Lunaeris! Doing okay after those mana-blocking handcuffs? Trying to use magic with those things on looked... uncomfortable
"That's because it was uncomfortable." She grumbles.
"There is, perhaps, a slight problem with pyromancy as a school of magic." She holds up her index finger and thumb so that they almost touch. "Slight. Minuscule, really. Easily remedied with more practice. The trick to not having a miserable time under an anti-magic enchantment is to quite simply stop trying to do magic."
She shrugs.
"Simple, if you're a stuck-up bore who's never cast a spell without triple-checking all her sigils were drawn exactly as laid out in her mint-condition encyclopedia." She says derisively, before jumping to her feet. "Pyromancy as a school is freeform! Loose! Adaptable! Fun! There are books and instructions, yes, but it's not so... replicable, as the more rigid disciplines. You must awaken the flame within yourself, see the shape it takes, guide it!"
She clears her throat meekly and sits down.
"Mine tends to take the shape of reflexively flaring up when something, for example, a pair of magic-blocking shackles, is causing me harm."
"Very useful in a pinch!" She insists. "Just not... that particular pinch."
