Happy 22nd Anniversary, The Jungle Book 2

Today is the 22nd Anniversary of my favorite childhood movie...

The Jungle Book 2!

It has now been 22 years since we have seen Mowgli's new life in the Man Village living with his girlfriend, Shanti,

and his foster brother, Ranjan!

He still has the Jungle Rhythm in him, thus he misses his jungle home where he was raised in.

Not just that, Baloo the Bear

and Bagheera miss him too, and Baloo had to take Mowgli from the Man Village, leading Shanti and Ranjan to be in the jungle too.

However, word of this went to Shere Khan, as he was plotting his revenge.

Also, this movie had started the trend of Kaa hypnotizing female victims because of an encounter with Shanti.

Would the Snake Squad like taking about thier families?

I feel like Hiss and Jormungandr would, the rest… not so much

Hiss loves to talk about how wonderful his mother is/was. She was the one who made Hiss the sweet and intelligent serpent he is today, so he puts his mother on a pedestal.

Jormungandr may not see his siblings as often as he likes to but I like to think he’s close with Hecka (Hel) and Fenrir. He has no problem talking about them and sharing stories of when they were younger and more innocent. He’d also talk about his mother, Angrboda and how she tried her best with them. His father, Loki, is a bit of a touchy subject though

I think Ushari did have a family or at least a group of other cobras living in his hole in the Pridelands, but he hasn’t spoken to any of them since he turned to the dark side and honestly doesn’t want to think about what they think of him now. At least he still has his friends (the skinks and Kenge) to talk about

Fu-xi’s family is a suuuper touchy subject for him since they were mercilessly and needlessly killed by two-leggers. The memories of them, while all positive, makes him emotional. I will say Fu-xi does reminisce about his wife and 3 kids and how much he loved them. Talking about them just makes everybody sad :(

As for Kaa, what family? “What is thissss ‘family’ you ssspeak of?”
