Times of stability can feel effortless and full of wonder, but it is important that we remember how we get to these places. Take time to acknowledge your struggles, both big and small, and take note of how they’ve brought you to where you are now. Make plans to avoid or deal with these struggles should they happen in the future. Remember that life is a cycle, and that if we don’t plant the seeds of success now, we can find ourselves struggling again down the road. When you’ve taken stock of your past, put your mind to the future and plan for it, the good and the bad. You’ll find once you have plans, being focused in the present will be so much easier. Worries will no longer dog your steps and weigh you down, and you can connect once again to the universe around you.
