I know it has been done to death, but I love this scene, okay?
Also, on a side note, Owlcat knew what they were doing giving us the closeness/devil flag for Heinrix, didn't they? Imogene can be the little gremlin she deserves to be and I can't understand why I haven't done this before xD
And the little flavor text here and there changing the scenes is so great. Imogene didn't get her hand kiss but at least she knows he's enjoying this and she's not a bona fide weirdo (at least not all the time, lol) 😭

Hiii if it's not too much trouble, could you share a bit more about how you managed to extract the banter text from the Rogue Trader game files? I would really like to write a paper on it as an example of Russian-English and English-Russian localization, but for that I'd obviously need a lot of text material at hand!
Oh, for sure! For text in Rogue Trader there are three main sources/tools I pull from -
The localization file (found in "[game install folder]\WH40KRT_Data\StreamingAssets\Localization", ex for me it's "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer 40,000 Rogue Trader\WH40KRT_Data\StreamingAssets\Localization\enGB.json") which is just a giant list of all the text strings in the game. For looking at translations, you can compare any string by searching for the same UUID between the enGB and ruRU files. Ex:
The WhRtModificationTemplate, which is the Rogue Trader modding tool Owlcat published. Instructions for how to set it up are here. I mostly use it for the dialogue view tool (Design > Dialog Editor) which shows conversation trees. Sometimes there are dev comments in Russian though which could be useful for you:
BubblePrints, which is a tool for more easily viewing Owlcat game data, found here. Searching for "t:barkbanterlist" gives you all the party banter lists, and so I just went through those one by one copy pasting the strings for the banter spreadsheet. This one looks like it does all the filtering to English, so you may have to jump back to the modification template to get the full localization for any given string. It gives an output like this:
Hope this helps! I'd be interested to read your paper too :>

A Spoiler-Free Guide to Dodging Marazhai's Romance Bugs
This info is based on the state of the game as of Hotfix 1.0.89. A lot of this will hopefully become irrelevant as Owlcat puts out more patches.
EDIT 10/01/2024 // 8PM ET - clarify companion quest info, correct info about post-recruitment scene, and add missing known bug info about doin the dirty for the first time
EDIT 11/01/2024 // 2PM ET - further changes to info about post-recruitment scene
I've seen a lot of people struggling to successfully romance Marazhai in Owlcat's Rogue Trader CRPG, due to Owlcat continuing their time-honored tradition of launching their games with an obscene amount of bugs.
After a lot of troubleshooting, I was able to successfully finish a sub!Marazhai romance with the "good" romance ending, and I ended up having a pretty good grasp on how the whole thing works. So I thought I'd share what I've learned to save others the trouble. This info should be good for both sub!Marazhai and dom!Marazhai.
Toybox
If you don't have it already, Toybox is highly recommended. You can get it on Nexus Mods. It will help you make sure things are progressing as expected, and fix some things if they get messed up. However, it's not necessary at this point if you're careful, the only thing you need it for is to fix some flags to get some really minor extra dialog.
If you choose to use toybox, you can see the tree + flags for the dialog you're currently in by clicking the "Dialog & NPCs" tab. You can also make flags show up directly in the dialog boxes in game with the "Preview" settings in the main tab. "Dialog Results" will show changes to flags + etudes that will happen if you choose a given dialog option. "Dialog Conditions" will show the conditions required for a dialog options to show. I kept both checked for my whole playthrough for peace of mind.
Flags/Etudes
There are some toybox flags + etudes that are important to Marazhai's romance. (flags are just values like true/false/a number, etudes are... properties set based on flags I guess? idk exactly). You can browse etudes in a tree structure in the "etudes" tab. If you need to change the value of a flag, do that in the "Search 'n Pick" tab.
Etude - Romances >> Marazhai should be flagged as "Active". If it says "Completed", something has gone wrong.
Etude - Romances >> Marazhai >> Counters >> Domination and Romances >> Marazhai >> Counters >> Submission. These determine Marazhai's attitude. If "Domination" is "Active", you get dom!Marazhai, if "Submission" is "Active", you get sub!Marazhai. You have to stick to one or the other, or Marz will be unhappy with you.
Flag - Ascention. This flag needs to be, I believe, minimum 4 by the time you get his final romance scene in Act 5 to get the "good" romance ending. It's pretty easy to get Ascention points as long as you play along with Marazhai, respect his uh... culture, and stick to your dom/sub role.
Etudes - Companions >> Marazhai >> Marazhai_States >> Domination and Companions >> Marazhai >> Marazhai_States >> Submission. You can safely ignore these, they don't actually affect the romance as far as I can tell :)
Regarding Marazhai's Companion Quest
Doing the sub!Marazhai route will lock you out of a certain outcome for Marazhai's companion quest. I don't think this is a bug, because narratively, it makes a lot of sense that this happens. However, the outcome you get locked out of could be considered the "ideal" outcome (though I also think this is debatable, and I was happy with my outcome/ending for my sub! Marazhai). You can get a good romance ending regardless of the outcome of this quest.
The flag related to Marazhai's personal quest is called TempestCounter, and you need it at 5+ for the "ideal" outcome. All TempestCounter points are based on whether Marazhai's dom or sub etude is active, outside of the points you get from the errand mentioned below. dom!Marazhai adds points, sub!Marazhai removes points. Which is why sub!Marazhai locks you out of an outcome.
Act 3 - Post Recruitment Scene
There are two versions of Marzipan's post-recruitment scene. The "Normal" version currently has a bug with dom/sub points, but you can work around it.
Normal - this is what most people see. There is an opportunity to get a dom or sub point in this dialog, but it's bugged so they're flipped. If you want your RT to be dom, pick the sub-y dialog option, and if you want your RT to be sub, pick the dom-y option.
Dogmatic party members starting drama - There's some confusion about what exactly triggers this. My recommendation to get this version of the scene: make sure you recruit Ulfar before you recruit Marazhai, and if you have Argenta and/or Heinrix with you for the Act 3 location, make sure you put them back in your party ASAP (they will get temporarily removed from it), so that they're with you for the event where you recruit Marazhai. To be safe, bring one of Argenta and/or Heinrix with you for Act 3. This dialog also has an opportunity for a dom or sub point, and is not currently bugged. ALSO it unlocks an errand that will lead to a little bit of extra dialog, and potential TempestCounter points.
Act 3 - Marazhai's Possessions
You'll get an act 3 companion quest for Marazhai where he asks you to help find some stuff he has stashed away. Eventually, you find a specific item he's very excited about. Make sure you let him keep this item. There's also an opportunity to get a dom or sub point here, but the flags are flipped again. So like last time, if you want your RT to be dom, pick the sub-y dialog, and if you want to be sub, pick the dom-y dialog.
Congratulations, this is the last flipped dom/sub flag situation you need to worry about! (at least, I'm not aware of any others)
***Also MILD SPOILER WARNING due to flag name***
I guess this is really only a spoiler if you're familiar with 40k lore but... anyways... This scene should probably start etude MarTookAgonizer, and should also probably start either PlayerTriedAgonizer or PlayerTriedAgonizerOnMar (depending on what you did). Start the appriate etudes manually for some fun little bits of bonus dialog later :)
***END SPOILER***
Act 4 - First Void Jump With Marz
In act 4, during you first void jump with Marazhai, he'll cause... problems. You'll ultimately have 3 ways to deal with this:
Let him do whatever tf he wants. Sets Companions >> Marazhai >> Marazhai_States >> Domination to active. Currently bugged, prevents completing the quest associated with this event and prevents romance progression.
Compromise? Sets Companions >> Marazhai >> Marazhai_States >> Sybarite to active. Confirmed to work for both dom!Marazhai and sub!Marazhai romance paths
Lock him up. Sets Companions >> Marazhai >> Marazhai_States >> submission to active. Immediately breaks the romance. Used to work with romance, but according to patch notes was causing Big Bugs so it just ends the romance now. It should get restored in a future patch, but for now, DO NOT PICK THIS.
Act 4 - Sleeping with Marz the First Time
There is a known bug where after you sleep with Marazhai for the first time after going for a "walk", you get dom!Marazhai flavoured dialog no matter what. The sub!Marazhai flavoured dialog for this doesn't even seem to be in the game. So... nothing you can do about it, but it won't break your romance. It will just seem a bit off if you've been doing the sub!Marazhai route.
Side Content - Equipping Super Cursed Item
This doesn't affect the actual romance in any way, but it's a bug you can experience if you have an active romance with Marazhai. There's a side planet where you can loot a SUPER cursed item, that warns you that you won't be able to take if off if you equip it. If you try to equip it anyway with romanced Marazhai in the party, you'll get a special interaction with him over it. Unfortunately, it's bugged, and as a result the item will be stuck on your character but with providing any benefits, so it effectively just removes one of your equipment slots, which is super annoying. Do recommend saving and then trying to equip the item just to see the scene though :)
Companion Quest Journal Bugs
You may notice Marazhai's optional Act 3 errand and his Act 4 companion quest not getting removed from the quest log. Don't stress it - if you've done what's required by them, you're good. The quest/errand is done, the journal entry is just stuck because it's bugged.
End
Aaaand that's pretty much it! There used to be a few other bugs affecting Marazhai's romance but they've since been patched. Now it's mostly a few issues early on, and then smooth sailing once you get past those.
General, non-bug-related tips for succesfful romance:
Don't be a coward, Marazhai respects wholeheartedly embracing Drukhari culture and will break things off if you don't
Stick to your established dom or sub role
Play along with Marazhai's shenanigans
Keep in mind that you really can't be a good person while completing this romance path
If you have any questions or need clarification on anything don't be afraid to ask! I'll do my best to help.

Finally finished Rogue Trader Warhammer 40k. It was my first time really getting familiar with the 40k universe, i stayed away because all i ever heard from the fandom were fascists jokes. My general conclusion is that the game is really good and does a good job of introducing you to a 40k lore
Warning the game is still buggy as hell. My main romance was on the edge of failing the entire time WITH the toybox help.
I love that you can play as "good" character and still get shitty endings for some stuff. Hell yeah warhammer is dark and twisted place. Yes, you made it a little better but you're not a supreme savior.
Also, being a goody hero WHILE romancing the evil dark kitten? My Rogue Trader is such a hypocrite i love it.
Adopted an ancient god as my child. I love my child very much
Love how Rogue Trader was the sole reason companions behaved themselves. Once the story done? Free fucking game. Pasqal, i love you but what the fuck. Marazhai, i'm not surprised just dissapointed.
Companions? 10/10 I love them all, no one pissed me off. Cassia, Yrliet and Marazhai are my favorites
Nocturne of Oblivion, my dms are open. Gaping even
Warhammer 40k has canon furries. I repeat CANON FURRIES and they are awesome
Got my eyes sewn shut by my hot cultist wife on our 3rd date. 10/10
Said wife then dumped me in the credits because i fucked an elven twink fucked up her quest
Ate a human brain to impress a +6'0ft tall goth elven twink who survives on pain and suffering of others (this is canon btw. Dude need no burger only torture)
Somehow got submissive dialogs half the time despite stepping on this bitch daily. Also, no brand acknowlegement during Marazhai's final quest. Like, at all. Weird
Abelard, introduce me
Will play again. I hope they'll patch it up some more tho

alright, made some progress in rogue trader last night (in addition to the progress i've made since the last time i posted about this game).
i've ran into the first mechanic in the game that i do not like: space combat. man it grinds the momentum of everything to a halt. and some of the space fights are unavoidable.
on the other hand, i really like the warp mechanic for charting the koronus expanse. in some ways it reminds me a lot of the galaxy map in me3 where you have to be strategic about how you travel.
also, all of the incredibly unsettling and spooky shit that happens when you warp travel is delicious.
i did have my first encounter with a daemonette invasion during warp travel at one point. nearly died until my crew came in one by one lmao. (save me kibellah, my love. i'm dying.)
i love footfall and its seedy politics. also the fact that argenta's personal quest is tied to it? INTERESTING. (i haven't made that much progress with it.)
i love jae heydari she is so beautiful but man.... she adds nothing to my current retinue. i don't think i've used her once aside from bringing her to dargonus for her personal quest.
the assassination questline is so GOOD. also the cutscene that starts it where my bath suddenly fills with blood? SENSATIONAL!!!
(i love getting personally involved in everyone's business. i'm a nosy rogue trader.)
last night, i finally made it to janus and YRLIET!!!! MY LOVE!!! she is soooo beautiful and her voice? heavenly!!! i hope she will want to kiss me later.
speaking of kissing, I JUST REALIZED THERE'S AN OPTION TO KISS KIBELLAH WHENEVER I'M ON THE BRIDGE. ohhhhhh my god. i love it when she kisses me and calls me domin. love of my life. BLUSHING AND KICKING MY FEET.
(i know this game will probably make me chose between kibellah and yrliet.... don't make me do that. why can't they both be my beloveds? i have two arms.)
THE JANUS QUESTLINE IS SOOOOOO GOOD!!! also, i was so delighted that we got something slaanesh themed. especially from yrliet's perspective being from a craftworld.
although every time yrliet tells my rogue trader about how awful and insidious slaanesh, sai'lanthresh, she who thirsts is, i just imagine slaanesh in their palace going: 😊 that's me.
me, taking exactly one look at vistenza vyatt and her purple eyeshadow, purple stiletto nails, purple cybernetics, and crazy elaborate dress: that is a follower of slaanesh. (i was right.)
i find myself following the route of an iconolastic heretic, as in a lot of my little choices are iconoclastic while big choices tend to be heretical, which keeps my heretic score higher. (vistenza died, but i've corrupted the supplies to footfall. i whispered to yrliet that she should kill the corrupted aeldari which also got me a heretical boost.)
although, i didn't want vistenza to die, it's a shame that that the heretic options would have ended the quest right then and there. and then i never would have gotten to see the incredible slaaneshi pleasure den behind her bedroom. (which i also did not want to shoot up.)
i think that's one my main issues with the heretical path is that it often just abruptly ends quests. but then again, justing from some of the options, do does the dogmatic path.
ANYWAY, yrliet is now on my ship and i love talking to her. i already got my first big conversation after a warp jump where she approaches the rogue trader after someone on the ship tried to proposition her. i went the route of comforting her. (i also really like the way she's written where no matter what dialog choice you make, she's very clear that she hates being treated as an exotic object.)
#local xenomorph is typing#oldxenomorph plays rogue trader#slaanesh returning to bed after and wrapping their arms around a couple of sleeping xenomorphs: zzz#corrupting worlds and entire species and their dynasties is such hard work

First Impressions: Warhammer 40,000 Rogue Trader
So what we have here is an XCOM-like turn based strategy game. I refer to XCOM despite hardly being the first of its type, just the one that sort of 'codified' the genre for many players as it was a huge success in its day.
The story is thus; You play as a custom character (or choose one of the three presets to just get into it), regardless of your name you're actually in the bloodline of a specific noble dynasty. How far removed is irrelevant in the setting as you meet two characters in the prologue whose own lineage is varied. In a setting with a vast population beyond our imagining, imagine you're just standing among a couple of insanely distant cousins. As this is Warhammer, stuff goes badly and you're promoted to a very highly ranked person in the Imperium. Standard fare if you've played the likes of Mass Effect. The game essentially just hands you a title to throw around the game at your leisure and there's only a couple of institutions that outrank you at all.
Character creation is robust, perhaps not so much as Baldur's Gate 3's is but I still found myself with several character ideas. Also, clicking the portraits will automatically morph your sprite into something that resembles the portrait which is a very nice touch. Doesn't work with custom portraits but I can still get to an approximation. There's several tabs to chew through that all give and take against various stats you'll know nothing about at first but usually a mouseover or a right click brings up various tooltips (at any point during the game) that will explain what things like "Fellowship" and "carouse" means. There's some mix-matching to play around with as you have six origins to choose from but the game is mostly based around the four base "classes", each choice later evolves into three subclasses after reaching level 16.
So far playing a dozen or so hours into it and gathering several party members, I find the classes to be limiting. Warriors always swing the sword, soldiers always shoot, operatives always plop debuffs. That said, not every skill takes up your entire action pool so I've found even my technical party members still able to bring the hurt with their sidearms. Eventually you get a Mechanicus who can wield two two-handed weapons without swapping and despite him basically being your designated lockpicker, I've used him to bring absolute ruin to my enemies. Again, despite his more debuff based class choices.
You can follow between three paths; Someone who's helpful and idealistic, incredibly fanatical to the Imperium, or go against the grain and slowly become a full blown heretic. Certain equipment is limited to these alignments. My first main character I'm playing as fairly dogmatic, but when I had the chance to quell a small union outcry among my workers on my ship, I chose to hear them out and make concessions. Despite being dogmatic, it is your choice to absolutely start gunning them down and rule through fear. That's just how this world is sometimes. I'm quite certain that choice will come bite my buttocks later down the line.
After that it's just following story beats with encounter after encounter. Your stats are often relevant even in dialog so it's always fun to see how different characters may react to things.
Difficulty seems variable and highly customizeable. So far I've been to two major missions and two locations but nobody seems to ever get completely inflated with hitpoints. Weak enemies always have 7 or 12 hitpoints, all the way from level one to the higher level I am now. Maybe it's act-based and act two might have beefier enemies. Don't know yet. But it seems all my people are only getting a couple hitpoints per level up so you don't exactly barrel into being a complete powerhouse, you simple get more tools and passive perks at your disposal. And there's a ton, most of which I forget about between sessions. I think my Sister of Battle teammate has some kind of perk that gives extra damage when she's adjacent to an ally but in the heat of battle I completely forget that exists and I'm just trying to position my shooters to they are in position to actually hit something. So mostly I try to go for 'unconditional' perks. Can't go wrong with +2 movement.
My current point of contention is the menus. They're not all terribly bad but I have trouble trying to decipher my goals. Within missions there's no map marker directing you where to go, so sometimes I miss a piece of the map that was actually a doorway that leads to a new wing of the ship. Sometimes the objective just states "Find out what's going on" or "reach the reactor" with no direction. I'm just flying by the seat of my pants and just casing the perimeter and so far it's working out well enough. I haven't spent too much time scratching my head... yet.
There's a beefy game here, expect to dump a lot of hours. My first five hours were basically doing the prologue three times to really get all the tutorials to sink in as well as explore different starter archetypes. There's a lot I didn't even talk about (like how you have to manage your mage-type's madness levels, or the injury mechanic, all kinds of things) and that'd just end up exceeding my text limits. There's a lot of game here. I haven't gotten to any game-breaking bugs that litter a lot of reviews but that seems to be a late-game problem and to my knowledge they've been pretty vigilant with hotfixes. I hope they keep it up.

Since you cover 40K questions, any thoughts on the Sisters of Battle? They never seem to really get any attention or focus from developers or fans.
Well, I like the Sisters of Battle, but I understand that the lack of support from Games Workshop and terrible writings have harmed the appeal of the Sisters, and fielding a Sisters army is expensive even by 40K standards. The Sisters fans I see tend to be loyal supporters, but they need more love from GW to take off.
I definitely would like more Adeptus Sororitas portrayals, both the Sisters of Battle and the non-combatant arm. The Dialogous and the Hospitaller are two other fantastic orders and could offer their own fascinating stories, as the former could be a traveling Rogue Trader-style diplomat, the latter trying to cure a xenos bioweapon, just as an example.
I want more Sisters love, because they’re a great addition to the lore. Fortunately, Saint Celestine made a reappearance on Cadia. Even if she was eventually killed by Kharn the Betrayer (given that Living Saints can resurrect themselves and Celestine herself did it after being nuked, I doubt that’ll keep her down forever), she inspired the troops, ruined daemon princes, and helped resurrect Guilliman, so hopefully she’s the harbringer of more Sisters of Battle action in the Age of Endings.
As an aside, Saint Celestine and other Living Saints makes for fascinating support of the whole Emperor is (or part of him is) a Chaos God. In my own “what if I were to advance the plot,” that theory takes center stage.
Thanks for the question, Anon.

Rogue Trader - Heinrix romance scene - psyker specific dialog
As not everyone is playing a psyker I thought it might be interesting for those who doesn't to know that there is one psyker specific dialog line (and specific Heinrix response) in Heinrix's 2nd romance scene in act 4.

Rogue Trader - Act 2 Magnae Accessio - Heinrix if not romanced
So, as I am only ever romancing Heinrix (no regrets) I was interested in seeing what he has to say during the Magnae if he is not romanced.
Interestingly, while he does not outright warn you, you can notice something is not right and that he is hiding something.
Even if not romanced he would like to warn the RT but can't and fears the connection between them might get damaged ("wave of darkness") but he would still like to be allies. He is clearly concerned how this will affect the friendship or whatever is between him and RT.
And I wish we could have his comment about the guests in the romanced dialog too...

I am definetly lookin forward to something like this in Rogue Trader.
The dialoges between the support cast and potentialy resulting narratives have the potential to be utterly insane given you essentially throw Xenos and imperial hardliners into the same room and ask them to play nice.

A Warhammer40K comic done for @beastalchemistva !!! Check out the dub of it here!!

Rogue Trader - Heinrix romance - flirting differences (devil vs. closeness)
With Heinrix you can either flirt aggressively with him which will increase the "devil" counter or you are doing no or very light flirting which will increase the "closeness" counter. This affects in some cases his dialog.
Act 1 - First talk after he is recruited
Devil:
Two options for Devil - one at the start and one later. Both start the romance. The second one ("A little more..." excludes the closeness option.
Closeness:
Starts the romance. This option excludes the devil option "A little more...."
You can also start his romance by talking to him on the bridge after his recruitment. Both options start his romance but doesn't seem to count for the devil or closeness counter.
2. Act 2 - Footfall, when Heinrix returns (at the docks)
Both options can be taken, they do not exclude each other.
Devil:
Closeness:
3. Act 2 - Janus after dealing with the Governor / end of main quest
Devil:
With 3 devil points (or more) before starting the talk you get another response from him:
After this devil option there is another one available (excludes the closeness and corruption point options)
Closeness:
This option exludes the devil and corruption point options
There is also an option to increase his corruption counter (if you want him to leave the inquisition). It does not increase devil/closeness counters.
3. Act 2 - Conversation after his personal quest (in Kiava Gamma) is finished
Devil:
This line excludes the closeness option on top ("You can relate of course..."
The question regarding his romantic preferences has two versions.
If you have less than 3 devil points you get this answer:
If you have at least 3 devil points you get this one:
If you move to the regicide board you have additional options.
This one exludes the other two options that allow you to play regicide with him - so if you take this line you won't be able to do that unfortuantely.
If you have 4 or more devil points you can get a different ending talk with him for this scene (also works with "Running away, are you?")
Closeness:
First dialog option ("You can relate...") counts as closeness and unlocks other dialog for the second closeness option
The "Tell me a secret" line counts as closeness and the answer depends on if you took the first closeness option (in this case you get +2 closeness points)
or not (and you get only + 1 closeness point)
Another closeness option hides behind the question for his favourite food - if you use the smile option it increases the closeness counter
At the regicide board you can have a different ending dialog with him if you have at least 4 closeness points with him:
4. Act 2 - Dragonus ceremony talk
Devil:
Excludes the closeness option
And here seems to be a bug - kissing Heinrix does not increase the devil counter as one would expect, but instead holding his hands:
Closeness:
Excludes the first devil option
5. Act 3 - Start talking with him on the bridge about what happened at the ceremony
Devil:
There are only two devil responses here - I think this is another bug.
I will update this post if I find more, but the later (romance) scenes with him doesn't really seem to use the devil/closeness counters anymore.
Addition
-> You can use the toybox mod (on PC) to check the devil/closeness counters and to change them (or for other things, like seeing dialog options even if you do not meet the criteria or reset your skill points...)
(Mod on Nexusmods), install as instructed.
In game e.g. during dialog press CTRL + F10
For the devil/closeness counters go to "Search 'n Pick" tab and on the left side to "Flags". You can search for "Heinrix_R" to show his romance flags and change the values (don't forget to save before closing the toybox screen)

Rogue Trader - interesting details (from in game dialog/loc. file)
Hint about time spent on Dargonus after ceremony
List of (some) Rogue Traders of the von Valancius dynasty
Theodoras age
Theodora using the heretic lens?
Details below:
Time spent on Dargonus after ceremony
We don't really know how much time we spend during the game. After the ceremony, with the start of act 3, there is a briefing where the dialog indicates that the RT has been on Dargonus for quite some time:
If Yrilet is not recruited (or no longer available), we get a meeting with Achilleas instead and there is one dialog option to ask about his wounds - and that it "only" has been "three turns" since the attack (on Dargonus):
Now, that doesn't sound like a turn would be as long as a year as we know it. If we (to make it simple) assume a turn on Dargonus is a week or a month like we know it on Earth we would have between 3 weeks to 3 months for the time from the attack to the briefing. 3 Weeks sounds a little short for me, as after the attack they had to spend at least a few days to prepare the ceremony (honestly even a few days seems rather short) and then having 2 weeks left would not be that much time spent on Dargonus. 3 months sounds closer to the time spent there.
2. List of (some) Rogue Traders of the von Valancius dynasty
Dargonus - Throne room - backside of the pedestal in the middle: list of Rogue Traders from the founding of Dargonus up to Theodora:
Cayn
Jacathred
Romulux
Victrix Astylar
Harlon Saul
Mirabilius
Byana
Orthesian
Lemant
Theodora
So - 10 Rogue Traders since Dargonus was founded on this list. Our Rogue Trader is the 20th in line:
So there were 9 Rogue Traders of the von Valancius dynasty before Dargonus was founded.
3. Theodoras age
There is a trophy in the throne room (at least during the ceremony) froom a pirate that was active 300 years ago in the Expanse - until Theodora put an end to him, giving us a little more of an idea how old she min. was:
4. Theodora using the heretic lens?
I found in the localization file this entry (no idea where it would be displayed in the game):
"Text": "\"Lady Theodora would sometimes vanish for a long time within her study... quite literally, as they say! The servants couldn't find her, and then she would just reappear at her desk!\""
I think this means the artifact that she tried to use in her study in the prolog and that shattered when she died and which shards resemble the shards from the lenses we find with the cultists.
I know there is speculation that the artifact would allow Theodora to duplicate herself so she can be at two or more positions at the same time because we see cultists coming back/restored after dying with the help of lenses.
But based on this text it looks more to me like it allowed teleportation to a desired place.

Rogue Trader - Heinrix dialog suppressed on Janus
In some cases, dialog from one companion can suppress the dialog of others.
Specifically - if you bring both Yrliet and Heinrix on Janus to the Governor for the main quest conclusion, you won't get a dialog line from Heinrix, it will be suppressed by Yrliet's dialog.
Yrliet with or without Heinrix in the party:
2. Without Yrliet in the party:
You can get both dialog lines with toybox - if you have the setting under "Bags of Tricks" active AND
if you have Heinrix in your party but not Yrliet OR both not in the party. Because in the other combinations (both in party, or Heinrix not present but Yrliet) you don't get it.
For the fight afterwards, it is actually nice to have both Heinrix and Yrliet in the party (they have to be present, toybox does not bring the dialog if they are not there) because then you get additional dialog with both (Yrliet has a follow up dialog dep. on your selection that is not shown here):
You can also go after the talk with the Governor but before the fight back to your shuttle, change the companions and then return to fight.

Rogue Trader - act 3 - escape - Heinrix dialog dep. on Yrliet/Marazhai
This scene has actually some nice different responses and interactions depending on if Heinrix is romanced or not and if Yrliet or Marazhai is present.
For those who complain that Heinrix does not apologize for his outburst - well, he does, but it depends...
So, during your escape after you spoke with Nocturne, Heinrix might start a dialog:
This only happens if Yrliet is present in the party. If you have Marazhai but not Yrliet, nothing will happen too.
If you have not recruited Marazhai, Heinrix will only speak with Yrliet. If you have additionally Marazhai, you have banter/argument between the three of them.
Toybox option to show dialog from not present companions will help here.
Heinrix (no diff. if romanced or not) + Yrliet, Marazhai not present
2. Heinrix (romanced) + Yrliet + Marazhai -> 4 different options
If you step between them
If you kill Marazhai
If you watch without interfering, Yrliet steps between them
3. Heinrix (not romanced) + Yrliet + Marazhai -> three different versions
If you tell Marazhai to be silent
If you tell Heinrix there is his proof
If you say you want to go to find the vessel with or without them
Here is the video with all options (aside from killing Heinrix, sorry, I am biased, I am a Heinrix fangirl):
