thinking about reid coming up with more & more 'out-there' ideas on cases, bordering on conspiracy theories, taking academic theoretical & impractical theories about sciences & the universe to their absolute extremes, headaches getting worse, eye sensitivity, waking up earlier & earlier until he's functioning on sporadic naps, more coffee & sugar, losing time. reid having nightmares where the aphasia from 'amplification' is happening again, except he's awake. shots of hotch frowning at him when he's not looking, emily being startled when he talks about a theory he's come up with on why his headaches are happening (something in the government building air, something about the screens & the cases). john nash parallels, a genius brain just directed at the wrong ideas - why did gideon hire him to work for the government? so they can keep tabs on him? to cause these headaches, make him ill, neutralise his brain as a potential threat? what if this particular unsub they're calling delusional is right? etc. getting on the subway to go to work & realising he's being followed, spending the day pacing the city instead, looking over his shoulder. slow deterioration (which i kinda hoped they were going to show with all the headaches but i guess canon psychotic main character rep might be unrealistic to want while keeping him on the team. but again, john nash still taught post-diagnosis & treatment. he could be an unofficial agent, a teacher they take on cases as an in-person consultant, the director side-eyeing how he's on nearly every case. psychotic disorders are degenerative yeah but it can be a lot slower/less damaging with good treatment meaning fewer episodes).

Hello all!! Some of you may know I've been at a convention this weekend with my beloved partner and as tiring as it is, its been one of the best weekends of my life! Not one but THREE f/o guests were here and I drew pictures and got signatures from ALL of them!

Steve Whitmire was amazingly down to earth and Brent Spiner was very sweet, but an absolute HIGHLIGHT of my weekend was meeting Chris Sabat! 💖💖

The moment I handed him that art he clocked it as self ship, saying "that's you, right? You portray yourself perfectly!" And not only was he very kind but he also wanted to take a photo with me, my partner (dressed as Spamton hehe) and the drawing!!

I damn near cried and I'm STILL riding that high! And I want this to inspire any others who might have the opportunity to meet your f/os' actors!! They're still people like us, and I assure you they're glad we love something they brought to life as much as we do! 💖💘💖💘💖💘💖

There's a new MHA movie

Does this seem like a transparent attempt to milk the franchise one last time before it goes away for good? Definitely. Is this more of a violation of the canon timeline than even a post-timeskip One Piece movie? Absolutely. Is it really friggin' annoying that this will be the third time Horikoshi broke his "ok guys, this is really the last movie" promise? Probably not for most people but comedy comes in threes. But you see, I don't care about that. And do you know what I don't care about that? Three words:

Chris. Sabat. Villain.

For too long we've gotten complacent, accepting his role as the Stoic, Honorable Warrior/Hero in literally every shonen anime ever(as is required under Texas state law 1080, subsection SSJ paragraph 3). We've forgotten that, when we first got to know him watching Dragon Ball as kids, that this man was the living definition of evil-and-loving-it. And now we get to have that back. Unless the bastards at Funimation decide to utterly destroy their credibility(or they're not doing the same voice as All Might for the villain in Japanese), this new bad guy who's somehow turned himself into All Might's copy should have his voice, his iconic I-Am-Here voice. Am I getting a touch overexcited because its 4:30 am and I'm incredibly tired? Probably, yes. But I don't care. Because right now, I can't think of a better way for the MHA movie saga to go out with a bang. Except the ending of movie 2 was perfect but shut up ok?!
