Alenoah AU, where Noah says this in London instead:
Owen: "Why don't you like Al? He's great!"
Noah: "I like Alejandro and I agree that he's great, but I still don't trust the guy."
Owen: "Why?"
Noah: "I have my personal reasons... One of them being that I don't like how he treats you, Owen... So, please be careful from now on..."
Owen: "Okay, Noah... You do have a point."
How would Alejandro react to Noah liking him, but not truly trusting him? 😲
See your first mistake is assuming Noah would ever give up an oppertunity to shit-talk someone. /j
But for real, if Noah did clarify that he doesn't dislike Alejandro but does distrust him, I can't see things playing out too differently from canon - save for Alejandro being a bit less openly hostile towards him post-challenge. Noah would still be eliminated, because having a teammate who distrusts him doesn't align with Alejandro's game plan.
Especially if Noah divulges why he doesn't trust Alejandro. If Noah tries to out the fact that Alejandro isn't as altruistic as he wants to appear, that makes Noah himself a direct threat to Alejandro's plans and schemes. Again, he'd be eliminated as soon as possible.
Regardless of any potential feelings between the two, Alejandro can and would always prioritise the competition over any budding relationship he has with Noah... at least in London. Further on in the competition, if/when the two of them have gotten to know each other better (and when mutual feelings have had time to grow and develop) it's a different story.
It would, however, mean there's a lot less bad blood between the two post series. At least on Alejandro's end. If anything, he'd probably have a smidge of respect for Noah, since he's one of the few people who had caught on to Alejandro's false geniality pre-merge and/or pre-elimination.
Meanwhile Noah would still be justifyably salty that Alejandro got him eliminated, but I imagine he'd pin most of the blame on himself. After all, it was his big mouth that once again dropped him into hot water with his team. Plus, in this scenario, Noah admits that he does like Alejandro, so even considering his elimination I doubt Noah would be too upset with Alejandro himself.
So, in the case of this hypothetical AU, I'd suggest that the main meat of the story here would be post-World Tour, which plays out canonically (or as close to canonically as you'd like). Alejandro gets Drama Machine'd, and Noah - as one of the few people in the cast who doesn't actively hate Alejandro - questions his whereabouts when he fails to show up on the cruise boat the Gen 1 cast are seen on at the beginning of RotI.
He's likely the only person to do so since, barring Heather, Noah's one of the select few who Alejandro didn't royally fuck over. Not directly, at least. And Heather's too preoccupied with the loss of her million to think about Alejandro's wellbeing. And Chris tells him straight; the robot on the cruise ship? Alejandro's chilling in there, healing from the lava burns in almost complete isolation.
Noah is understandably horrified. He's even more horrified when Chris reveals that the Burromuertos signed over custodial rights for Alejandro and disowned him, so Chris is full within his legal rights to keep Alejandro in the Drama Machine for however long he deems fit. Unfortunately, he's also sworn to secrecy about the whole deal; Chris can't have Alejandro's situation reaching the press, it'd be bad for the show's publicity. (Add some legal jargon here, or something about non-disclosure agreements being in the casts' contracts, or whatever.)
But he can't just leave alejandro to suffer in an indefinite mechanical imprisonment. So Noah bargains his way back into his old position as a PA, if only to keep tabs on Alejandro's wellbeing.
Something something you end up with one of those Assistant Noah x Drama Machine Alejandro AUs, which eventually evolves into a "Noah works as an assistant on All-stars" AU, or whatever.

Do you think they made Dave a bit of a straw man near the end of Pahkitew? Like it always felt to me they needed someone to use as a hate buffer you know since they couldn't use any of the antagonists they had already made. And this is coming from someone who likes Dave. He was just a pathetic guy who had some charm to him if explored and used them correctly but in the end he was... Mauled by a robotic bear? The punish may fit the crime, the culprit sure doesn't.
-Pahkitew anon
Total Drama in general has a problem with over punishing it's antagonistic characters in general. I mean, Heather's head getting shaved off is fine imo? It's harsh, but also a punishment in line with her character; if her hair's the hottest thing about her, taking it is a fitting punishment (again. Really fucking harsh). Same with Justin's downfall, caused by him actually liking a girl instead of just charming one. I haven't watched the ending of Action so i can't say anything for how Courtney's elimination is treated.
However, as the series went on, the antagonist punishments started going... way too far. I think the writers just thought that making Ezekiel a weird creature was funny and the volcano erupting would've made for a dramatic finale, but making Alejandro both get burnt alive by it and then stuffing him in a robot suit for over a year is just overboard. Same thing with Scott in ROTI; the trauma chair's implications just get worse the more you think about it - at least Alejandro could speak in the machine at first!
I won't cover the Reboot in this context, but i will cover PI: mostly because this season seemingly has 2-3 antagonists, and most don't carry the plot. Scarlett's an actual antagonistic force for a single episode and doesn't get any punishment on screen outside of elimination (and being sent with Max). Sugar is who im pretty sure the writters wanted to treat as an antagonist? But she doesn't feel like an overarching vilain since she's mostly just doing her own thing all season and the show's just... really mean to her? The narrative repeatedly treats her as unattractive, annoying and dismisses her abilities (specifically in singing) when she's like. Fine. in those aspects. She's also not the smartest, but knows how to use the rules to her advantage (see Ella's elimination, probably the worst thing she does all season)
Getting to the actual topic of your ask now, Dave's heel turn to murder just... feels a little off. Oh sure if the writing insisted on the conditions on the island wearing him down and having Sky be the only positive connection he had (especially considering his attitude towards relationships), having it torn down like this could make it work? At least a little better? But by the episode he's eliminated in he seems to be doing ok.
In general the finale just seems to exacerbate Dave's worst traits for either comedy reasons or plot reasons (pre and post Sky-has-a-boyfriend reveal), but i could personally excuse it if his reaction was more akin to one he'd have before. He would not have reacted well to the reveal, hell him trying to stop Sky from winning could've worked but like??? Not like this man! Im not asking the Total Drama teenager to have a reasonnable reaction, im asking the Total Drama Writters to stick with the character they wrote, and frankly it would be funnier if he failed miserably in trying to get back at Sky or something. Out of all the seasons i feel like either TDAS or TDPI should've ended with the contestants fighting back against Chris instead of the actual endings we got.
Also, as a final clarification: Dave wasn't mauled by a bear (onscreen), Scuba bear was just standing behind him as the entire season ended. I guess my big problem is that he gets consequences for his actions during a single episode and not actions from over the course of the entire season; frankly Sky rejecting him is enough consequences, the dude's pathetic and didn't listen to her 'but', multiple times.

Ten years from now, what are you doing? Receiving awards and accolades. My dream date would be with ___________, doing what? Nothing and no one. My dream date would be me, Einstein, and Hawking, all in book form in my living room. It’s the last day on earth. In five words or less, what would you do?
This is a ridiculous hypothetical

You want VK headcanons? I'll give you VK headcanons ;)
1. VK loves to cook. He can whip up a ten course meal better than five star restaurants and in a shorter time. Anyone is sick with a cold, VK prepares them the warmest, most wonderful soups. Anyone has a birthday, VK is baking the cake. India loses a match, he's ready with a freshly baked batch of cookies to make everyone feel better. He often hums and dances while cooking, which is genuinely the most adorable thing ever. Somebody messes with him, he messes up their meals. Rohit, Mahi, and the rest of the day Indian team can attest, they've been on the receiving end far too often. Whenever they've had a disagreement with VK, the rotis that night are inadvertently burnt, the daal has no salt, and the vegetables are too spicy for them to digest.
2. VK loves cuddling. For all his feistiness, this is one omega urge he can't resist. His love language is definitely physical touch. No celebration on field is complete without VK jumping into somebody's arms or burrowing his head into their neck, or being lifted off his feet and twirled around by one of his teammates. In the early days of their marriage, Pat hundred percent once woke up with VK's head laid on Pat's chest, and his hand fisted in the alpha's shirt. Pat has no idea how this happened, because he's sure they went to sleep on opposite sides of the bed, with enough space for three people to lie between them. Pat tries to pull away, but VK lets out a helpless little whine, and snuggles further into Pat's chest, and Pat just gives up and lets VK nestle against him, because really, it's too cute.
3. VK loves to spoil his loved ones with little thoughtful gifts. VK is actually like this irl, this has been confirmed by AB de Villiers on a show called Breakfast with Champions. 😂🥰 He said something like, "If I tell Virat I like your shoes, next minute he's organizing the same shoes for me. I told him I like espresso the other day, I'm getting a coffee machine now. He's ordered it for me from Amazon." 😂 The interview I'm talking about is there on YouTube, and it's pretty sweet.
4. VK loves kids. As an omega, he's naturally nurturing and caring, and that's one aspect of his omega personality he doesn't suppress at all. He can quiet down a crying child within minutes, he loves giving his friends' children a piggy back ride, he always has chocolates and other sweets in his bag to give to kids he sees, he often loses purposely when he plays cricket with the kids. Everyone coos about how he'd be a great dad when he finally has babies of his own.
5. VK never hides his omega scent on field, and the fragrance drives all the alphas crazy. VK smirks, enjoying the distracting effect it has on alphas, especially in the early days of his career, when he's the first playing omega, and nobody is used to having an omega scent in their midst for a good 7-8 hours.
6. VK is actually very commitment-phobic, because he knows that he'll never be as devoted to an alpha as he is to his career, and obviously, alphas won't be OK with him putting his career over them. So VK never lets his relationships go beyond casual flings and semi-serious dates. It's not worth getting too attached to an alpha only to get his heart broken when he decides to leave him, because after all, which alpha wants a playing omega as a husband?
7. VK is a great singer and dancer. Definitely went to singing classes as a little kid. He has a wonderful, smooth, somewhat even hypnotizing voice, but he absolutely refuses to sing when he knows he has an audience. Impromptu shower singing sessions keep happening though.
8. VK's the type of person to have a fever of 120, be sneezing, coughing, and barely able to walk straight because he's that dizzy, and still turning up to training like that, because "I'm not sick guys, you are overreacting!" 😑 Rohit gets fed up and physically puts him to bed, and stands outside his door to make sure he doesn't sneak out.
9. VK is really, really clumsy. His hand-eye-foot co-ordination is non-existent. He's always tripping over his own two feet and if a thing is a noun and it is tangible, VK will find a way to drop, break, or spill it. He simply cannot use the staircase without falling. His toe is constantly stubbed. He is physically incapable of walking inside a room with banging his shoulder or elbow into the doorframe. His whole body is always covered with little bumps, bruises, gashes, and scrapes, and he simply cannot remember how he got them in the first place. Miraculously though, he's never broken a bone in his life.
10. VK is an early bird. He's up at 4 in the dawn, going for a jog, and preparing a cup of morning tea for everyone.
1 - yes, I’ve heard this one a lot (and I’m pretty sure you’re all hunting me down if I don’t include it in o verse 😂)
2 - stop this is adorable what? 😭🥹
3 - awww I really like this one 🥰
4 - I can so see him being an absolute gem with kids
5 - Now this tracks very well (especially if you’ve read chp4 of HIPS)
6 - yeah I can definetly see this working
7 - Patty is so catching him doing this every now and then ;)
8 - ahaha, forget Rohit, Pat isn’t letting him leave the house 😂
9 - Naaww clumsy baby 🫣 Pat covers the dirt frames in foam you just know it
10 - Ehehe, I can see that being a little frustrating
Thanks for all these!

ROTI Pokemon
More Crossover stuff, for Revenge of the island. I only did them as Pokemon, I didn't do teams as that project was already difficult enough with the TDI/TDA/WT cast, adding in Alejandro and Sierra made over 20+ teams.
Under the cut!
I realize I forgot two important people!!
Chris McLean, The Host
As A Pokemon: Raichu. Why Raichu? Usually the hosts of these shows are people that were heartthrobs or B List Actors from years ago, their golden years behind them. So they host game shows instead. Raichu, being the evolved form of the mascot pokemon, gets less love.
It can also get aggressive if it stores too much electricity and anime depictions do show Raichu as often kind of a bully, much like how Chris can be. As for his team, I think a lot of his team would be more scheming, crafty pokemon.
Chef Hatchet, The Chef
As A Pokemon: Machamp, obviously. Fairly powerful, and somewhat grumpy, a Machamp suits Chef. His team would mostly be fighting types, though I think he'd probably somehow end up with a fairy type near the later seasons.
Anne Maria, The Jersey Shore Reject
Once again, a very very basic one-joke, one-note character. But here you go!
As A Pokemon: Mareanie, as appearance wise the "hair" profile is similar and being poison type could tie in with how the Jersey Shore make up and hairspray is "toxic" to other people. I believe her team would be more poison types and kind of "fashionable" to her at least.
B(everly), The Strong, Silent Genius
Since he doesn't talk but still has more character than some, his pokemon was easy.
As a Pokemon: Dragonite, as it is very shy, surprisingly strong and agile for its build and one of the most intelligent non-psychic type pokemon. Dragonite has also been shown in the show to rarely vocalize too much. B would probably have a team that was built to handle anything, with good type combos to lessen super-effective moves against his team.
Brick, The Cadet
As a Pokemon: Growlithe. Growlithe is famously shown to be basically part of the Officer Jenny K-9 Units, extremely loyal and ready to throw itself into danger. Brick is still fairly young and a bit inexperienced, which is why he is not yet an Arcanine. His team would probably be mostly doglike pokemon
Cameron, The Wide-Eyed Bubble Boy
As a Pokemon: Reuniclus, obviously. Surrounded by a protective liquid/bubble, incredibly smart and manipulates this bubble to be physically strong with only its mind? That'd be Cameron in a nutshell. He'd probably train mostly psychic type pokemon, and maybe have a few pokemon that are a bit too curious for their own good, like him.
Dakota, The Fame-Monger
As A Pokemon: Shiny Lopunny, for exactly the reasons you think. She's in-universe pretty, Lopunny is described as extremely conscious about its appearance and being shiny reflects her "wealth" status. Of course, she would later probably be in Mega Lopunny form to reflect her mutation later on in the series. Her team would probably start out as normal & pretty, before turning into poison types, I think, to showcase her transformation.
Dawn, The Moonchild
As A Pokemon: Galarian Ponyta; able to see into people's hearts and hide away if it senses evil, and has the traditional unicorn ability to heal people. Being a Psychic Type, it can also be just as unsettling as it is beautiful, so very much suited for Dawn. Her team would be Psychic and Fairy type pokemon.
Also probably would be a Fairy or Psychic type Gym Leader, who tests your conviction through battle.
Jo, The Take-No-Prisoners Machine
As A Pokemon: Scrafty, because its rather rude, crass and territorial but it is a good fighter and does care about its friends, perfect fit for Jo. Also, as Jo is willing to do anything to win, the Dark/Fighting type combo works for her, and would be the theme of her team.
Lightning, The Athletic Overachiever
As A Pokemon: Zebstrika, for obvious reasons; Electric type, incredibly fast, and described as ill-tempered and volatile, calling back to Lightning's mercurial nature.
Mike, The Main One
I made up my own title because I don't like TD's title for him. He's at least not the worst DID depiction, and the creators said they'd probably write him better today--but it still boils down to, they used a mental health diagnosis for a one-joke character, which is not cool.
But Mike is an interesting character. It should surprise no one that Mike as a Pokemon would be:
Dodrio was my original choice, as Hydrapple didn't exist when I made this list. Ultimately, Mike is a Dodrio as Dodrio is 3 birds in one body, and Hydrapple is just 7 Flapples living in one apple, which isn't it's body. Dodrio makes more sense. Mike's team would reflect each of his alters, including Mal. So he'd have the next most well rounded team, to be honest.
Sam, The Nice Guy Gamer
As A Pokemon: Rotom, as it loves to possess other forms of electronics and becomes your pokedex in later games. Perfect for discount Seth Rogan who plays games. Electric types, obviously
Scott, The Devious
As A Pokemon: Lycanroc, Dusk Form. Perfect for Scott, who has been implied to be a dirt/rock farmer, which Lycanroc fits, and Dusk type is a mix of Midnight and Midday forms. Plus it's orange, like his hair. Being calm with a hidden temper and a difficult to raise/train pokemon according to its dex entries, this also fits Scott as he became better in All-Stars. Lots of his pokemon would be ground/rock/dark types, which matches his rivalry/fear of Fang, the Shark.
Staci, The Compulsive Liar
As A Pokemon: Chatot. Staci doesn't stop talking and Chatot cannot shut up. Her pokemon would all be deceptive in someway (Zorua, Ditto) or constantly making noise (Chatot)
Zoey, The Indie Chick
As A Pokemon: Cubone, eventually evolving into a Marowak. Zoey was alone a lot, like Cubone is said to be in the Pokedex. Cubone, being lonely, cannot do much on its own. As Zoey makes friends, she finds her strength and evolves near the end of ROTI, into an extremely competent Marowak. Her team would probably be underestimated pokemon, that if trained correctly, can be pretty useful in their own rights.
