Here's a beautiful thing: There's a Near Human race in Star Wars, the Echani, that naturally have white hair and blue eyes from the Inner Rim planet Eshan. They tend towards an aesthetic of white clothes and were known to be talented Jedi due to their training in a martial art of the same name as their race.

ᴄᴏᴍʙᴀᴛ

The Echani were known to focus on unarmed combat and melee weapons.They were considered excellent craftsmen of these weapons, as common melee weapons throughout the galaxy before and during the Jedi Civil War such as vibroswords were based on Echani designs. However, mass-produced Echani weapons such as the foils crafted in honor of Raskta Fenni rarely survived the crafting process due to difficulties in weaving them with cortosis. Echani-made double-bladed vibroblades were used by Palpatine's Royal Guard, influencing their appearance. Though their personal energy shields were popular during the period surrounding the Meetra Surik's travel through the galaxy, they gradually fell out of general use.

The Echani largely eschewed the use of heavy armor, preferring to fight in light armor, whilst they trained in minimal clothing. Their fighting style focused more on agility and movement, and so anything that hampered their freedom of movement would be avoided.

ʟɪɢʜᴛsᴀʙᴇʀ ᴄᴏʟᴏʀ

Jedi Guardians who exhibited a skill with the Force that supplemented their own lightsaber skills generally used a blue lightsaber blade. Jack would obviously wield a blue lightsaber. Blue has always been associated with positive qualities like truth and serenity.

This muse has officially three Star Wars verses/aus. 

1)Sith Path

v. Darkness in a Dying Light [ Star Wars ] 

    Aiden was a strong user of the force, he trained as a Jedi at a young age but as he grew older and stronger the council were terrified of past events to happen once again, worse when they found out his younger sister was also starting to show signs of using the force they acted. The council sent a group of Jedi’s to get rid of Aiden and his family while he was on his home planet to visit. They killed his whole family and he lost his arm in the fight, he was left for dead but in his moment of limbo, fighting to live or die he felt the dark side call out to him and he accepted. Now, he’s a Sith Lord bent on getting his revenge and hunting down every Jedi. I guess history does repeat itself.

2) Bounty Hunter 

v. This is the way [ Bounty Hunter/Star Wars ] 

   Aiden was once an Empirical soldier until he deflected and escaped persecution in the outer rim system. There he met a Bounty Hunter, an Ex-Mandalorian and was taken under his wing and trained to but one of the best Hunters in the galaxy. Aiden now flies across systems hunting down his target and collecting his dues. 

3) Jedi ( Fallen Order Inspired ) 

v. Hope is not lost if you have faith in the force [ Jedi Au ]

   After the fall of the Republic, any and all Jedis scattered across the galaxy, his master sacrificed himself so Aiden would live and he crashed landed in Bracca where he hid among the scavengers for years until a mysterious hologram reached him for help. ( This verse can also be used prior to the fall of the Republic/ Empire for some good Jedi fun )

A lot of my thoughts and hcs regarding Miles’ SW verse stem from Knights of the Old Republic II:

      I really love the concept of the Jedi Exile and what they are / what they represent in terms of the Force. Throughout the game you’re fed the idea that the Jedi Council cut the Exile off from the Force as a punishment for making a call that destroyed an entire planet. But, no, you find out that they unknowingly cut themselves off from the Force, because they felt the pain of all those deaths so acutely that they would have died had they maintained the connection.

It is not an easy thing to explain... surely you are familiar with Force bonds. You make connects through the Force, and it resonates with those who travel with you. The resonance is even greater when they, too, are Force Sensitives. Your actions affect others more than you know. You draw others to you, especially those strong in the Force. When you suffer, their spirit echoes it. And when they are in pain, their pain becomes yours.

      And that’s an idea that I like for Miles as well -- albeit not to that extreme (in the sense that he’s not siphoning the Force off of other people like the Exile was). Even in the mainverse, I see him as someone who is very empathetic. It’s what drives him to investigate the stories that he does, what prompts him to throw himself into situations that are dangerous for his career and for his life. It’s easy for him to feel the pain of others’ suffering. The Force amplifies that in him, makes him that much more susceptible to the feelings and moods of those around him -- especially when they’re hurting. He struggles to shut it off, to find the balance and tune out the background noise. And whether he does learn to control it or not, it’s always there to varying levels. He’ll always be highly attuned to pain in the galaxy around him.

      Another fun thing about the Exile is that they also unconsciously project their own thoughts and feelings and actions to their companions. It reflects in the mechanics of the game itself: as your light / dark alignment changes, your companions’ alignments shift accordingly. There are times when your companions will comment on the fact that they can’t understand why they undertook a particular action, especially if that action is a dark or otherwise out of character one. The Exile’s mere presence influences people to follow their lead and fall in line with them:

What is wrong? Something troubles you, I can feel it. Can you? That is a strange answer. I do not understand. Do you understand why you attack who I attack, kill who I kill?

      Which, again, is something that I think works for Miles as well. He’s charismatic, he’s good with words -- his whole job involves writing stories to convince people of a particular viewpoint. Why not carry that over into a Force ability? It’s something that he’s not aware of until a while after he’s escaped Murkoff’s facility, as he begins to notice that people don’t disagree with his plans and ideas quite as much as they used to. Much like the heightened empathy, it’s something he tries to turn off -- with mixed success. Most of the time he doesn’t want to have that kind of influence over people, because it feels sort of violating to impose your will on others. The ‘range’ of the ability is fairly small, however. When you’re near him you might be swayed, but after a little time and distance apart, you’ll come back to your own senses.

2. what was the best thing in your character’s life?

I’d say overall, it was creating the four academies. It was a big step in protecting the relics - all four were found, he knows what they all do, and he knows they are all SAFE. He was finally a step ahead of Salem. While he was still worried about her, and the incarnation that created the academies died not long after they were created from simply old age and related problems, for once he wasn’t WORRIED that something awful would happen to them while he was gone between incarnations. 

Then, Oz becomes headmaster of Beacon. He can give these kids a chance to be kids while still training to become the next generation of protectors that the world NEEDS. Oz does everything in his power to let them be kids while he still can -- letting them get away with more than they should, often bending the rules for them. He took it as a chance to TEACH people how to do better than he ever has -- Ozpin has invaluable life experiences that EVERYONE has something to learn from.

My Dissidia verse is going to come with a fuck-load of scepticism on Rinoa’s part tbh...i’m glad she’s in the game before I love her and she deserves more exposure from Square overall but it’s also weird that she’s there when she’s so...anti-war? Yeah, the game is very clear about Heroes vs Villains but I think that kind of flies in the face of what VIII is actually about. I’ll make a more in-depth post about this later (and I’ll reblog the post I made on my oc about similar stuff bc it wasn’t really about him and was mostly just general VIII meta). I understand that doubt is...a theme in the new Dissidia game but I’m going to speak about this solely from Rinoa’s standpoint as a plot-adjacent character. Disclaimer that I haven’t played DNT so I apologise in advance if anything I say sounds wonky but that’s why I’m basing most of this on what I know of VIII instead.

The fact that Laguna & Co. are presented as good guys in the flashback sequences despite being on the side you’re fighting in the current timeline kind of suggests to me that it’s not about which side is right (although the Galbadian Republic is absolutely flawed and not to be defended as a violent & aggressive imperial state) but that war, and those who rage it, are the real villains. Rinoa is presented as very much anti-military and she turns to SeeD because she wants to make a point about that very belief! I personally believe that Garden is also a sketchy system as its responsible for the raising of child soldiers and that’s messy in itself (but that’s what the aforementioned meta is about so I won’t get into too much detail here).

It just doesn’t seem true to her character for Rinoa to willingly get pulled into someone else’s war like that, not when the only reason she got dragged into the Sorceress War of VIII is because, arguably, it wasn’t really her choice. Naivety also played its role but I think she’d be far more distrusting of combat and war in general post-game. Of course, she’d fight anyway because Squall’s there and, if nothing else, she trusts him. I think that trust, and whatever bonds she creates with the people she meets in that setting, would be her primary motivations for fighting, along with understanding that the people she’s fighting against aren’t good people.

She’d also be very scared. Most of the other people summoned for this war are people who are well accustomed to combat, people who have military backgrounds (and I feel as though she’d feel a more ready and natural connection to whom this does NOT apply), but she’s a Sorceress. She’d assume that’s why she was chosen but that thought brings her little comfort. The whole Sorceress situation is scary and she’s still young. She still doesn’t understand her own strength and yet she’s being asked to use it to aid war efforts, something that betrays her personal belief. She’s being asked to use it by some mysterious overruling force with whom she is unfamiliar. I feel that there would be a lot for her to mistrust, particularly as someone who doesn’t have that sense of duty and commitment to somebody else’s cause. She isn’t used to blindly following orders just because she’s supposed to do so. She would trust the people around her and fight simply to support them but I cannot see Rinoa readily jumping into war without facing constant internal doubt.
