who says “I love you” first: Nobara, obviously. Since she’s the one to take the initiative and not let go (while he’s trying to be a noble idiot), she’s also the first to mention it and to bring her point across.

what’s their song: Song for what? “Our song” or wedding song or… maybe this or this.

who kills the bugs: They don’t kill them. They’re probably wondering if Hajime sent them or if it’s just a random bug, so they just leave it and wait.

how often do they text/call: In everyday life… Since they see each other every day, they usually send each other lunch texts. Nobara might send random pics of things that she found pretty or lovely: The first blooming daisy, birds playing in their garden, or a successful batch of cookies?

what are their names for each other in their phones: A simple “Rei” and “Nobara”.

who convinces the other to do couples cosplay: What convinces either of them to do cosplay? Rei probably wouldn’t have any trouble doing cosplay of any form (he is a master of disguise), but Nobara would be too embarrassed to dress up as a couple (not about the cosplay stuff though).

random fact: Slowly, very, very, very slowly Rei actually starts buying clothes that aren’t all black. He was kind of flustered though when they all couldn’t stop staring at his new blue shirt, so he went back to black for now.

i didn't know reinobara was the most hated in the fandom?? really??

Well, maybe that’s not really true. There are a lot of people who actually do ship it, but there are also a lot that dislike it as well. I imagine it’s mostly because most people don’t like Rei. And there’s also the fact that it’s a student/teacher relationship which some people find off putting.

There are many ships worse than reinobara, but it’s definitely the least popular out of all the main ones.

"superhero and sidekick" AU with reinobara

Reiis the troubled superhero and Nobara is the sidekick that will overcome her self-doubtand her fears and soon be one of the greatest superhero ever.

Nobarais quite happy as a sidekick, because she really just wants to help and as asidekick, she’s helping everyone, including the hero. She despises violence and since she can remember it triggered blackouts. People tell her that someone or something else takes over and protects Nobara viciously. 

Reioften gets mistaken for a villain (his appearance, his powers). He stoppedcounting how many times he got arrested. Since he has Nobara, the time hespends in holding cells have lessened tremendously.

Oneidea is that Rei didn’t want to have a sidekick and never refers to Nobara assuch- they’re partners. He was always looking for one but didn’t imagine thathe would find that somebody he can believe in and trust in a stumbling littlegirl that was just there all of a sudden.

Anotheridea is that Rei’s power is like a disease. He knows that he is slowly turningmad and trains Nobara to be the superhero that is destined to stop him.

Those aren’t really elaborated ideas and I feel like they aren’t enough. But I really want to post them now (or else this stays in my inbox for a few weeks). I might elaborate them though.

@bi3n3nstich I finally finished your thing. I have no idea if it’s any good, but I hope you’ll like it. Rei and Nobara are disgustingly cute, but still trying to deal with everything they’ve been through. Rui’s there as well because his friendship with Nobara is really important to me.

Nobara had been staring at the pregnancy test for pregnancy test for 10 minutes now. It was the third one she had taken. She was pregnant. There was no doubt about it.

She and Rei had talked about having children. He had wanted a baby as much as her, but he had been worried that the child might be born with his alice. For that reason he had been very reluctant to try. However, with time he had warmed up to the idea- after all he really wanted to be a father.

They had been trying for a baby, this was good news. It was just that Nobara had never expected to get pregnant so soon. It was all happening so fast and she was worried that her boyfriend might not have been ready yet.

She felt a hand on her shoulder and turned around to look at Rui. ‘’So I’ll be an uncle soon. I can’t believe it.’’ He said with a smile. ‘’Do you think it’ll be a boy or a girl?”

Nobara laughed at that. ‘’Don’t be silly, Rui-san. There is no way I could know that.”

‘’You’re right.’’ He chuckled and patted her head. “He’s going to be really happy, I’m sure of it. There’s nothing to worry about.” Rui always knew what to say to make her feel better. He wasn’t her best friend for nothing.

‘’Thanks, Rui-san.”

She heard the front door open.  Rei was probably back from work.

‘’I’m going to leave you two alone now. Don’t forget to come and visit the rest of the Dangerous Ability tomorrow. They will be very pleased to hear the news, even Hayate.”

Nobara nodded her head and both of them headed to the entrance where they saw Rei taking of his coat. She walked towards her boyfriend and raised on her toes to kiss his cheek. This made him blush a little and she smiled.  He always blushed at any type of physical contact and she found that quite endearing.

They said their goodbyes to Rui and when they were alone Nobara took a deep breath and clenched her fists. Rei blinked at her. “Is everything alright, Nobara?”

She should just blurt it out. Otherwise she would keep worrying about how to word it and get nowhere. The girl grabbed his hands and looked him in the eyes. “I’m… I’m pregnant!”

He froze in shock. For a moment Nobara thought she’d been right, that it was too soon and he wasn’t ready. She was about to try and say something, but Rei broke the silence. “Are you sure?”

She nodded her head. “I did three pregnancy tests. I’m definitely with child.”

“This is wonderful, Nobara.” Rei smiled at her, he had tears in his eyes.

Nobara loved his smile, it suited him so much. She loved seeing him happy like that and would do everything in her power to keep him that way.

The girl let go of his hands and caressed his cheek. “I’m glad. To be honest, I was worried that it might be too soon for you.”

“It did happen faster than I thought it would, but I do not regret it. I want to start a family with you, I was serious when I said that.”

Nobara cupped his cheeks and pulled him down for a kiss. She felt him smile while he kissed her back and giggled as she pulled away. “I love you.”

“Me, too. Both of you.” Tears ran down his cheeks and she was sure she was also going to start crying sooner or later, but it was fine because it was from happiness.

They had both suffered enough. It was time to put everything behind them and look forward. This child was their new beginning.

The video could have turned out better, but I didn’t have much time and I needed a reinobara video to this song because it’s perfect for them. I’m not sure how much this fits the prompt, but the song I used is about stories and it’s from a Disney movie so it should be fine. It’s hard to make videos based on prompts anyway.

Hello, everyone!

Here’s reinobara trash number 1 aka Beki. I’ve had this url for some time now and I really need to use it for something, it’s a shame not to. I’ve decided to make a blog for Rei and Nobara because they mean the world to me and all the cool couples have one. From now on all my Rei, Nobara and reinobara edits (and just DA stuff) will be posted on this blog rather than my personal.
