There is one place I've always wanted to recreate, even though it doesn't look this fancy on the outside originally, heh. But that atmosphere that place has is one of my favourite one, so it was the matter of time when I could recreate it in game. And Britechester has the proper lot for this place to live.

Saved as residential, will work as restaurant, coffeeshop and maybe even a bar

Was playtested with bb.moveobjects on but before placing the plates, so if something won't work properly, delete them. They just look so beautiful here :3

CC is partly included, partly were just mentioned in CC-list (look for PDF or DOC files inside the archive); ALL ACCORDING TO CREATORS TOU OR THEIR PREFERENCES. I actually asked. REALLY.

My Dream House (No CC) | 2 Olde Mill Lane Lot

Everytime I go out for a walk, I see this house (mind me, it's in ruins, but the structure is there and I loooove it) and I think: "If only I could buy it, and renovate it." Irl is a no go, but there's The Sims! And here we are! In my mind, the family that lives here loves to travel. And they like to collect souvenirs from all over the world. I tried to use a more eclectic style, and honestly, I really like the result, hope you like it too!

You guys I LOVE this lot. It took me a long time to get the vibe for the Curious brothers’ house right - I got halfway through a build then demolished more times than I care to say. Eventually, I went back to their TS2 house, with its abandoned laboratory vibes, and decided to do a spin on that. The layout is fairly similar, but it’s got much more of a grungy, characterful, re-purposed vibe. I had a lot of fun with the lawn, lol - the patterning was sort of inspired by crop circles. So here it is - The Observatory. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open-plan living/kitchen, conservatory and, of course, observation scaffold. Although it was built with the Curious brothers in mind, it could suit any science-y sim: NSB mint gen, anyone?

Welcome to the Henson Residency & Farm: initially, it was just a farm with its own barn. Later on, it was built a two-story, cozy, big family house and the barn was renovated as a secondary home. There's soil for crops to grow, a shed for animals, a beautiful small pond and gardens. It's furnished, decorated with lots of details and ready for Sims to move in (unless you want to play with The Hensons, the family that already live here *a post is coming soon). It's my first building! 🥺

It has restaurant if weather decides to be bad on this big day for your sims and  outdoor place ready to party. Also your sims and their guests can stay here since this inn has B&B offer too. 8 rooms (2 Rosefinch Luxes with bathtubs, 2 Blue Finches Standard, 2 Zebra Finches with 2 one-person beds and 2 Little Finches for 1 person).
