Amity is a Dimensional Dump

So! Amity Park is a hub of weirdness of all sorts, mostly undead, but there are also a bunch of Multiversal oddities connected to the small town.

There are the minor anomalies. 5th Street has a bad habit of slipping into the Backrooms, Old Lady Jenkin's House sometimes has snow in summer, and of course the Night Sky had a 20% chance of swapping views to another Galaxy. Danny likes that one a lot.

But the biggest Anomaly is how many Multiversal Travellers get lost there.

They are always finding somebody wandering the streets with no idea where they are, and have to help them find their reality of origin. Other times they decide to stay for various reasons, ranging from a bad home life to being the only survivors of a Dead Universe. Half of the population if Amity was made up of the descendants of Lost Travelers, so their DNA was really a mixed bag.

Danny was flying over town when he spotted a Blur on the ground below.

He flew down to intercept, and found a boy in red and yellow panicking over his situation.

"Hey! Can I help you?" He called out.

The boy looked up, and gasped "Are you a Hero? I need help getting back to the Justice League!"

Danny chuckled, "Which one?"

The boy looked confused, "The Adult One? I guess?"

"Not what I meant, sorry. I mean, which Dimension are you from?" He clarified.

"Dimensions? What is going on!?" He shouted.

"Okay, let's calm down and restart. My name is Danny, who are you?" He introduced himself.

The boy took a deep breath, calming himself, before saying, "Okay, my name is Kid Flash, but you can just call me Wally."

I don't know if you know this but, Blurr not being able to find Swindle in Armada because there are so many 'fake' ones is so funny to me cuz-

This is the actual Swindle in Armada (the minicon on Star's shoulder) Oh my god so Starscream really just stole Blurr's man like that, adopted him any everything just so Blurr has to call him dad-*gets shot*

OH MY GOD I FORGOT THAT ARMADA SWINDLE IS STARSCREAM’S MINICON OH THIS HAS SO MUCH POTENTIAL JSKSJCNFJMFNV

And that potential completely different depending on the timeline. Imagine if Blurr gets in the Armada universe after IDW? He is not only depressed because all his life was left in another universe but also like. There’s this bot who LOOKS like weird Swindle and absolutely adores Blurr but it’s actually Sideswipe??

And then Starscream joins the Autobots and brings all his minicons with him and like

Blurr: oh I see you brought those three little guys with you. How cute

Starscream: Oh no. Four actually. Those three are Sonar, Jetstorm and Runway. (Takes a tiny red guy out of nowhere) And Swindle.

Blurr: Ah……..hi

Mini Swindle: beep boop boop beb pebpub

Blurr: Smoking isn’t enough I need to fall down the stairs

OR! If we take this to the time when Swindle already found his way into the isekai???? Imagine IDW Swindle pressing “the travel button” or smth and thinking it can’t be too weird right? WRONG. GET SHRUNK LOSER. You are now palm sized and cant properly talk. The comedy possibilities are fucking ENDLESS

Minicons don’t really have personalities there……

Reimagined Stef basic lore. (she's the one I probably took the most creative liberties with lore-wise but I'm tired of all the RS girlies being NICE I need one of them to be an A-HOLE). Also! The wings only pop out when needed (like the demon bodyguard from "Guitar of Rock")

Stef is basically Death's demon "henchman." She sometimes tags along with him during the times he reaps souls, helping him with the process. She takes a lot of joy in seeing mortals get scared and DIE. 2. Stef is definitely a bully, getting a kick out of scaring and peer-pressuring mortals. The biggest victim of her bullying is Margaret. 3. While it seems like Stef has a lot of fun with her job, she actually hates it, as most of the time she can't even have fun with Death, being tasked with menial duties. Babysitting and soul-counting are her main tasks. 4. Stef is very bored and lonely with her current lifestyle, secretly wishing she could be more "normal and casual" like Margaret, ironically enough. Stef feels that her demonic demeanor would prevent her from living such a life, thus why she double-downs by acting like such a JERK. She does get a redemption, but it's a LONG road for the silly demon girl.

#'sorry for barging' anon #sorry gonna answer this in the tags since it's such a loaded topic #but yeah exactly- i think a lot of it comes down to people wanting them to perform their (very real) grief for an audience #and getting mad when they don't. which is wildly unfair and unrealistic and just... extremely entitled #and very much coming from a lack of understanding of grief and that it's not a perpetual state of uncontrollable crying #a massive part of grief is continuing living with all its up and down moments with a new heavy weight in the background #living in a perpetual state of sobs is not something any human can sustain. it involves adapting and continuing to live.#and that involves doing regular everyday things AND experiencing happy moments still. that does not mean you aren't still suffering.#to question whether they're 'truly' grieving is.... kinda evil and completely ridiculous lmao #and shows a massive lack of basic empathy and understanding of how human emotions work #we see less than 1 percent of their lives. to actually feel like you have the ability to judge someone's grieving process in general #is wild and weird but especially when you literally have seen nearly none of their lives in the past few months #i'm sure all of us have laughed and seen a friend and had other happy moments since october #that doesn't mean we do not miss liam and that we aren't devastatingly sad at other points.#and to somehow think that zouis reconnecting and being happy about it after such a tragic event would be somehow anti-liam is insane #i've even seen people judge zayn for not cancelling his entire tour which is so.....#if they for a second think that liam would have been petty enough to enjoy the idea of all of his friends stopping in their tracks forever #they clearly didn't really know him since he was clearly always SO supportive of everyone in 1d #and probably would have been very happy to see zayn and louis mend their relationship #it feels like a very weird way to make a fucking death and real life grief from his friends into a stan war which is......... beyond gross
