BIO 

To say Archie Andrews was complex was almost too simple of a way to describe the young man. He had always tried his best to follow the rules and take care of everyone. He was the ‘All-American jock’ because it was what his father wanted for him. It was supposed to be a way out from having to live day to day, a good day being just barely making ends meet. Not having to struggle and take any random job or having to help out with his father’s business just because his dad wasn’t making enough money to pay an employee to do it. On the other hand he wanted to pursue music, and always tried to find ways to sneak off and play for his friends, or at open mic nights or talent shows. All that changed when his father died, even though he and Danny were the same age, Archie felt like it was his responsibility to step up and take care of Danny and Noah. He put behind his dreams of doing something in music, and gave up on his father’s dreams of him being a football star as a way to get out of town and took over running the business for his father. While most of his time was spent at work he was still able to help Noah when he needed him the most.

Archie knew he had done all that he could to help his younger brother, but he still felt an immense amount of guilt for it getting as bad as it did. He tried to make up for it in every way he could, including hiding his own thoughts on the D/S system so that he and his brothers wouldn’t get into a fight over it. That didn’t stop Archie from feeling a sense of comfort when he had gotten his mark. Most people would have expected him to be upset that he was marked as a sub and not a dom but he wasn’t. He always enjoyed helping everyone out and doing things for them no matter how big or small, but now he felt as if being marked as a sub offered him a level of relief. He didn’t have to carry the weight of the world on his shoulders anymore, in fact if someone claimed him there would always be someone there to catch him if failed.

BIO QUESTIONS

What are your feelings about the mark you have received? 

I know there are some people who are surprised by it, but I’m okay with it. I’ve always had to step up for others so I could see this as being a good thing. How do your feelings on the system compare to your parents’ feelings on it? Well I’m not sure about mom, she hasn’t been around much since her and dad broke it off. I think my views on it are closer to my dad’s, but I might be a bit more accepting of it.

Where do you see yourself after you graduate? 

Hopefully in a claim, maybe getting back into my music.

How do you feel about authority?

I’m for it, but only as long as it’s not purposefully used to hurt people or keep them down.

here's a little bit of communications history from an au of mine!

'Communications' first appeared as a tv show called "Number Street", airing from 1956-1959 in black and white. The show mainly followed the Elsners- Nancy, Henry, their teenage son Kenneth (or as we know him, Kennith), and their young daughter Poppy- as well as their neighbors and friends. Notable other characters were Shirley (Stephanie) and Gregory (Greg), Kenneth's best friends, and Poppy's two young accomplices, Brenda (Bri) and Ann (Avery). Some other notable reoccurring characters were Ray, Evelyn, and Nathan. Taking inspiration from shows such as I Love Lucy and The Honeymooners, the show was a sitcom that focused heavily on Henry and Nancy's relationship. It wasn't incredibly popular nor did it have the best budget- however, it was still enjoyable and somewhat charming.

Around the same time the case 1 fic became popular, a group of roleplayers began uploading edited versions of their au roleplays set in the 80s. The group was composed of three friends, one playing kenneth, the second playing "Shirley", and the third playing Gregory and Evelyn. The roleplayers chose to switch out the name Shirley with Stephanie, as they found it too "old timey" for the setting of their au, and used the name Greg as "Gregory's" full name. The au was pretty slice-of-life at first, with the angst being centered around kenneth's depression and being gay in the 80s (adopting the popular headcanon), though it soon took a dark turn after one of the users read the case 1 fic and wanted to take inspiration from it. It first started as Evelyn going on a killing spree and Kenneth commiting suicide but was eventually rewritten into kenneth hijacking a national news broadcast. The fic was deleted after the friend group fell apart and was considered lost for a time until somebody reuploaded it onto fanfiction.net years later. the original ending is still considered lost media.

At the height of the comic's popularity, another adaptation was made- "communications" as we know it now! somewhat. A user who went by thetellerofstoriezz or Spoiler online wrote two songs based on the original popular fanfics, "housewife radio" (of which there were two versions- they remastered it) and "colorbars", neither of which gained much popularity. It wasn't until they released the final version of "housewife radio", which was based on the comic, that they got popular, leading to the creation of a comic-based remake of colorbars called "broadcast illusion". this song gained even more attention then its former, leading to Spoilers cranking out two more comic-inspired songs, "black & white" and "rotary dial". They later changed the meaning of their songs to match their own rewrite, which they discussed in length on tumblr, mainly though asks. their changes were bold, erasing poppy entirely and dividing the family to sort the characters into cases 1, 2, and 3. They had planned to release more music related to their rewrite, but cracked under the pressure and deleted their social media.

FINALLY the last adaptation to date! A reboot of "Number Street" was announced for streaming services (yayyy...). At first it was going to be a riverdale-style retelling of the original show, though while doing research, the writing team discovered the show's extensive fan-made lore and ended up changing the show entirely. It turned out as a sanitized version of Spoiler's retelling, with some (but not all) of the plot holes filled and a new soundtrack. Fun Fact: the young girl who played Poppy in the original show came back to play Frances in the reboot! the show followed each case throughout a season, originally pitching three seasons but hoping to be renewed for more, in which they would make new shit up. Unfortunately, they didn't make it past two, the show being abruptly canceled during the filming of its third season. The first season was published all at once, while the second followed an episode-per-week format.

hmmMM depends on what you're looking for!! the lovely thing about indie ttrpgs is there's a system (or 10) for everything—high fantasy, cyberpunk, steampunk, apocalypse, teen drama!!

my top recs are:

high fantasy: burning wheel, dungeonworld, world of dungeons, mouseguard

cyberpunk: i've heard good things about shadowrun from the crowd that enjoy suuuper crunchy games (d&d and pathfinder are good examples of what i call "crunchy"—lots and lots of rules and dice rolls, as well as lots and lots of pre-written campaigns and homebrew classes), a lot of avery alder games can be run in a cyberpunk lens (dream askew, dream anew, basically their whole belonging outside belonging system is created specifically for malleability of tone—DMless, table-collaboration games where you build a world from scratch as a table, based on things you're interested in exploring together, and things you want to avoid)

steampunk: the only one i have on mind for this is blades in the dark, which is arguably steampunk—i call it that bc my closest touchstones for it are six of crows and peaky blinders! the world is built up really efficiently for you, like a super vivid, well-developed city and broader landscape, and you build a criminal gang on top of your individual character and then you Do Crimes (can be a gang of thieves, traffickers, creepy cults, assassins—you name it!) easily in my top 3 games

apocalypse: again with avery alder, like god their games are genius and so, so intimate to play, specifically apocalypse world (which is a game system that's suffused the market of indie games, like many writers take the basic mechanics of AW and twist it to their own means, and it RIPS like every single time)

teen angst: monsterhearts!!! monsterhearts monsterhearts MONSTERHEARTS my fucking beloved—you play a teen monster just trying to keep their shit together, and each of the monster playbooks play with various traumas and personal/interpersonal issues like anger, isolation, fawning, performativity, the developmental bent towards manipulation. it's a game that can either go so fucking hard, or be a lovely little jaunt, and that depends a lot on your group—and it's another avery alder game, based on the apocalypse world system, which are all typefied by a dedication to protecting the players at the table And the GM. specifically, you're encouraged to lay out your soft no issues, and your hard nos. eg my group alwasy nixes alcoholism, graphic abuse, and we tend to try to steer clear of manipulative magics (the classic touchstone for this is the d&d spell Charm Person, but monsterhearts' Vampire playbook is largely sculpted around that kind of compulsion/thrall, and we tread very carefully with those). plus they introduce the X card, which you can throw down on the table at any point, for any reason if you run into a surprise trigger or a situation goes too hairy for you to interact with, and you're under no obligation to explain your reasons, aside from like. "can we steer this in a different direction". touchstones: mean girls, heathers, riverdale

urban: monster of the week! think buffy, think supernatural, think charmed, sabrina, etc. you play a team of ppl goin after monsters for whatever reason (personal vendettas, responsibility to protect your town/family, money, whatever) and it's honestly such a joy to be adapting to new monster problems every session or every few sessions, but keeping the throughline of the same characters and the same brewing relationships.

all of these games heavily feature player-character relationships, and lean into the actual improvisational roleplaying in a way that people always want d&d to do, but end up having to homebrew it and fudge rules to make work the way they want—and why bother going through that work as a GM (often arduous and time-consuming) when there's a game for literally every direction you and your table want to go! these games often feature a specific "zero session" in which you build your characters at the table with your group, and often build the world around them, too. and especially monsterhearts and AW systems, you're also defining your relationship to your fellow player characters with prewritten concepts like a desire to protect them because you see them as needing protection, or they saved you from past harm and you owe them your loyalty, or you just think they're shiny—and also you can write your own! it's all a conversation, which to me is the most important part of a game.

like for example, i had a blades in the dark game last night that we tied off in a scene with my character and an NPC which didn't go the direction i wanted it to go, not because of a failed roll on my part, but bc my GM didn't pick up what i was laying down—a miscommunication we figured out after we'd ended for the evening. me: jay just wanted to get her in bed UGH GM: wait were you trying to seduce her me: yes!!!! GM: oh shit ok i did Not put that together, ok we're gonna re-do that scene at the top of next session

because it's a conversation!!! this isn't a guarantee that the scene will go the way i want it to, but it'll leave less of a disappointed taste in my mouth—because i always want shit to either go perfectly, or go completely, utterly to shit, as does everyone i play with, and that scene had landed us in a really boring middleground that would have concluded in a very boring approach to the job we were hired to do (steal from the general i wanted to seduce—og plan was for my character to get her into bed and knock her out w a sleeping agent our alchemist brewed, and then let my crew into the headquarters through a side door—but the way that final scene panned out, we would have just had to regular old stealth our way in, which is BORING and also VERY LIKELY TO GO WRONG in bland and predictable ways.)

ANYWAY! all this to say! dream big! there's stuff out there for everyone that doesn't involve trying to squish d&d around to fit your desires, and avoids the issue of getting real bogged down in combat. most of these games play by the general idea of combat that lasts longer than 15 seconds putting you at an extreme disadvantage, so you get a couple fast and strong moves and then you have an aftermath of injuries or conflict or success to play with!! and ALSO you're still definitely allowed to like d&d!!!! a lot of indie tabletop ppl love to shit on d&d, and my table does do that, but i personally love that people do what they want w every game—so do what you love! games are meant to be fun and fulfilling, and whatever gets you there is perfect!!!!!!!

Small Introduction

Hey there. This isn’t my first roleplay, but it’s my first time doing it on this platform. I’m not sure if I’m using twitter or instagram. I’m leaning towards insta but I may get more people on twitter.. I really hope you guys like this group and we can all have some fun!

Plot

It’s basically what happens in season 3. I put a small synopsis in case you forgot. I may just watch it on Netflix to try and remember everything.

Season 3 took place primarily during Archie, Veronica, Betty, and Jughead's Junior year of high school. Between gang wars, cult rituals, and musical rehearsals, they actually went to prom and took the SATs.

Here’s my character’s backstory. Catalina Andrews doesn’t remember much from her younger years in Riverdale but she remembers more than her mother claims to have. She was a year younger than her brother and he was her favorite person in the world. She remembers the last Christmas they spent together. The Andrews went to the zoo and she saw a red panda and every time they went to see Santa, she begged him for a red panda. And even though it wasn’t a real one, she got a stuffed one that she named Jasper. She remembered going to Pop’s and she got a chocolate milkshake and tried to steal Archie’s French fries.

Well.. all that changed when her mother Mary, for whatever reason, decided to take her away from Archie when she was only 4 years old. Catalina cried as she was torn away from her favorite person in the world. She and Mary moved to Chicago.

While she lived there, she had quite a gloomy life. She hoped every day that she could escape and run back to Riverdale to find her brother. Her mother told her that he would never remember her anymore and he wouldn’t welcome her back. When she was just about to turn 15, she snuck out and ran out. She took her sketchbook, a few snacks and Jasper in her bag and ran out. She has finally arrived in Riverdale after 11 years and no matter what the differences are, she just wants to be with her favorite big brother in all the world. She just hopes her mother wasn’t right and be rejected from her own brother and father.

3. I would prefer if my character was the only oc. I don’t want people to take ocs and no canons. So I’d say please choose canons before ocs.

Play #9: Talisman’s emergent narrative: making meaning out of chance

A few weeks ago, I played Talisman: Digital Edition with my friends. As its name suggests, the game is a digital adaption of Games Workshop’s classic board game from 1983, Talisman. The game’s main objective has players taking turns rolling dice to travel around the gameboard, fighting enemies and collecting loot before they can venture into inner zones to become the winner. Indeed, if that description hasn’t reminded you of a typical RPG’s gameplay loop yet, then the fact that the game’s aesthetic theme is western fantasy should cement that. That being said, the board game is definitely not meant to be a storytelling-focused game like Dixit or the typical Tabletop RPG; none of Talisman’s rules mentions nor encourages players to tell a story as they play along. Yet nevertheless, the emergent narrative formed unintentionally through our playing was what made the game really fun for us.

This emergent narrative caught my attention when after we finished our first session, one of my friends said that the campaign was fun and then proceeded to describe the experience in fantasy narrative style. To call our session a “campaign” reminded me of Dungeons & Dragons (my friend knows a little bit about DnD), and when I looked back to our playing session, our Talisman session did feel similar to a fantasy adventure: we worked together to take down the Sentinel, we kept losing our healths inside the harder areas, we made fun of each other when our lucks weren’t in our favor, and so on. The game was already fun to play as it was, but by describing the session in terms of DnD style, we also produced a fun story too. For example, this was our most favorite moment in our first session:

Reality: I accidentally lost my last Life Point by not paying attention. Unexpectedly, that death gave me a chance to turn the game around. When I got revived, I got lucky and drew a spell that lets me steal a powerful item from my friend. This one singular decision ended up having a big ramification to the point of leading me to victory.

Narrative: The Exorcist visited the graveyard to make a pact with the Devil. In exchange for his life, he gained immense power that let him steal a powerful artifact from his ally—a wand that lets him cast numerous spells. With this newfound power, obtaining the Crown of Command was an easy task for him.

Notably though, the way we created narrative here was slightly different from roleplaying: instead of acting in alternate persona in order to form a narrative, here, the narrative was formed retrospectively. None of us played the game with the intention to tell a story, and yet we nonetheless looked forward to the kind of absurd narrative that could be generated from our playing.

One specific feature of Talisman that contributes the most to the creation of this emergent narrative is the matter of “fortune”, a central point of playing according to Sarah Lynne Bowman. While Talisman has been met with criticism before for being too luck-based, I think half the fun of the game is dealing with bad luck. The unpredictableness of dice rolls opens up opportunities for us to laugh at each other’s misfortunes or to get surprised by an unexpected turn of event. Granted this randomness might not be fun for everyone, but for my friend group, who loves “stories so absurd it is fun” (it’s the reason we watch Riverdale weekly), Talisman is perfect for us! Even boring moments can be translated into something memorable, such as with our second run. New to the game, we were unaware of the Firelands Expansion’s difficulty, so our combination of the expansion with a specific victory condition that did not gel well ended up making the run horrible. To put it plainly, we had to end the run prematurely because it was miserable to keep playing when everyone just died every turn due to fire tiles. As a story, however, it was frankly entertaining to look back on: just a bunch of heroes who failed to save the world from hellfire, so they slowly burned in hell for their damnation sins. This sort of emergent narrative, which is resulted from unpredictable dice rolls and our interpretation of events, demonstrates the power of narrating: it can turn individual gameplay moments into a meaningful sequence.

Overall, I find it interesting that this emergent narrative is “forcefully” constructed by the players instead of being a natural part of the game’s convention. In a way, such a narrative making process can serve as an example of how players' experience doesn’t necessarily have to correlate to a game’s intended design in order for them to have fun.

The Eternal Life Of Alcina aka 'Blood Is The Drug For Me'.

NOTE: The title of this story is a play on words of 'Love Is The Drug' by Bryan Ferry and Roxy Music (and also covered by Grace Jones), and also this story in general is inspired by Slave to Love which is also by Bryan Ferry.

The word ‘vampire’ is definitely one that many horror buffs will definitely know, since we all know what a vampire is. A vampire is a type of supernatural being that traditionally feeds on the blood of others or sometimes if they don’t drink blood they feed on energy/auras, and the vampire has had many different incarnations over the decades and some have been on the very alluring side. Well naturally since vampires and sexuality go hand in hand. Sometimes you might find there are people that find scary/monstrous things fascinating and Jack Thompson was one of them, Jack was Nathan’s old friend from England who was a natural born trickster and comedian with a love of macabre and gruesome things, his ultimate goal was to be an actor or makeup effects artist and to either make monsters or be made up as one.

Now this isn’t going to be one of those stories that some authors do that are TG stories with a bunch of pop-culture jokes that don’t make sense or don’t go together, you know…’oh look, there’s the entire cast of Riverdale and the cast of that one Disney Channel sitcom about wizards’ yeah apart from the fact that both shows are teen shows with supernatural beings in them, there’s nothing the two shows have in common. You won’t be seeing a bunch of random cars showing up with Cool Cat, because 1. That was already done in the first Cool Cat movie. 2. What do Transformers, Voltron, Power Rangers, Turbo Teen and Knight-Rider have to do with Cool Cat anyway apart from a hackneyed attempt at the author at doing a famous vehicle connection because ‘get it that happened in the movie’, even if it’s a joke story, the references have to go together and make sense. Besides, what happens in Cool Cat, STAYS in Cool Cat. And this story definitely makes a lot of sense. You see, Jack was one of those ‘monster kids’, and he owned a huge collection of vampire related items, his dream was to have vampire powers himself but he was deemed as crazy for having such dreams.

One evening he decided to pay a visit to Nathan’s apartment, especially since he had booked a special visit to that place for his latest project. He was part of a Resident Evil Village roleplay group and since his best friend had taken Donna while his brother chose to play Heisenberg, he decided to do a role he never would consider doing since he rarely ever did female roles that role was Dimitrescu. He had fallen in love with her and was obsessed with her, he was reluctant to at first but eventually accepted it. ‘Nathan, I have arrived.’ ‘So you’re ready for your special get into character assignment’ ‘Why yes, I am.’ ‘Have you thought about which village lord you want to be?’ ‘Yes, I want her.’ ‘Lady Dimitrescu?’ ‘Yes, Lady Alcina Dimitrescu. The deadly and alluring vampiress, I love vampires, i’m obsessed with vampires, I want to become her.’ ‘Naturally and how will you be doing this?’ ‘Well I was wondering if she could take over my body.’

“As in possess you?”

“Naturally…your possession stories are sexy, I want her to possess me.”

“You want to become Dimitrescu via possession? I can do that.”

If a TVTropes trope could ever be applied to Jack it would be ‘Vampire Vannabe’, because as mentioned his dream was to have vampire powers but everyone thought he was crazy for having such dreams, he had a very strong connection to Alcina, he even dreamed about her, which was something Nathan could relate to since he felt the same about Santanico Pandemonium and Elvira, and also had a lot of love for Alcina too. He knew of a book that could help, it was an ancient book/tome he kept on his bookshelf, this book had a book of game character summoning spells. His family dabbled in magic and he himself knew of many spells that he had been taught and of course he had a friend that had sorceress-like powers.

“You didn’t tell me you knew magic.”

“Everyone in my family does.”

“Lucky, the only one who can do magic in my family is my father.”

“Here we go…a Dimitrescu summoning spell.”

Nathan pointed out the instructions for the incantation and taught Jack how to utter them himself, Jack chanted the words as supernatural energy emitted from the room as a smokey spectral entity materialized, taking on the shape and form of Lady Dimitrescu herself as ‘she’ materialized before him. Jack couldn’t believe his eyes, his beloved ‘vamp queen’ was all there and he was ready for her to claim his body. ‘Woah, you definitely seem ready for her.’ ‘I’ll do anything for Alcina.’ ‘Aaaaw, you are the cutest Dimitrescu simp ever I must say.’

“Hello Jack.”

“Alcina…I can’t believe you’re here.”

“This is no dream, this is real and I am here to guide you. Now, listen to my voice.”

“I’ll do anything for you,, my lady.”

Alcina seductively blew a kiss in the direction of Jack, which sent him into a trance-like state as he couldn’t help but think of just how beautiful and powerful she was. She brought him over as she sang a song to him to increase the trance’s effect. ‘I still remember, I still love, I still remember, where I came from. Lover to lover, days in the sun. Moment by moment, past and done.’ Jack recognized the song as the song ‘Seduction Surrender’ which was performed by Grace Jones as the vampire character Katrina in the 1986 film ‘Vamp’.

“Alcina, you’re the best mistress ever.”

“I know, and I know that you like this.”

She seduced him with her powers and enticed him further, kissing him and explaining that she had been searching for someone who was worthy enough to take after her. Jack had been waiting for this moment all his life, and he knew that he was likely going to enjoy it. ‘You think i’m worthy enough of being like you?’ ‘Oh yes, i’ve been connecting to you through your dreams, and I know your dreams have lead to me.’ ‘Well yes…but everyone thinks i’m crazy for wanting to be a vampire.’ ‘I don’t think you’re crazy.’ ‘You don’t?’

“Oh no. I think you’ve got good taste. And I know you’ve been wanting this.”

“That’s so sweet of you.”

Alcina’s influence was making Jack fawn over her even more, he wanted not only to be with her but to be like her…he wanted the glamorous undead life of a vampire. ‘Would you take over my body, please?’ ‘Why most certainly.’ The glamorous vampiress turned into a translucent form as she entered Jack’s mouth and dove down his throat, possessing him in the process…within a couple of seconds he began to feel the effects of the possession take place. His skin slowly lost imperfections as it softened and smoothened but also became pale, the kind of pale skin that she had.

“And now it is beginning, I am becoming just like you.”

“Why yes, you are.”

In addition to this his arms were lengthening and slimming as they contorted, his hands shrank while a pair of elegant black gloves materialized on them…his fingernails lengthened and he found that he could extend his new fingernails even more and use them as if they were claws…’aaaw hell yes, i’ve always wanted to be able to do that!’. His torso and chest slimmed down quite a bit as his two round formations slowly developed on his chest, these formations blossomed out into what were commonly known as breasts, breasts that went up several sizes as his stomach slimmed and his legs lengthened, giving him a shapely build. ‘Oh yes, oh yes…I am already loving this!’

His hips flared out as his privates altered, giving him a thicc rear end as his feet shrank and his clothing slowly changed into an outfit that resembled Alcina’s own one complete with his shoes becoming the same as hers, he was already loving the process and knowing he was becoming exactly like her, this made everything better for him as his back arched and he slowly began to increase in height from his normal height of 5’8 to 9’6. His shoulders shrank inward while his hair turned from brown to jet black, his neckline lengthened while a white pearl necklace materialized around his neck. His eyebrows thinned while his cheekbones sharpened and eyelashes blossomed around his eyes, eyeliner and mascara were applied around his new eyes as his eyes in general turned a piercing shade of yellow.

He examined his body and also his face as his nose shrank and his lips plumped up, his features slowly feminizing and altering into a perfect copy of Alcina’s features while his canines extended to become akin to fangs, which of course he had always dreamed about. His voice softened and altered, becoming sultry and seductive and the perfect voice to match his appearance, that sultry Maggie Robertson voice that went with Alcina’s glamorous appearance, his personality and mind altered…becoming akin to Alcina’s own as he or ‘she’ in this case always felt like she had been who she was for all her life. She looked over at Nathan, now towering over him. 'Wow…how does it feel?' 'I actually feel really nice like this, thank you.'

"No problem, m'lady."

"Oh, you flatter me oh so well."

"You deserve all the flattery in the world, because you're truly worthy of it."

"Thank you ever so much."

Nathan blushed, he felt small in comparison to Alcina and he wished he could hug her and kiss her but he was 5'7 in contrast to her 9'6 stature. But he was devoted to them and she sang to him, entrancing him and allowing him to give himself to her, she told him that if he could bring Ethan here she'd be pleased, he used a dark spell to summon Ethan Winters, and Alicina weaved her dark powers on Ethan…hypnotizing him and turning him into a vampire in the process. 'I always enjoy seeing you in action.' 'Everyone does.' 'Naturally, everyone enjoys watching you.' 'And you love me too, don't you? Of course you do.'

"What do you have planned now?"

"Could you summon Jill here? I could use with a sister."

And thus with that Nathan used his powers to summon Jill Valentine, who was then hypnotized just like Ethan had been. Alcina then conditioned her further and transferred some of her vampire powers into her, making her grow taller as her breasts and hips swelled out as she gained a more MILF-like build, within a few seconds later Jill was a vampiric MILF and a sister to Alcina. As for what happened later, Alcina decided to go and greet some fans who devoted a special place as a shrine to her and she found some people to convert into fellow vampires. Truly the one and only Alcina Dimitrescu was going to enjoy herself in this world and with Nathan by her side she wouldn't have any difficulty either, it helped the horror fans were devoted to her as well.

The lesson for this story is perfectly simple but understandable, if you ever have a dream that is truly wild but you fear what other people would think about it, you can always share it with your friends, because if their own dreams are as wild as yours you can find some interesting ways to make them come true, and just because other people may not have the same beliefs as you doesn't mean you're crazy.

Welcome to our brand new Roleplay Group!

Riverdale Rewrite is an upcoming roleplay, in which most plots from the show have been changed or taken out.

For starters, the main change we have made for our roleplay is, RIverdale is now a college town. And here's why: we believe changing the age of the main characters and the overall highschool part within the plot, will make more things realistic.

This being said, we have changed things to be like such;

With Riverdale being a college town, the southside of town however remains. Instead of the serpents being mostly in highschool, we have taken the schooling out of that plot. And to make the gangs a little more realistic as well, we decided that there will be an eighteen age limit. No one under eighteen is a part of either the ghoulies or the southside serpents. To add to the change, the gangs are made up of all southsiders.

In this moment, those are the two major changes we have made, and are still in the process of rewriting some plots to better fit our idea of the roleplay. With that being said, we do have a few other plots already rewriting for main characters.
