idk what ghost’s version of rapunzel’s hair would be (because imagining him with 70 foot long hair is SO funny but i would not be able to take it seriously) but hes a prince who was kidnapped as a baby (maybe roba would be mother gothel?? goofy as hell but whateva) and locked in a tower. he’s not quite as naive as the rapunzel from tangled, but still somewhat unaware of the outside world.

I'm sorry you're having a not great day :( something that made me giggle a while ago when I though of it (wine was involved)but tangled!au!! Geralt has magical hair! Jaskier as Flynn/Eugene! Being so angry ppl butcher his songs and can't get his nose right! Yennifer as pascal! Roach ad max! Strego dude as mama goth? Idk. I just want magical hair geralt who is told he can't have feelings bcs then his hair glows and magic gets out of control or something.

Hello my sweet anon! Thank you for checking in on me (it means the world!) and sending me this truly delightful AU. I am personally weak for Disney AUs, and Geralt being Rapunzel is so marvelous it’s making me smile so wide.

So in this AU, Geralt, is still a Witcher yes? Except, the extra mutagen he was given during the Trials didn’t just turn his hair silver-white. It infused his hair with magic. And Geralt’s been told he has to keep his emotions in check because the extra mutagen will make him lose control (a monster of a lie from Stregobor. Fuck that guy btw).

Enter Jaskier, who is impish and suave and a tiny bit ridiculous, who makes Geralt feels things - things he hasn’t let himself feel in a really long time. And Geralt has a lot of internalized self-hatred and self-loathing and doesn’t quite know what to do with this bard who sees him and sees not someone to fear or to manipulate (like Stregobor. Again - fuck that guy) but someone to value and love. And he likes Geralt just as he is, and doesn’t want him for his magic or his witchering prowess but for him and well -

It’s an intoxicating feeling to say the least. And Geralt falls headfirst in love. Which is good, because Jaskier is hopelessly gone on the Witcher too.
