Lil vent doodle. I'm gonna ramble so I'll put it under the cut if you wanna read! Though, there's mention of death so, heads up if that makes you uncomfy!

I've yet to really delve into Rump's relationship with the rest of the band in a proper post yet but I'm always daydreaming about it. While Rump is closest to Stu, they have a friendship/bond with Russel with the mutual understanding of death/loss. Watching someone you love and know your entire life suddenly die in front of you, helplessly trying everything to keep the light in their eyes is... heavy, to say the least. This, I feel like, is something Russel would be the most understanding of considering what he went through with Del.

A part of me wants to give them like buddy tattoos or some little charms/trinkets they have. Like an hourglass or wilting flowers. Something to represent their friendship and correlate with the phrase "Momento Mori."

I would like to make a separate post explaining their story from phases 4 to current. I've got the start written in a separate post. I'm still mad anxious to share it, though. In time... maybe soon. If the world wants to be nice...

FUN FACT th caramel apple spice at starbucks is year round. my bf thought i was insane for drinking it in summer in seattle but it hit SOOO good in 70 degree mountain air lmao. its always my fall go to <333 stu is whatever god awful sugary monstrosity the local coffee shop is doing and then is surprised when his tummy hurts after he chugs it

I wanted to rework a pose from the first 2-D I ever drew. It was just gonna be a sketch but I wanted to keep going while listening to this cover and, thus, found myself getting caught up in a daydream.

Here's the original doodle under the cut. I'll throw in 2 bonus sketches since I probably won't post them once I've finished as they're self-indulgent, but I like to think it's progress worth sharing!

Also, a lil ramble, so heads up:

Stu has not only been a muse in trying to improve my drawings but he's also been a light during many of my depressive episodes this past year. I wish I could explain it but, honestly, it would just be a messy, obsessive ramble of a cartoon dude I'm too hyper-fixated about. As if, I'm not rambling now... there's always room for improvement though.

I dunno. I just love him.

TBHH we got together FAST i think it was maybe 2 months absolute max before it ws official. in the canon zombee x stu storyline they were on/off 13 [!!] yrs before they got married lmao

Rum pita sa orasima i belom čokoladom Potreban materijal: testo 100g mlevenih oraha 180g brašna 3 kašike hladne vode 2 kašike šećera u prahu 150g hladnog maslaca 1 kašičica arome vanila prstohvat soli fil 150ml ruma pola kašičice mlevenog oraščića 4 jaja 250g šećera 200g otopljene bele čokolade 1 kašičica arome vanila 300ml slatke pavlake Priprema: U posudu za mešanje staviti brašno, šećer u prahu, 100 grama iseckanog maslaca, prstohvat soli i rukama zamesiti mrvičastu masu. Dodati zatim aromu i vodu, kao i mlevene orahe. Zamesiti glatko testo, a zatim ga uviti u plastičnu foliju i ostaviti da odstoji u frižideru pola sata. Zagrejati rernu na 180C. Pleh za pečenje sa reckavim obodom dimenzija 25cm podmazati i posuti brašnom. Na radni sto posut brašnom izručiti odstajalo testo, pa ga oklagijom rastanjiti na debljinu 5mm i širinu veću od pleha, npr. 30cm. Prebaciti ga pažljivo u pleh za pečenje, formirati lagano stranicu, izbockati testo viljuškom, obložiti folijom i ostaviti u frižideru još 20 minuta. Izvaditi odstajalo testo, skloniti foliju, pa prekriti kamenčićima (ili odgovarajućim semenkama za pečenje) i peći u zagrejanoj rerni 12 minuta, a zatim izvditi i malo je prohladiti. Za to vreme umutiti penasto jaja sa šećerom dok ne „pobele“. U šerpicu staviti preostali maslac, dodati rum i kuvati dok se maslac ne otopi. Dodati oraščić i sve izmešati. U umućena jaja dodati smesu od ruma i maslaca, dodati otopljenu, prohlađenu belu čokoladu, vanilu, prstohvat soli i slatku pavlaku, pa sve lepo umutiti. Masa neće biti baš čvrsta, da vas ne buni. Sipati preko kore u plehu i staviti da se peče oko 45 minuta. Ako površina počne previše da tamni, pokrite je alu folijom. Posle tog vremena isključiti rernu, skloniti foliju i ostaviti tako još 5 minuta. Pita je gotova kada je spolja čvrsto, a u sredini mekano. Pre služenja ostaviti da se skroz ohladi. Napomena: Pita zbog relativno puno alkohola u sebi nije baš namenjena deci.
