AKA The True Namers, the Baal Chem

In the Beginning was YHVH and He created all life.

The Holy Tetragrammaton has puzzled religious thinkers and mystical speculators about its simplicity, complexity, and its promise for climbing closer in our understanding of Him. Each letter was an engine of creation which pointed in different directions but was the whole. Although it was a sacred duty to meditate upon these things, there where hucksters who also worshiped the power of God but sought to manipulate it. Through rearranging the order of words so the combinations could unlock power, create magick.

These sorcerers were the Baal Shem; the thieves of knowledge and blasphemers with the ability to decode and remake all creation. They were true adepts of their time, recognizable in their attitude and execution of their magick.

As the years waned and cultures grew, interest in sorcery changed, new things were accepted and old ideas lost their flexibility. And so did the Baal Shem, with their ever ready YHVH words of power. Their rules went into the cold storage of old books written by magickally dry occultists. And so they were passed down, flittered about in discussions, and occasionally studied.

But old, powerful ideas do not die easy, they can spontaneously resurrect when the correct grail is found, the hollow idea which can be filled with the liquid of pure imagination and will. And so with one student of ancient occult, it happened, he saw the book and magazine lying side by side, open to the right pages.

On one page was YHVH, the other, AGCT. And then everything just fell into place like a puzzle assembling in reverse motion. Religious philosophy and genetic science were one and the same.

It wasn’t a complete cohesion, some puzzle pieces where in backwards, or the wrong way around. He would have to keep looking at the larger pattern, before finding the small inconsistencies. Of course changing one tiny piece altered the larger pattern, so it is hard work and the gains are few but one day it will be completed, and God’s face will be seen.

AGCT is the Tetragrammaton, the True Genome, the Unpronounceable Name of God. Our individual genomes are our True Names two-billion characters long, and by rewriting our True Names, we can cause a miraculous change, a new creation.

As above, so below is the running irony of the Baal Chem. It is the apotheosis of everything else that makes us human, but not actually us; deep in all the bone, blood, meat, gristle is where God sits, in the tiny arrangements of molecules, the delicate chains of deoxyribonucleic acid that exists innocuously in every living parcel. The most powerful information coherence in the world built of the most of fragile filigree. The most powerful being of the universe is the also one of the weakest.

Through our consensual landfill of waste religious orthodoxy and mythology we abandoned God, and through our embrace of science and experiment, we have found Him again. We have found him in all of us, the destiny in everything that lives.

And so the school of the Baal Chemistry was born, alchemically uniting old magick and modern science; uniting Baal Shem and Genetics, and making the magick of God’s Chemicals.

STATS

Baal Chemistry is in not in its infancy, but there are few practitioners, mostly in the Middle East, but migrating outwards. The basics are already down but the school is not going to progress unless the students learn Hebrew, or the science of molecular chemistry, or both. It doesn’t have to be to rigorous academic standards but the skills must be bought.

Although firmly rooted in Hebrew mysticism Baal Chemistry isn’t a Jewish school. Anyone with adept potential can learn the school.

Baal Chem relies on the sympathetic law of imitation. The law is quite simple, if anything appears like something else, it will act upon that something else. The Baal Chem use a symbolic version of the Law of Imitation, the Law of Names.

One side of the Baal Chemist’s genetic sorcery is that successful significant effects alter the DNA permanently which might throw off testing.

Blast Style: The Baal Chem can bobby trap scrolls to give blasts but it cause sickness or even cancer. Although the spells are slow they may be fatal over a long period of time.

Random Magick Domain: random magick is antithetical to Baal Chemistry. They might lack true diversity, but the Tetragrammatists can stack magicakal effects on top of each other unlike any other school.

Generate a minor charge: For four hours study the Bible, cabala, The Tetragrammaton, and other tracts of Jewish mysticism, or write an essay condensing your findings.

Generate a significant charge: There are no Significant charges only significant effects generated by actively manipulating the genetic code in yourself or others.

Generate a major charge: Discover a lost tract on the Tetragrammaton and be the first to study it. Discover a break though in genetics research, such as controlling the telomere cancer-cellular mitosis relationship. Work a change over ten years that works.

Taboo: Their work is sacred and may never be abandoned. If the Baal Chemist is ever interrupted from his significant works, they reset and have to be started over again.

The Baal Chem cannot touch any separated tissue or fluids of the target that are derived from injury. Touching blood and other tissues breaks taboo as the law of imitation is subverting by the law of contagion. If the Baal Chem gets splashed with a limited amount of tissue, he can scrub off to avoid taboo.

The temple of the Baal Chemist is generally as close to sterile as any scientific laboratory.

Unlike other adepts, The renamers can incorporate different spells into one, as long as they add up the time taken and roll their Magick: Baal Chemistry skill.

Minor Baal Chemistry Formula Spells

A (one minor charge) The Baal Chemist can diagnose any living body and give a pretty accurate idea of what is going on at that time.

T (one minor charge) The Baal Chemist can correct minor imperfections, purge the body of toxins, exhaustion, and turn back the body’s clock limitedly for about as many months as the sum of the Magick: Ball Chemistry skill. This doesn’t regenerate lost limbs or heal damage, but it removes and smoothes imperfections like scars, wrinkles, and acne, hangovers, reduces infections, cleans the system, and improves the person’s sense of well being. A person with this spell heals 1 wound point has a +10% on all his first stress check afterwards.

The Baal Chemist will use T as a cleansing preparation before performing a procedure.

C (two minor charges) The Genetic Tetragrammatist can improve healing and assist in recovery by rolling his Magick: Baal Chemistry skill as if he was a doctor.

G (three minor charges) This minor blast spell makes the target’s body react as if it were invaded by foreign germs. The target suffers from a debilitating fever. Unless the character gets bed rest for as many days as the sum of the Magick: Baal Chemistry skill, he cannot heal through convalescence. If the character is actively physically stressing his body, he takes one wound point per roll whether successful or not.

Significant Baal Chemistry formula effects

Targeted effects The significant effects do not have to be performed with the target present, but the Baal Chemist must at least have some knowledge of who the person is, to have some idea of the person’s True Name. Basically this: no name -10%, no picture -10%, no basic personality profile -10%, or no truthful history -10%. If the Baal Chemist can touch the victim, the penalty is reduced by 30%. The Baal Chem cannot increase his skill this way.

Rearranging Genomes The spells are basically formulations, long strings of the Tetragrammaton characters AG and CT written on paper scrolls. The paper can be worn as an amulet or scrunched up and swallowed as a pill. Placing the spell on unknowing or unwilling targets is a bit problematic but nothing that can be solving without some quick thinking, sneaky long-fingers or elbow-greasing thugs.

Once the spell is on the person’s body, it takes about an hour to ready or activate. Removing the scroll before then diffuses the magick but the scroll is still active.

For a safety measure the scrolls can actually described to target a specific person, who is listed Tetragrammatically in the formulation.

The Abundance of God’s Blessing (One days work) By spending one day working the Baal Chemist can regenerate one point of Body. This includes the slow re-growth of lost limbs and organs. This spell cannot replace damaged tissue just replace what is missing. Due to the complexity of tissue re-growth it might take many weeks or months before the area is restored.

The Passion of David (One days work) The target may re-roll one failed but non-magickal Soul-based skill and Speed-based skill roll.

A Visitation from the Angel of Betrayal (Two days work) The Baal Chemist can disrupt cellular activity by scribbling over the cell’s ability to control their own division, allowing them to multiply unstoppably into cancerous tissue.

After spell is cast, the opponent rolls his Body stat once per week. If it fails he takes the highest die in damage to his Body. This roll continues once per week until either the cancer kills the target or he successful convalesces, healing his Body back to full while not taking any damage. At which point the cancer has gone into permanent remission. Otherwise, if the cancer is detected within the first month, it can be safely removed.

The Legacy for Esau (Three days work) The next four Mind stat or skill checks are flip-flopped to their worst result. Obsession skills simply do not flip-flop.

The Sword of God (Three days work) The Sword of God is a strange blast spell. It invokes rage in anyone interacting with the target. No everyday things like buying from the market or speaking to people at your office, but when a roll is required. If the roll fails, it triggers their Rage Passion.

There isn’t much control over the situation, but at the wrong time with the right person, the results can be fatal. The person tagged with the Sword of God comes across as hiding crucial personal secrets, arrogant, and irritating. Triggering the anger doesn’t cause a stress check, only the results of it do.

The Sword of God works once.

Blessings on the House (Four days work) With this spell the ability to conceive a child is made better. Not only is the act blessed to be fruitful (the Fertility chance is half of Body), one partner gets a flip-flopping and the other, a re-roll, but the sex of the child can be chosen by the one who rolled highest. This scroll works once per sexual encounter.

The Lions of Daniel (Four days work) While the target is protected by the Lions of Daniel, it triggers or creates the Noble Passion of the animals for the benefit of the target, regardless of how they are feeling or trained to act. The animal certainly won’t attack but it might not let the character pass an area it was set to guard. Animals might even get playful and unintentionally hurt the target.

Wild dogs will not attack her, but they will maul clothing and bags to get to food, rats will climb and nuzzle their way inside her clothing. Once the spell is in effect it lasts twenty-four hours.

Loss of the Innocence of Eden (Five days work) This spell rewrites history recorded onto genetic memory, the target’s twenty billion character True Name. The successful roll can rearrange three failed and hard notches from any three chosen meters. The notches can be placed on any other gauge, Hard or Failed.

Perfecting the Perfect (Five days work) This scroll permanently removes any inherited genetic disease from a person unless the disease has already manifested. The disease’s harmfulness is eradicated and will not pass it along the target’s germline from that point.

Once the genetic malfunction has manifested, there is nothing the Baal Chem can do about it.

The Flesh of Methuselah (Six days work) This spell rejuvenates the target’s body effectively removing the debilitating effects of tissue damage, decrepitude, injury, and internally halving the person’s age. Externally there is little actual change but the spry person may act and thus look younger. Cosmetic surgery and extensive spa treatments may help further at this point.

This spell heals Wound Points equal to the sum of the Magick: Ball Chemistry roll.

Void of the Nameless (Seven days work) The dead are generally beyond the purview of the Baal Chemist. If you do not have a body you have no True Name, their lives are over and thus Nameless. With Void of the Nameless, a possessed person can regain control over his or her body by imprisoning the demon within their mind, and like an oyster, form a psychic pearl around the irritant.

This spell forces the demon to roll possession to escape or be trapped in the victim’s mind as he regains control. It is crushed underneath the awakening mind, trapped. The victim may have dim dreams.

Unless the demon has some magickal means of escaping it is trapped in some disused and sound-proofed basement of the victim’s mind. Over time the entity just decays into oblivion.

The Void of the Nameless is also proof against possession attempts in the first place. The possessing entity just smacks into the target’s body like it was solid.

Once the demon is imprisoned, it is there permanently. The spell gives twenty-four hours protection once activated.

The Lamentations of Solomon (Eight days work) The spell allows the target to increase his Mind and Soul stat at a rate of one experience point per Stat point. The maximum number of purchases is equal to the sum of the Magick: Baal Chemistry roll. This spell only raises the stats, not the skills.

Major Baal Chemistry Effects Change one species into another, read God’s will in someone’s genome, eradicate aging, raise stats to superhuman levels, create the perfect killer immune system, grow a perfect clone body in a few hours, permanently remove all genetic imperfections and disease from a person.

Hello hello hello. We – well, *I* – have two options today. I can continue procrastinating with my blog posts just because I feel bad that I

haven’t replied to all the comments to my recent blog posts,

haven’t read and commented on the blogs of my fellow bloggers since the Easter weekend, or

still haven’t written up the re-watch notes on The Impressionists episode one.

It’s not for lack of wanting to. I have the notes – and 5000 screenshots of The Impressionists – to back up my claim. But I have major problems getting my ass into gear these days. My willpower seems to have left me. Whether it is staying on diet or following through with my plan of getting up-to-date on my blog duties, I just don’t seem to be able to focus and do it. So I fritter the day away, and suddenly it is time to cook dinner and to spend time with the family, and another day has passed without me writing my blog… Does that sound familiar to anyone out there? Is this a side effect of the menopause? Please tell me that this state of mind will be over at some stage. Frankly, I am going mental here.

So rather than continue fretting over my failings as detailed above, I have decided to write a happy post. Or a happy *mail* post. Because despite my morose musings above, I have reasons to be cheerful part 3. There has been lots of unexpected postal goodness the last couple of days, and when I look at my whiny grabs for attention above, I am not entirely sure I deserve all the goodness. Mind you, not all is for me. As the title suggests, the birthday charity auctions are already casting their shadows. Just look at this:

Oh yes, Mr Thornton is going to feature heavily in the next birthday auctions… These goodies were sent to me by Loops, who has supported the auctions with a number of donations in the past. The NS DVD is a welcome addition. And the “Pocket Tin” – hell, that’s a perfect tin for an accompanying shrine, I would think. The thinking cap is already on. I haven’t looked through the bag of magnet poetry yet, but I bet if I just randomly put some words together, I would find some great inspiration in there, too… So, thank you to Loops for this great surprise!

An equally great thank you goes out to Dededotti. After being spoilt with a big package yesterday, I did not expect another such surprise today. And yet, when I came downstairs to look for the mail, a huge parcel waited for me. First of all I really had a chuckle when I opened the parcel and found this on top:

Yep, Mr Thornton again. I think the universe is not just giving me a nudge, but this is a broad hint… Noted, universe, noted. Anyway, I had lots of fun going through this parcel.

Oh yeah, lots of Guy of Gisborne, too, and some Tolkien… I see some “fan sets” in our future, especially considering the previous shipments with Hannibal and the signed Castlevania DVD… Anyway, a huge thank you to Dotti for the parcel. I loved the bling and the bits (and if they don’t go into the shrines, I think some of them might go into my paper-based mixed media crafts). You are all incredibly kind and generous, and I am already excited for the 2019 fan auctions. They really have become a highlight of my blogging year, and they wouldn’t happen if it wasn’t for you – generous donors, kind supporters, happy buyers.

Talking of support – one last little picture note here of something else that arrived in the post today. I have mentioned it before and now it is finally here: Alyssa’s debut novel Mornnovin. Pipdig Updates P3 Plugin after Reports Expose Vendor Backdoors, Built-in Kill Switch, and Malicious DDoS Code

Over the weekend, Pipdig, a small commercial theme company, has been at the center of a scandal after multiple reports exposed a litany of unethical code additions to its Pipdig Power Pack (P3) plugin.

On Friday, March 29, Wordfence threat analyst Mikey Veenstra published a report with code examples of the backdoors Pipdig built into their plugin, along with some unsavory and questionable additions to the code.

“We have confirmed that the plugin, Pipdig Power Pack (or P3), contains code which has been obfuscated with misleading variable names, function names, and comments in order to hide these capabilities,” Veenstra said.

These include an unauthenticated password reset to a hard-coded string, which was deliberately obscured with code comments indicating it was added to “check for new social channels to add to navbar.” Veenstra also demonstrated how the plugin contained code for an unauthenticated database deletion, wherein the Pipdig team could remotely destroy any site WordPress site using the P3 plugin.

The code for remote site deletion was removed in version 4.8.0 but it still a concern for users who haven’t updated. Michael Waterfall, iOS Engineer at ASOS, tested the “kill switch” function and demonstrated that it still works with prior versions.

Veenstra’s investigation also uncovered questionable remote calls in the plugin’s cron events, undisclosed content and configuration rewrites, and a list of popular plugins that are immediately deactivated when P3 is activated, without the user’s knowledge. He found that some of these plugins are deactivated alongside admin_init, so any user attempts to reactivate the plugins will not stick.

Wordfence estimates the P3 plugin to have an install base of 10,000-15,000 sites. The changes made in version 4.8.0 of the plugin are not transparently identified in the changelog, so it’s not easy for users to know what has changed. The content filtering and the plugin deactivations remain in the most recent release. These types of veiled functions performed without permission could have unintended consequences on sites using the plugin, which non-technical users may not be able to fix themselves.

Pipdig P3 Plugin Performed a DDoS Attack on a Competitor’s Site

Jem Turner, a freelance web developer based in the UK, published a lengthy analysis of the P3 plugin the same day that Wordfence released its analysis. She drilled down further into the remote requests, demonstrating how Pipdig has been using the P3 plugin to perform a DDoS attack on a competitor who also provides WordPress themes and installation services to bloggers. The code triggers an hourly cron job on users’ sites, effectively using their customers’ servers to send malicious requests to the competitor’s site.

The code comment tells us this is “checking the CDN (content delivery network) cache”. It’s not. This is performing a GET request on a file (id39dqm3c0_license_h.txt) sat on pipdigz.co.uk, which yesterday morning returned ‘https://kotrynabassdesign.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php’ in the response body.

Every single hour night and day, without any manual intervention, any blogger running the pipdig plugin will send a request with a faked User Agent to ‘https://kotrynabassdesign.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php’ with a random number string attached. This is effectively performing a small scale DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) on kotrynabassdesign.com’s server.

Turner also contacted Kotryna Bass, Pipdig’s competitor, who said she had contacted her host after finding that her admin-ajax.php file was under some kind of attack. Bass’ exchanges with her host are also published in Turner’s report.

Turner’s post explained how Pipdig’s P3 plugin code manipulated links to point to their own products and services when a user includes a link to a competitor in the the content:

Here we have pipdig’s plugin searching for mentions of ‘blogerize.com‘ with the string split in two and rejoined – concatenated – to make it harder to find mentions of competitors when doing a mass ‘Find in Files’ across the plugin (amongst other things). When the plugin finds links to blogerize.com in blogger’s content (posts, pages), they’re swapped out with a link to ‘pipdig.co/shop/blogger-to-wordpress-migration/’ i.e. pipdig’s own blog migration services. Swapping these links out boost the SEO benefit to pipdig, and the vast majority of bloggers wouldn’t notice the switcheroo (especially as if the page/post was edited, the link to blogerize would appear in the backend as normal).

The plugin did not ask users’ permission before performing any of these actions and most of them were implemented with obfuscated code. Turner’s investigation also covers how the P3 plugin could harvest data and change admin passwords. Many of the findings overlap with Wordfence’s analysis.

“I was aware that Wordfence had been contacted for an opinion, although I was unaware they were writing a post and vice versa,” Turner said. “I wasn’t surprised that they wrote about it though, given the risk to WordPress users.”

She has been in contact with authorities regarding Pipdig’s unethical coding practices and privacy violations.

“From my side of things, I’ve been in contact with Action Fraud (submitted a report through their website) and NCSC (who pointed me back to Action Fraud and gave me a number to call). From pipdig’s side, there are threats of legal action in their blog post but I’ve received nothing yet.”

Pipdig’s Public Response Skirts Critical Concerns

Pipdig Creative Director Phil Clothier published a public response from the company which opens by characterizing the recent investigations as “various accusations and rumours spreading about pipdig” and includes an emotional plea regarding how distressing recent developments have been for his company. He claims that his team and their supporters are being harassed.

After pushing out the 4.8.0 version of the P3 plugin, removing some but not all of the offensive code, Clothier opts for a Q&A style format for his post, putting every question in the present tense:

Do you DDOS competitors? No.

Do you “kill” sites? No!

Do you have the ability to kill sites via the pipdig Power Pack? No

Regarding the “kill switch” feature they built in, which detects all tables with the WordPress prefix and drops each of them, Clothier said it was simply a function to reset a site back to its default settings. He deliberately misrepresented what it does:

There was function in an older version of the plugin which could be used to reset a site back to the default settings. This function had no risk of of malicious or unintentional use. I can say categorically that there was no risk to your site if you were using a pipdig theme. This feature has been dug up and labelled a “Kill Switch” for maximum negative impact on us.

Clothier claims the function was available in the P3 plugin in July 2018 when a third party started posting Pipdig themes for sale on their own site:

A 3rd party was able to download all of our themes illegitimately and post them on a clone of our own site. This included previews of our themes and the ability to purchase them. We were first alerted to this by people which had purchased a pipdig theme from there, but were finding that certain features did not work correctly. After investigation, we found that the victim had purchased the theme from the 3rd party, thinking it was us. The 3rd party not only gained the financial benefit of the theme payment, but also used it as a way to inject malware and ads into the victim’s site. The reset function was put in place in order to remove the 3rd party’s ability to host preview sites with our themes. It worked, and they have since disappeared. The function was then removed in a later version of the plugin.

This is a false claim, as Wordfence pointed out in an updated article. The first instance of the code responsible for database deletion was committed to the plugin in November 2017.

The company failed to address the most critical concerns presented in the Wordfence analysis in its first pass at issuing a public statement. Instead, on the matter of coordinating a DDoS attack on competitors, Pipdig blames users and suggests they may have added the competitor’s URL to their sites.

“We’re now looking into why this function is returning this url,” Clothier said. “However, it seems to suggest that some of the ‘Author URLs’ have been set to ‘kotrynabassdesign.com’. We don’t currently know why this is the case, or whether the site owner has intentionally changed this.”

Further investigations published by Wordfence today showed that Pipdig also added DDoS code to its Blogger templates and was actively issuing malicious requests up until yesterday:

During the investigation of Pipdig’s WordPress plugin and themes, we also came across some curious code associated with their Blogger themes. This code is part of Pipdig’s suspected DDoS campaign against their competitor, and was active until April 1, four days after Pipdig’s denial of any such behavior.

Some of Pipdig’s Blogger themes have been confirmed to make external JavaScript calls to Pipdig’s server, specifically to the script hXXps://pipdigz[.]co[.]uk/js/zeplin1.js.

On March 31, as the investigations became public, Pipdig deleted its public Bitbucket repository and replaced it with a “clean one,” removing three years of commit history. Wordfence and many others cloned the repository before it was deleted and saved snapshots of pages to cite in the investigation.

Pipdig’s public statement contains a number of other false claims that are outlined in Wordfence’s followup piece with code examples. Clothier closes the article by casting aspersion on the press, presumably to encourage customers not to trust what they read from other sources.

I contacted Pipdig for their comment on recent events, but Clothier declined to answer any of my questions. One of those was why the plugin disables Bluehost’s caching plugin without informing customers.

Clothier said he didn’t have any comments beyond what he said in the public statement but encouraged anyone interested to read the new comments added to the code in version 4.9.0:

We’ve also updated version 4.9.0 of the plugin which includes extra commenting in the code, which will hopefully help clear things up like issues with Bluehost caching and the_content() filter.

If anyone is unsure, we recommend updating to the latest version as always. However we also contend that the previous versions had no serious issues too.

Pipdig Customers Share Mixed Reactions to Reports of Vendor Backdoors and DDoS Attacks

In what is perhaps one of the most brazen abuses I’ve ever seen from a theme company in WordPress’ history, Pipdig’s user base has unknowingly been used to target the company’s competitors. Regardless of the company’s motive in combatting the unauthorized distribution of their themes, these types of backdoors and undisclosed content rewrites are indefensible. They prey upon user trust and in this case the victims were primarily bloggers.

I think that's why so many of us are so angry. Bloggers are the lifeblood of #WordPress, you create content and for the most part don't have big budgets to spend. So when someone takes advantage of that those at the "low budget" end of the market, those that cant afford devs…

One of the more puzzling aspects of this story is that many of Pipdig’s users seem to be unfazed by the gravity of the findings in these reports. Without full knowledge of the inner workings of a product, many customers make decisions based on how they feel about a company, regardless of being confronted with facts that should cause them to question their experiences.

Others are angry to have had their sites used in an attack. Getting set up on a new theme is not a trivial task for non-technical users who may have had to pay a developer to launch their sites in the first place.

“My mind is absolutely blown by pipdig’s public response,” Jem Turner said. “I understand that they were counting on their users’ completely non-tech background to bamboozle them, and it certainly seemed to be working in the beginning, but anyone with even the slightest bit of coding knowledge can see that they are lying and I genuinely don’t understand how they think they’ll get away with it.”

This incident shines a spotlight on how unregulated the commercial plugin and theme ecosystem is and how little protection users have from companies that abuse their power. If you are a Pipdig customer affected by this incident, there is no assurance that the company will not build more backdoors into your site in the future. The plugin updates are not reviewed by any kind of authority. Fortunately, there are a few actions you can take to create a safer environment for your website.

First, look for GPL-licensed themes and plugins, because they grant you more freedoms as the user and are compatible with WordPress’ legal license. GPL-licensed products are also a strong indication that the authors respect user freedoms and the shared economic principles that this open source license supports.

Many reputable theme companies choose to host their products’ companion plugins on WordPress.org for ease of distribution and shipping updates. The official directory does not permit these kinds of shady coding practices described in this article and all of the plugins go through a security review by the WordPress Plugin Team. If you are concerned about code quality and the potential for abuse, do a little research on your next prospective commercial theme provider or opt for free WordPress.org-hosted themes and plugins that have undergone a more rigorous vetting process.

When Yin Dragon's Heart met his Solar mate, Frozen Stringed Bandore, one was a skilled and peerless warrior, while the other was a newly reborn Dawn caste. Soon they became mentor and student, then they became equals with blade and spear, then they became lovers whose inner flames had warmed their cold exteriors, but only to each other. They fought behemoths and Raksha princes, braving the Wyld and its dangers side by side. When one faltered, the other was his strength. When one raged, the other was his tether back.

Against the Raksha noble Prince Lamnak With Eyes Of Dreams, they fell together. Yin's silver eyes gazed just a moment too long and fell into a death-like slumber. Frozen Stringed Bandore fought valiently, but he could not win alone. Willing to offer anything to save the Chosen of Luna, he gave the Fair Folk an offer - his memories for Yin's waking. The Raksha took the deal, and Yin's eyes opened as his lover's heart closed. The pain was too much to bear and the Dragon’s Heart made a deal with Prince Lamnak that day - his mate's life for an end to the pain.

Yin Dragon's Heart left the Wyld that day carrying only two things: the bones of the Solar, Frozen Stringed Bandore, and his Compassion forged into a staff of Wyld chaos. Dripping both into Moonsilver, he forged the last proof for the world of his love, Yinban. Never did Yin Dragon's Heart love another mate like Frozen Stringed Bandore and never did he let the spear leave the temple-tomb of his lover. Long since has the ancient Lunar passed, however, and few Solars in the Time of Tumult would simply pass on a spear left on their own past live’s grave.

Evocations of Yinban Once attuned to Yinban, feelings of deepest love flood into the wielder like oil turning the sparks of their passion into overbearing flames. Yinban rolls a 10-dice inspire roll against the wielder's resolve when she attunes. If successful, the wielder immediately increases all Ties of love to individual people or organizations. If they have none, they immediately form a Tie of love to a person or group like this. In either case, if successful, they spend a scene in a passionate and loving emotional state.

Wielders who resonate with Moonsilver can detect that the weapon emanates love before attuning and are aware the weapon will inflame their passions with deep sincere love without ill intent. In addition, attuned wielders gain an additional point of initiative for making successful attacks against anyone they share a Tie of love to or anyone who is part of a group or organization they share a Tie of love to.

When she asks "Do I love you?" the Exalt always receives an answer. A withering attack supplemented by this charm has its threshold successes compared to the target's Guile. If she overcomes his Guile this way, the wielder of the direlance learns immediately if he qualifies under her definition of loved ones. If she holds a Tie of "People of Nexus (Love)" then she learns if her target is from Nexus. If she strikes her husband while he is disguised, she learns that her opponent fulfills My Husband (Love).

Special Activation Rules: As long as the wielder is not dissonant with Moonsilver, this evocation is learned as soon as she gains or strengthens a Tie of Love, whether naturally or by attuning to this artifact.

This is a real feeling and real intimacy, which cannot be eroded unless the Exalt spends another WP after accomplishing a Major or Defining social goal. This evocation can only be used once per story unless reset by accomplishing a Major or Defining social goal involving the Tie gained by this evocation.

Resonant: A wielder resonant with Moonsilver may learn this charm automatically without spending experience points the first time they incapacitate a target they hold a Tie of love towards or when they gain a Tie of love towards an enemy.

When her loved ones stand against her in battle, the only gift that she may give is the numb of Bandore's frozen heart. A decisive attack augmented by this evocation inflicts a mental scar that dulls ones senses and feelings, invalidating any intimacy of love towards her that the target has for the scene, but inflicting upon him a crippling penalty equal to the rating of the intimacy. This mental scar can be removed by effects such as Wound-Banishing Strike.

Burning Dragon's Heart Cost: 7m, 1wp; Mins: Essence 2 Type: Simple Keywords: Decisive-Only, Stackable, Dissonant, Resonant Duration: Instant Prerequisite: Even If Death Do We Part

Yin's love burned like a flame with endless fuel and in The Sliver of Our Love, that passion is an all-consuming inferno waiting to be unleashed. This evocation allows the wielder to make a Difficulty 3 Heart-Fire Gambit against her opponent. If successful, her strike immediately increases his highest intimacy of Love towards her or creates such an intimacy if he does not have one. Her opponent may spend a Willpower to resist the creation of a new intimacy, but cannot resist one of his own being inflamed. The Willpower cost to resist this increases by 1 for every 2 threshold successes she generates on her initiative role. This evocation cannot increase an intimacy beyond Defining.

Dissonant: This evocation cannot increase an intimacy beyond Major.

Resonant: If a Solar or Lunar exalted strikes an opponent who they themselves hold a Tie of love towards, the Willpower cost of this charm is refunded unless the intimacy is raised higher than their own.

Death Divided Lovers Cost: 8m; Mins: Essence 3 Type: Supplemental Keywords: Decisive-Only, Dissonant Duration: Instant Prerequisite: Frozen Love Caress, Burning Dragon's Heart

All love comes to an end but only the wielder of Yinban may decide the moment her lover leaves her. This evocation can supplement a decisive attack made with 15+ initiative and grants an automatic success to the attack roll. If this attack hits, her spear is drawn to the heart of her lover, shifting through any angle to become a deadly blow. She may double damage dice, starting with 10s, equal to the rating of her Tie of love towards her opponent or a group he is a member of. If he has a Tie of love towards her, she may double additional damage dice equal to that rating. If this attack kills her lover, she immediately erases any intimacy directly related to him and loses all memories of him. She becomes supernaturally inured against gaining any intimacy to him, and permanently increases her Resolve by 2 (as a non-Charm bonus) against any attempt to do so.

Dissonant: This charm cannot be learned by wielders dissonant with Moonsilver.

Hướng dẫn lắp Wifi G97RG6M với đầu dây quang FC

Đổi mật khẩu Wifi FPT G97RG6M trên máy tính

Bài viết sẽ hướng dẫn cho người dùng Đổi mật khẩu Wifi FPT G97RG6M một cách dễ hiểu và cơ bản nhất để ai cũng có thể làm được ngay tại nhà

Bước 1: Xác định các thông số có trên mặt sau Wifi G97RG6M như hình trên

Địa chỉ IP truy cập vào modem trên trình duyệt là: 192.168.1.1

Username khi đăng nhập vào địa chỉ 192.168.1.1 là: admin

Password khi đăng nhập vào địa chỉ 192.168.1.1 là: 9812737667 (mỗi thiết bị khác nhau)

Bước 2: Tiến hành đổi tên sóng Wifi và đổi mật khẩu Wifi G97RG6M

Bạn tiến hành đăng nhập vào giao diện modem với nhưng thông tin đã xác định tại Bước 1

Để tiến hành đổi sóng Wifi bạn cần thao tác trên máy tính có kết nối mạng LAN trực tiếp với modem G97RG6M (không qua hub)

Kết nối bằng wifi vẫn thao tác được nhưng khi tiến hành đổi tên sóng, bạn sẽ bị mất kết nối và phải dò lại tên Wifi mới cũng như sau đổi mật khẩu bạn lại phải đăng nhập lại mật khẩu. Thật là phiền phức phải không?

A. Đổi tên sóng Wifi

Sau khi đã đăng nhập thành công vào giao diện của modem G97RG6M ta làm như sau:

Trên thanh menu ngang trên cùng chọn Wireless setup

Trên cột menu bên trái (có 2 phần 2.4G và 5G) chọn SSID phần của 5G

Trong giao diện giữa, tại mục Set SSID state => tick chọn Enable

Tại mục Enter a SSID name hãy xóa tên wifi cũ đi và đặt lại tên mới.

Ở dưới cùng hãy lick vào Apply để lưu cấu hình bạn vừa cài đặt.

B - Đổi mật khẩu Wifi

Sau khi lưu cấu hình đổi tên sóng bên trên, tiếp theo là tiến hành đổi mật khẩu cho wifi

Ở cột menu bên trái lick tiếp vào Wireless Security

Giao diện ở giữ hiện ra, trong mục 4. Enter security passphrase xóa mật khẩu cũ đi và đặt lại mật khẩu mới

Nhấn vào Apply ở mục 5 để lưu cấu hình vừa đổi

Đổi mật khẩu Wifi FPT G97RG6M trên HiFPT

Đổi mật khẩu wifi trên ứng ụng HiFPT rất tiện lợi, bạn không cần phải hiểu biết về công nghệ, có thể đổi mật khẩu ở bất kỳ ở đâu không nhất thiết phải ở nhà và đổi bất cứ lúc nào bản cảm thấy wifi chậm. Và dĩ nhiên là có thể đổi mật khẩu wifi FPT bất kỳ phiên bản modem nào được FPT telecom trang bị cho bạn.

Bước 1: Trong giao diện quản lý HiFPT ➱ trong phần Modem ➱ chọn Quản lý

Bước 2: Trong phần Wifi ➱ chọn sóng 2.4Ghz hoặc 5Ghz cần đổi mật khẩu

Bước 3: Chọn vào Đổi mật khẩu

Bước 4: Đặt mật khẩu theo hướng dẫn ô trên và lặp lại tương tự ô dưới (Lưu ý mật khẩu wifi chỉ được phép nhập chữ không dấu và số, và các ký tự %$#@!:;_-, độ dài cho phép từ 8 đến 20 ký tự)

Bước 5: Lưu thay đổi mật khẩu vừa nhập ở trên

➱ Lúc này hệ thông sẽ gửi 1 tin nhắn SMS mã OTP vào số điện thoại quản lý ứng dụng HiFPT(là số điện thoại bạn dùng để đăng ký HiFPT)

Bước 6: Nhập mã OTP mà FPT Telecom vừa gửi cho bạn qua tin nhắn SMS vào.

Như vậy là ta đã hoàn tất xong đổi tên sóng wifi và mật khẩu trên wifi FPT G97RG6M rồi, việc cần làm tiếp theo là kiểm tra lại các thiết bị di động sử dụng wifi như điện thoại, laptop, smart tivi... đăng nhập và sử dụng tên sóng Wifi mới.
