There’s lots of scope in aerial yoga to expand your range of possibilities and explore new ways to move, but sometimes that can feel scary or intimidating. Valentine's day is the perfect day to practice Self-love by celebrating with a special 90 minute Restorative Aerial Yoga Class.

This nurturing candle lit practice will combine crystals, essential oils, and singing bowl with soft restorative music to create the ultimate peaceful practice as you are gently guided through a series of relaxing supported poses with the weightlessness of the aerial silk hammock positioned approximately a foot off the ground. During the practice you will cleanse, set an intention, and seal it into a small polished Rose Quartz of your own (this "Love" crystal is included in with the class price).

We will end this special evening with roses, heart themed tealights, chocolate, desserts & a sparkling non-alcoholic drink. You will leave feeling pampered and rejuvenated.
