Galaxy and Void sound fine to me as character names, but I don't think Time, Elemental, and Memory work as well, so as a last minute change, they're getting new names in Venture.

My plan for naming Venture characters is mostly to scuff a latin translation, so I'll do that here, too. How do Chrona, Terren, and Renti sound?

the thing that I love so much about Imp and Skizz is that even though they're both 40 something they are still so happy and excited to learn. Like both of them are still working on improving themselves. Yeah they don't make huge risks usually but they are open to change. They are open to learn from people younger than them. They're both so greatful and show their appreciation to others.

It's so refreshing to see adults behaving that way. And it makes me think they both can keep growing their channels for how long they want. Genuinely I hope them (and some other cc similar age) can show people that you don't have to worry that it's ever "too late" to do something.

When rumors and tales of travelers being beaten and attacked along less traveled paths in Felucca began to spread, fighters in the local area made their way towards the origin of the stories... and upon their return, those same fighters came home with bruises, broken teeth and bloody noses. They're pretty similar to Arkisen, but they're taller and have wings (despite being made out of a space rock, Galaxy and the others don't have the natural power of flight. Steve gave him wings to make up for that).

Can use the Arkisen's powers, though not as much as Void or Galaxy. Their main powers are time travel, time manipulation, and dimension hopping. Their mask helps them to see the past/future

Terren (he/him)

Youngest sibling

Protector of nature and pocket dimensions

Can use the Arkisen's powers, though not as much as Void or Galaxy. His main powers are terraforming and dimension hopping. His mask helps him see other pocket dimensions

Renti (any pronouns)

Youngest Starborn

Holder of memories

Can use the Arkisen's powers, though not as much as Void or Galaxy. Their main powers are the ability to view, erase, and restore memories

The mask actually inhibits his powers. It makes sure he doesn't use them on accident since they're more used to having them activated than not

Here's a size comparison for you. These guys are bIG

like. really big.

As for the Star crystal, not many exist in the world. There are only about forty of them, and the ones that have been found have been split into pieces for more people to use. Unlike Arkis crystals that can be found underground, Star crystals only exist in space, and not many of them are close to the planet. They can be used to replicate any of the Starborns' powers, but most Arkisen who use them are only interested in making pocket dimensions. Of course, thanks to Void, a lot of these dimensions have been erased, though there are some that were spared, which is how we have places like the World of Spirits and the World of Phantoms. Another difference between Arkis and Star crystals is that Arkis crystals are renewable. After you mine one, it'll grow back in the empty space in the cave. But, as you'd expect, Star crystals can't do that, though Steve could theoretically make more if he needed to.
