform.
However, if your goal is to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency then a cloud ERP is what you need.
Since both are different tools with different outcomes, using both will be ideal for enterprises seeking holistic digital empowerment and faster growth!

i like ancient roman concrete. i know it has other stuff added and isn't just cement but boy do i love defacing historical relics. the reason the colosseum looks like that isn't just because people used it as material to build churches, it's also because of me.

Strengthening the Automotive Supply Chain: Perspectives on Building Resilience
The automotive industry, just like any other, has its fair share of challenges. Supply chain disruptions have always been a nightmare throwing a wrench into their operations. From geopolitical uncertainties to natural disasters, and supplier disruptions to continuously shifting customer demands, the environment is intricate and dynamic. It's a constant juggling act to be prepared for the unexpected and establish resilient supply chains that can roll with the punches, quickly adapting to disruptions and keeping the flow of materials and components running. It's all about being agile and staying one step ahead in this fast-paced industry.
Challenges Plaguing the Automotive Supply Chain
The COVID-19 pandemic hit the automotive industry hard. With lockdowns, travel restrictions, and supply chain disruptions, it brought the production line to a halt and sent demand plummeting. Automotive suppliers were left grappling with workforce shortages, cash flow crunches, and chaotic logistics. Plus, they had to navigate the uncharted territory of ensuring employee safety and adhering to the changing health guidelines. Read More

Modifying a TE27 Sprinter Trueno
The secret is "simple" rather than "plain"
'72 model TE27 SprinterTrueno that respects the atmosphere with the standard parts of the time
Last year and this year, the TE27 Trueno won prizes in the Modify Co Contest two years in a row. Isn't it a dot?
Photo: Ito
●Modification part '83 final model 2T-G replacement Unmeasured initial model genuine car
Breathtaking finish
Lightweight flywheel / Solex 40 for 18R-G / Barnacle race 4in1EX manifold & 50.8 muffler / Igniter & ignition coil for TE71 / Earl's fuel line / 3 layer radiator / Electric fan for AE92 / Transmission for TE61 / TRD Clutch disc & cover/differential for TE71 Custom-ordered front coilover Ligier 4kg spring, TRD 5-speed adjustment shock for AE92, Carrosse pillow ball/Rear TOSCO race spring, NISMO 8-speed adjustment shock for B310/Caliper for AE86/Alfin drum for RT55/TOSCO7J -13+ 8J-13/Autolook old bucket seat/TRD tachometer/Ramco oil pressure, oil temperature gauge/custom front spoiler/export marker/tail lamp for KE25
The engine is the final 2T-G with Solex 40 for 18R-G and the cam for the initial model. The silver head cover seems to be the color of the group, and the owner's car has a red border. Barnacle octopus legs can be installed almost with bolts from TE27 to TE37. The plug cord is made by TRD and the oil catch tank is 2ℓ of Carrosse. The interior of the engine room is in show condition, with almost everything including the fenders, struts, and bulkheads polished to a shine.
Exterior parts group full of commitment
According to the owner, who values the atmosphere of that era more than anything else, “Cars are easier to drive than motorcycles because there are many things that cannot be seen.” In other words, the parts that can be seen are the parts that must be thoroughly adhered to in the car, and Niinana's enthusiasm is strongly felt. According to the owner, he likes the Napoleon mirror that he got from a friend the most. Also, I chose the tail lens for the early 20 series Corolla Coupe (KE25) and installed it nine years ago when I got it. However, the simplicity of the red color without amber matches the side markers for export that are installed in the set, and he likes it. If you replace it with the frame, you can install it with bolt-on. The Cibie 100/90W bulb of the headlamp that changes the look of your eyes is a classic. In addition, the black accent lines around the headlamps give it a completely different image and a fearless look. The front chin spoiler is a custom order.
Commitment to modification
“I changed cars with the B110, KP, and Hachiroku, and my fourth car, the Niinana, was bought nine years ago for 100,000 yen. It's become an item.Mine is terrible considering the price. It must have been used for dirt tracks.
Before I knew it, I had become like that. Custom is important to the atmosphere that fits the era of the car. I like to make it simple rather than the earth. I also like customizing motorcycles. It was the RD, the predecessor of the Yamaha RZ. Since there are many visible parts of a motorcycle, it is not so easy to cheat. Cars are fun in that respect. Invisible parts are solidified with the latest parts. However, the appearance that can be seen is particular about what fits the atmosphere of Niinana. As expected, there are many things that are difficult to find, but it's also one of the pleasures to look for such parts again. In baht, I can be proud of the Tosco wheels, Napoleon mirrors, and Autolook seats.
Satisfaction while driving!
It's something only the driver can see, but I definitely want to be particular about the meters. This Niinana was equipped with a 11,000 rpm full-scale TRD racing tachometer (manufactured by Nippondenso). It is the benefit of the independent 3 meters of this era that it can be neatly put together because it is installed in the normal position. The point that it is replaced with an aluminum panel is also lacy. Also center hydraulic
As for the engine, I tried tuning the 1750 and 2000 that can be thought of in Niinana. But when I was restoring it, a friend took me a 2-liter engine, and now it's a 1.6-liter engine. There are still many things I want to do. I would like to work on my legs a little more. Also the engine. I want to add a special crank. It would cost about 500,000 yen to make one-off, so I'm looking for TRD or the one that was used in the F3 that was made overseas at the time. It may take a lifetime to find it, but that hardship is part of the fun.”
Wheels are 13 inches of TOSCO (the predecessor of TRD of Toyopet Sports Corner). At that time, the racing design was a perfect match for the TE27. 7" is installed in the front and 8J is installed in the rear, but 7" is especially difficult to obtain now. Of course, TRD seems to have some in stock, but it is a gem that I would like to see reprinted and resold. The tire to be combined is ADVAN Type D. The size is 185/55 VR13 at the front and 195/55 VR13 at the rear, and it clears the basics of difficulty with over fenders.
