So me and the bf decide that yahtzee would be fun to play, and since these are the only dice I have on me, that would make it a little more challenging. I got a new #dicebag at #totalcon. So I had to get some more #dice to fill it. The bag is a modified child's size neck pillow. These dice (there will be a post with the others) are mostly randoms bought a both that had a scooping tank! Big cup of #randomdice was about as much as a #poundofdice. :) #chessex

So it's been about a week since we last posted and there's a not fun reason for that... We've been incredibly sick since last weekend, myself being hit hardest of us all... We are just getting back to normal-ish again and will be posting out all outstanding orders tomorrow (we are super sorry for the delay)!!! We are going to be resting as much as we can in the next couple of weeks to ensure we are well enough to be trading at the upcoming HibanaCon! Dude, I love this. Sick Cartinelli (which seems a little typical, but I don't think there is enough Cartinelli sick fics).

“I told you this would happen. What did I tell you? I said...”

“Shut up, English,” Angie said, her voice more nasally than usual. “And don’t even try to pretend you didn’t like it.”

“I did appreciate the company, yes,” Peggy admitted.

“Good. So stop talking. It make my throat hurt just listening to you.”

Peggy laughed, but it turned into a cough and Angie reached up to rub small circles on her back. After a few seconds, Peggy stopped coughing and let out a raspy breath before shifting her head on the pillow to get more comfortable.

She and Angie were lying in Peggy’s bed, Angie’s head resting on Peggy’s chest and Peggy’s arm draped easily around Angie’s shoulder.

Peggy had picked up a nasty cold from Thompson who had adamantly refused to go home and succeeded in infecting half the SSR. And had insisted that Peggy stay home, even going so far as to take a day off to take care of her and Peggy would be lying if she said she hadn’t loved it. 

Angie had tucked her into bed, made her some chicken noodle soup that was supposedly an old family recipe, and she had even slipped into the bed when Peggy was shivering with fever. And that was how they had fallen asleep.

The next morning, though, was when things took a bit of a turn.

Angie coughed into her elbow and Peggy turned her head away to stifle a sneeze.

“I told you you were going to get sick,” Peggy said, her voice still raspy from her sore throat.

“Yeah, but it made you feel better right?”

“Mmhm.”

“Good.” Angie snuggled closer into Peggy’s side, her skin warm against the satin of Peggy’s nightgown. “Then it’s time to talk about repaying the favor.”

yeah but they are not really following the previous text anyway cause timeline wise it's suppose to be ca:tfs then the show and then marvel one shot agent carter right? but they already mucked up that timeline add to that we never really see this *husband* not even in pictures!!! like she has pics of her kids in the hospital room but not her husband!!O.o yeah okay whatever I am gonna believe that Ang and Peg did settle in and started a family but because of the societal taboo they pretended to be *just friends* and probably like many have speculated that there is a fake marriage* as a cover story which is very much a possibility given Peggy's work with SHIELD and her need to keep her family safe, I highly doubt she was going to talk about that in some documentary and put her family in danger! It's the vagueness of this entire story, the absent*husband* that makes me believe in my theory add to that at least show wise they definitely wrote in Angie as the Love Interest, I mean even the writers hinted at it like for Peggy there's her work and then there's Angie...(not work aka Home) even Peggy herself refers to Angie as Home(in 1x06 at the diner she says we will talk about it when I get Home)...and later she asks Angie to move in with her!!! Hello why would she risk Angie's life if she is not ready for the commitment. Peggy is not stupid, she knows the amount of inevitable danger she is putting Angie in by choosing to be with her but she still went ahead. This is Peggy actually wanting to be with someone. And don't get me started on the steggy/cartinelli parallels or the fact that how in this narrative they literally interchanged the roles, and then there's the entire audio-visual aspect, using love songs in their scenes, Angie getting irrationally jealous of Jarvis, wanting to be with Peggy, or even lying to Feds and trusting Peggy over them! and even agreeing to come and live with her. Juxtapose this with any peggy/sousa scene and you would see there's hardly any romantic vibe there, and this is happening in the same time line!

Peggy is the hero of the story so her perspective is what we should count on, in her relationship with Sousa or Thompson there's this third person who makes us aware of the men's feelings for Peggy. but we do not see Peggy's pov, or any sort of reciprocation, where as In Angie's case both time we see Peggy pushing through her own insecurities and fears to be with her. Peggy is working to keep this relationship, cause it's important to her unlike the others. And Jarvis is instrumental in making this happen( his talks with Peggy in 1x02 and 1x03 where they first discussed Steve and how Peggy needs some one in her life that she can come back to, who will treat her wounds and support her, she needs some one whom she can call essentially call Home, or in 1x03 where  Jarvis x Anna relationship is in direct parallel to Angie x Peggy~ Jarvis talking about how Peggy must understand well enough his predicament ~ of not always being truthful with his wife but at least trying to be honest with her... all these goes  into  making Peggy see that what she might lose if she lets go of Angie, so after everything, all of this how can anyone read Cartinelli as anything but romantic, I am so tired of heteronormative mindset and people going oh well Peg's gonna get married to a guy so CARTINELLI ain't happening when in reality it already is HAPPENING and it doesn't need a genius to figure out the loop holes in the previously established canon and that it can very well be manipulated if the writers so desire!

UGH this got long I am sorry for going on a rant but I am just so tired of seeing people ignoring this relationship just cause it's a same sex couple when it's already there in the text , it frustrates me a lot tbh reading the same posts about how Peggy gonna end up with some dude again and again as if that makes shipping CARTINELLI pointless or invalid eh whatever!

Which one sends emojis when texting?Natasha. I mean, it’s canon, so...

Which one cried during a Disney movie?Neither of them cries, but Natasha does get kind of tense if Snow White is ever brought up. (Okay, they both cried a little at The Fox and the Hound, but that one doesn’t count. It was written to be heartbreaking.)

Who does the cooking?Maria? It could probably go either way, but I feel like Nat would probably exist solely on ramen, microwave soup, and takeout if she had to. Maria’s not the best cook in the world, but she can make a mean chili.

Who decorates for the holiday season?Nat. Maybe ‘decorate’ is too strong a word because it’s really just a little Charlie Brown-esque tree in a pot in the corner, a string of battery-operated lights above the window, a wreath on the door, and a sprig of mistletoe hanging from the doorway.

Who puts their cold hands/feet on their partner?Nat. (Maria never complains though. It’s a really simple gesture, but for Nat it’s a big symbol of trust and besides, Maria really doesn’t mind.)

Which one would stay up all night reading and which one would carry the other to bed?Both kind of? Nat would be the one to fall asleep reading (With Maria it would be paperwork) but they normally don’t carry each other to bed. They could, but Maria ‘s learned that Nat’s comfortable if she just throws a blanket over her and Maria’ an even lighter sleeper than Nat. She’ll wake up if Nat so much as breathes wrong, so if she falls asleep anywhere other than the bed, it’s normally just a few minutes before she wakes up and goes to bed herself.

Who laughs more during sex?Hmm...gonna have to go with Nat. 

Who takes longer in the shower?They’re both actually pretty quick on their own, but let’s just say that Maria’s been late to work more than a few times when they were ‘conserving water’
