PRINCESS WISH
Featuring: Riliane Lucifen D'autriche (Rin)
Plot: Princess Riliane got whatever she desired, unfortunately, you were one of the many things she wanted.
CW: yandere, forced relationship, kidnapping, arson, disturbing letter, gn!reader, reader is referred to as 'royal'
A/N: RIN MY BELOVED PLEASE NOTICE ME. Also just to clarify, the two of you met at a royal event.
Their eyes seemed to shimmer in the light, brighter than any gem could ever do. Warm, sunny rays seemed to just bounce of their skin like a mirror. Their hair would gently swish and sway in the warm wind. They smiled brightly the first time they had met, which had set the princess' heart ablaze with adoration.
The tyrant princess seemed to have followed them around like a puppy tied on a leash. She would get sad or irritated whenever they would have to interact with anyone but them. A scowl would be on her face whenever they would leave their side, for whatever reason.
The princess has asked them to stay at their kingdom, in their castle multiple times, even after they had separated, the princess would write pages upon pages, asking, begging, pleading that they come to at least visit her.
But sadly, they had their own kingdom to worry about.
One day however, they received their usual letter from the princess, although, this time it was much more shorter than usual letters they received from her.
It read as so:
𝒟𝑒𝒶𝓇 𝓈𝓉𝒶𝓇𝓁𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓉.
𝐼𝓉 𝒽𝒶𝓈 𝒷𝑒𝑒𝓃 𝒶 𝓁𝑜𝓃𝑔 𝓌𝒽𝒾𝓁𝑒 𝓈𝒾𝓃𝒸𝑒 𝓌𝑒 𝒽𝒶𝓋𝑒 𝒸𝑜𝓂𝑒 𝒻𝒶𝒸𝑒-𝓉𝑜-𝒻𝒶𝒸𝑒 𝓌𝒾𝓉𝒽 𝑒𝒶𝒸𝒽 𝑜𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓇 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝐼 𝒶𝓂 𝓈𝓉𝒶𝓇𝓉𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝓉𝑜 𝑔𝑒𝓉 𝓌𝑜𝓇𝓇𝒾𝑒𝒹 𝒶𝒷𝑜𝓊𝓉 𝓎𝑜𝓊.
𝐼 𝒽𝒶𝓋𝑒 𝒸𝑜𝓂𝑒 𝓉𝑜 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝒸𝑜𝓃𝒸𝓁𝓊𝓈𝒾𝑜𝓃, 𝓉𝒽𝒶𝓉 𝒾𝒻 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝒶𝓇𝑒 𝓉𝑜 𝓀𝑒𝑒𝓅 𝒹𝑒𝓃𝓎𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝓂𝓎 𝓁𝑜𝓋𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝒾𝓃𝓋𝒾𝓉𝒶𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃𝓈, 𝐼 𝓌𝒾𝓁𝓁 𝒽𝒶𝓋𝑒 𝓉𝑜 𝓇𝑒𝓈𝑜𝓇𝓉 𝓉𝑜 𝒹𝓇𝒶𝓈𝓉𝒾𝒸 𝓂𝑒𝒶𝓈𝓊𝓇𝑒𝓈.
𝐼 𝒽𝑜𝓅𝑒 𝓉𝑜 𝒽𝑒𝒶𝓇 𝓎𝑜𝓊𝓇 𝒶𝓃𝓈𝓌𝑒𝓇 𝓈𝑜𝑜𝓃.
𝐿𝑜𝓋𝑒
𝑅𝒾𝓁𝒾𝒶𝓃𝑒 𝐿𝓊𝒸𝒾𝒻𝑒𝓃 𝒟'𝒶𝓊𝓉𝓇𝒾𝒸𝒽𝑒
Sweat rolled down their forehead in panic. What would the princess do if they would continue to refuse them? Would she pronounce war against your kingdom. They did not what to think about what would happen.
They tore the letter to millions of pieces, leaving it scattered all over their carpeted office floor. Quietly, they left their messy office to go back to their bedroom.
After commanding the two soldiers that stood guard outside their room to make sure that no one came in while they slept, they dragged themselves over to the bathroom to at least freshen up before getting into their bed.
They climbed under their thick covers, prayer that whatever the princess was talking about in her letter that it would not come true. They shut their eyes close, thinking of anything but the tyrant princess.
After what seemed like only a few minutes to the royal, they were suddenly shaken awake by one of their guards. In a panicked voice, he explains how someone had set their the castle ablaze. The royal was quickly wide awake at the guard's message and quickly got out of bed.
The guard led them out of the castle where all of the servants and other guards were waiting for the royal. They look at their castle and see smoke coming from their east side. Swiftly, they climbed onto on of the guard's horses and galloped over to where the smoke was coming from.
As they got closer to the source, there was someone speaking. Unfortunately, they could not tell what they were saying from their distance.
Their horse started to slow down, doing into a trot and the voices just got more and more loud.
Abruptly, everything went completely black. The royal felt themselves fall off their horse and then their stead screaming in freight, running away from them as quick as it could.
The voices that they heard was right next to their ears now. They could feel thick rope tie together their ankles and wrists, stopping any further movement from the royal.
The owners of the voices grabbed either end of them, lifting them off the ground and away in a direction they could not tell.
Something covered the royal's mouth, a cloth. One of their kidnappers had been trying to make the royal fall unconscious. Unfortunately, it had worked. The royal was blacked out, in a forced conscious.
After what felt like days, the royal woke up to the feeling of being rumbled around.
They were laying in something soft. It was as soft as a pillow. The royal obviously panicked. They tried to move away from the softness and the warmth, they were not used to it.
Suddenly, a high pitched, familiar voice was heard, "Oh my love. Stop squirming about. You're only going to hurt yourself."
The royal stopped all their movement once they heard the other voice. It seemed to similar to a voice they already knew well enough to recognize without a face.
"Please, let me help up off the floor sweetheart." coed the voice.
A reached down and gently helped the royal up off the carriage floor and onto the plush seats. The royal's head was forced back into the stranger's lap. The stranger forced their face to point upwards and slowly but surely, the stranger untied their eye covering.
The sudden light blinded the royal momentarily, before a soft smiling face appeared in their vision.
It was a beautifully dressed girl around the age of fourteen. She had soft blonde hair that fell by the sides of her face. Her dark blue eyes stared into the royal's with a type of adoration that they could not comprehend.
When their eyes widened in surprise, the princess smiled softly at them. "I do hope that remembered my face." the girl spoke.
The princess was none other than the one that had been spending the royal so many letter.
Princess Riliane Lucifen D'autriche.
"Ah, so it seems that you do remember me after all." she giggled out.
The royal awkwardly chuckled at her words.
"Pardon my words princess... but may I ask why I am currently tied up and laying in your lap?" they questioned.
The princess' face scrunched up at the royal's words. She let out, "First of all, from now on you shall call me dear or darling and you will only get out when I decide that I can trust you."
The royal's face twisted into a surprised look as they stared at the princess' still scrunched face. Realizing what they had to say, they whispered, "I apologize my dear."
The princess' face lit up in happiness and excitement. She wrapped her arms awkwardly around their neck as she giggled happily at the royal's words.
Oh boy

The final comic of the tongue twisters arc
Translator notes:
1) I couldn't imagine Riliane remotely capable of mercy, honestly. She's not the type.
2) Imagine if Allen had been the prince...would he have just passed out whenever he held a meeting with his people or the other palace retainers if those all looked at him?
3) The mis-spellings by Chartette, Ney and the other retainer have been adjusted to make them more (un)funny in english.
What they actually say is the following:
Chartette: Riliannu Lucifendu...
Ney: Lucifend du Austriche...
Other retainer: nu Liucifen...
4) Other than that, I don't have particular language trivia to share, except for maybe the title.
Tongue twisters in japanese is made up of two kanjis:
早口 (hayakuchi) = rapid talking, and...
言葉 (kotoba) = language.
Putting those kanjis together to form one meaning you get the japanese word for tongue twisters contests (hayakuchikotoba).
On the other hand, I translated the title "tongue twists" to give a sense of continuity with the previous comic called "tongue slips".
