Nah but can we appreciate Revenge of the Spider Queen more? That special is AMAZING, I completely forgot how good it was until I rewatched it. The training scene? MK and Wukong watching the fireworks? LBD’s debut? Spider Queen’s takeover? The introduction of the spider crew? Wukong and DBK getting captured? Red Son joining the team? The hilarious jokes throughout the special? All of them going to the Celestial Realm? The kickass final battle with MK, Wukong, and DBK working together? IT’S JUST SO DAMN GOOD!! Perfect introduction to season 2 and a FRICKIN AWESOME SPECIAL!

Did you go to that super spicy barbecue truck on New Years? I wanted to try it but the Demon-of-the-week thing happened and I didn’t get a chance 🥲

Be glad you didn’t. As a bit of a foodie and a small time reporter I couldn’t resist the promise of a new gimmick food stand so I went when it first opened and let me tell you they should have contracts people have to sign before ordering saying they won’t sue. I was a bit cautious ordering since I recognized the guy at the window as the red headed bastard from the show store and weather station incidents but I was hungry and my stomach is the boss so I went ahead and ordered some meat skewers in very hot and boiling lava thinking I could work my way up. Now I can handle spicy food always have been able to and I love pushing myself but this? Oh my gods You can barely taste the food after a couple bites( the meat was cooked excellently though). They do not sell water milk or bread and that’s stupid not only because of what they’re selling but because of all the money it could make. All the stands next to it we’re making a killing selling things in those categories.

This should not be advertised as a restaurant but ass a challenge with some kind of reward if you can beat it ( gods know nobody will ever do that lol ) spice level names were funny though. honestly my standards have been significantly lowered by speedy panda.

5/10 stars give this to your worst enemy 😉

Okay, I'm not sure if any of you remember, but in s1 of monkie kid, the episode where Spider Queen was introduced, there were two other prisoners.

My theory is, that those two are Huntsman and Buff Spider.

I mean- what else could've happened to them? We never saw them saved or anything. They were abadoned there and well... Made perfect new henchmen, I suppose.

I don’t know if these words were actually said in the show, but if they were I swear I’m gonna blow a circuit. (Just looked it up. They were.)

Either way this is driving me bonkers.

The reason it’s driving me crazy is that both Starscream from Transformers Prime and Heatwave from Rescue Bots were voiced by Steve Blum. Both are characters I LOVE (right now, and as a little girl) and both were played by the man, the myth, the legend himself.

Steve Blum is a real person, not a fictional character that I can gush about with no consequences, so I’ll keep this to a minimum.

but I’ve reached a point where the only thing you need to do to get me to adore a character (Evidenced with Huntsman and Mayor from Lego Monkie Kid) is to show me that they have been voiced by this man. It’s a bit of a problem. And if you watch YouTube, you’ve probably seen his ad. Imagine me perusing YouTube. Clicks on a video and moves mouse to skip the ad. Drinks water.

“Hi. I’m Steve Blum.” *Spews water all over my shirt. Lunges for the mouse to move it before it’s too late and spends the next several minutes it takes for the ad to play trying not to spontaneously combust from pure joy. …

Um… let’s just say this Transformers screenshot brought me some joy and leave it at that.

soooo not enough people talking about how not only is the Trigram Furnace fully lit in LMK but also filled with MIRRORS.

that’s so terrifying like-

first off TW for blood, death, self hatred, and being boiled alive

Imagine watching yourself get boiled to death, imagine seeing blood fall from your eyes and into the muddy water as you slowly loose vision

imagine the last thing you see clearly being yourself, bloody, bruised and scared.

the worst part, the reflections talked to MK so whose to say they didn’t talk to Sun Wukong. imagine spending 49 days with a reflection of all the terrible things you’ve done taunting you as you were boiled alive.

Imagine a mirror image of yourself looking down at you as you scream in pain and telling you that you did this to yourself, that you will die in there any day now.

Anyway that’s enough angst for one night
