Fresh tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, cilantro, and a splash of lime juice make this dip cool and zesty. Great for scooping up with crunchy tortilla chips or putting on top of tacos and grilled meats.

Ingredients: 2 ripe tomatoes, diced. 1/2 onion, finely chopped. 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped. 1 lime, juiced. Salt and pepper to taste. Tortilla chips for serving.

Instructions: In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced jalapeno pepper, and chopped cilantro. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and stir well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled with tortilla chips for dipping.

This is a Mexican food based restaurant. It is similar to fast food, when you enter you have to place your order at the cashier. If you wish to add tip you may. After placing your order to get to choose where you’d like to sit. The employees bring you your order. My order came very fast , it was a chicken quesadilla and a salad bowl. Personally they give you a good amount of food for the price it is. The quesadilla I ordered was very tasty, and well as the chips it came with. Salsa Fiesta tends to empty on the weekends. Perfect to eat here if your work nearby.

Taste Test Tuesday: Pringles Loud 📣 Pringles came out with 5 new flavors and i was able to find 3 of them: Fiery Chili Lime, Super Cheesy Italian and Salsa Fiesta. Im still on the hunt for Margarita Pizza and Spicy Queso. They put 2 of them on the corn tortilla chip and cheesy Italian says grain and veggie crisp. Fiery Lime was good. Its got a bit of heat to it but not super overpowering. I found the bold flavour in this one was the lime. They werent bad but not my favourite either. Super Cheesy Italian was just that... super cheesy flavour with hints of rosemary and garlic. I loved this one and would buy it again. Hands down my favourite of the 3 Salsa Fiesta had the "loudest" flavour of them all. Every chip was fully coated in powder. I personally dont like tomatoes very much so i prob wouldnt buy this one again but it was decent. It was surprisingly more spicy then the chili lime. I love cheese so i naturally gravitate towards that flavour the most but all 3 are worth picking up.
