I'm on an OC kick and also super indecisive so I spun a wheel (thank you for choosing for me, RNG).

Ricardo is a body guard and is bffs with Marlo. Ricardo's current job is watching after a celebrity's daughter who the public doesn't know even exists. She's just a teenage girl vibing with her mom and getting texts and calls from her dad (who loves her a whole lot and keeps her out of the spotlight very purposefully) and has this bodyguard and his weird friend. Marlo is just vibing with his best friend.

(Also Marlo would absolutely laugh if he heard Ricardo say "someone called me eye candy and it wasn't you and now I think you should call me that")

#my characters #i have an ask in my inbox that has me obsessively thinking about drawing fanart #but i just dont have the energy for what i want to draw for it #its been a rough day guys im dying (allergies and lacking sleep)#(why are allergies so bad today i ask after shoving my face into a cat while knowing im allergic to cats)#there are some prices i will always suffer and pay in life and the cat allergy is one of them you cant keep me away from a cat #im shoving my face in their fur and you CANT STOP ME FROM IT and also they kept bothering me #anyway i got to bed at like 6am after a lot of zoomies and restless legs and then #woke up with both cats in the guest bed with me and man i will not know peace for a few days #worth it tho bc i love them and i will take suffering if it means cattention #i dont really have much to say about the ocs tbh theyre just buddies being guys and then theres a teenage girl sometimes #and people suspect ricardo is her dad and she cant really say no my dads (celebrity) since thats the entire point of rico #so she makes sure its not troublesome for him to have people assume things like that and hes just #idc im in love with my best friend and hes not giving me any kids so not like anyone will start drama if im not with your mom #but he is also ! friends with the celebrity and his wife so he does just go on Family Outings with the wife and daughter #and sometimes marlo because the wife knows of him and invites him sometimes but she treats #rico and marlo like sons instead which is a bit weird to the daughter but she likes her weird fake brothers slash dad and question mark #marlo dyes his hair pink if that matters and has been doing so for a v long time

just finished revolutionary girl utena; absolutely one of the most beautiful, amazing prices of art ive ever seen by far my favorite anime

oh my god i loved it so much

the characters were so well writen, anthy and utena's relationship was so well done, akio is the perfect villain and i loved watching him and hated every second he was on the screen

i definitely didn't understand everythin but that's part of why i like it so much, i want to rewatch and rewatch and analyze it until i can recognize every drop of foreshadowing and themeing from it. it's so fascinating, so captivating.

i didn't like the movie that much tho, it just felt like all theme and style without the plot or characters to really make it work, i enjoyed the shows surrealism but the movie felt like too much, idk maybe it'll be better on a rewatch

normally i never make resolutions because im of the opinion that you can change your life whenever you want and technically speaking any day of the year can be the start of a new year. that being said. my past year was kind of garbage.

so! i have decided to be more keen on new years resolutions, especially making ones that will hopefully make me feel better if something i can't control affects me negatively. i actually made a huge list of resolutions, more than i put here, that all kind of boil down to trying out ways to make my life more comfortable and fulfilling for myself and the people around me.

My hair hasn't seen a professional since pre-pandemic but who cares its cheaper than therapy to do it yourself

#Ratchet Salon #getting a little more confident with dye my hair in this last year #but im still very lazy when it comes to technique so itll never be perfect but who cares im having fun #the orange for a few daye from bleaching my hair last summer was fun unfortunately #the next pic was supposed to be burgundy with purple roots but the red came out a dark berry pink instead which was but not what i wanted #it then faded really quickly so i redyed that part just red instead #my phone was out of commission when i first did the two shades of green so its not super clear in that picture but its the only one i have #then the blonde. i have not been a fan of the blonde any of the times ive had it but post green was the only time i took pictures #the blue and pink came out waaaay more vivid than intended was supposed to be bubblegum vibes not bumper cars but i didnt hate it #but the pink faded so quickly cus it got washed out by the blue 😔 was so upset

Cut n dyed my bangs again finally

Just cried over my hair and wondered why for just a minute before I remembered I’m on my period. All makes sense now.

#but pink washes out soooo quick #esp since my hair is shit with dyes like any color will wash out unless its like. super professional and also permanent #and even then im not sure bc i only really dyed my hair professionally when i wanted it fairly regular looking #like blonde but maybe lighter than my natural hair or sth #plus to dye it pink id have to bleach it and that shit is so so annoying #and then you have to wait for it to grow back for it to not look like shit #and my hair is already frizzy #but godddd i want it to be fun #and there are so many pretty pinks too #tho ig id have to really look for a dye i like #i wanted to try arctic fix but these are super expensive #what do i dooo #i think im gonna cut it regardless but ill wait with colouring it..
