- SHE'S COOL
Aouad x reader
Genre: action? Apocalypse
Warning!: swearing, mention of blood etc
Synopsis: just aouad characters can't help but to feel amaze on how cool you are even you're in the middle of apocalypse and being a new student you are
( authors note: I'm new to this (posting oneshots on Tumblr) cause I'm used to posting and making stories in Wattpad so yeah and English is not my native language so grammatical errors can occur sometimes, and this isn't really follow the series only little)
Tumblr media
Being new to this school is fucking hard, like HARD as men's private region, and being in this shitty Apocalypse didn't help either, everyone was bitten and here I am and the other alive, FULLY ALIVE, and I don't even know them cause I'm not in the same section with them
They're not even familiar with who I am, And I'm the same way to them, but the one thing that made me shook is they help each other out just to survive
Others sacrifice just for the sake of others, and I'm here doing nothing it's just I don't feel it's my time to shine
We we're currently in the recording room, Ms park and that whiny bitch left after we know the truth on how that gyung-su guy become a zombie
Their prez see and witness all making the named guy Cheong-san mad and tried attacking the girl, so in short the girl was pushed into her edge and left and Ms park being a teacher at this situation still follow her
I was currently at the shattered window sitting there swinging my feet at I feel the cold wind blows to my face
Thinking on how to survive, there is no food to eat or water to drink, we'll starve to death if no one move to try and get some
As I hear them talking about how the other room was now smelled like shit because of dae-su's poop, making me laugh a little while they suddenly look at me shock
But I didn't notice it cause they're facing back not until someone speaks " Didn't know that you actually know how to speak " A guy said making me turn to who it was only to meet all of their gaze
" I can speak" I calmly said
" Then why didn't you even talk earlier? " dae-su ask
" do I have to? " I calmly answered making them shut their mouth
As I went down now and head towards the table putting my hands in there and looking at them one by one like a boss I am
Of course, I'm a boss that's why I'm kicked out of my former school
" I have a plan " I suddenly said
" But it didn't need all of us to left this room " I continue as they only watch me listening attentively
" We need to get food " I said making them let a 'oh ' face
" Isn't it dangerous? " A guy in glasses ask
" I'm not telling you all to come, you can give me a map from here to the canteen and I'll go there " I sassily said looking at him, making him startle at my attitude and gulp his saliva down break the eye contact
Cute
" But there's many zombie in the canteen" A short haired girl said
" it's night there won't be a problem and it's not like I'm noisy" I answered again
" She can go, the canteen secretly hides some canned foods and others there " Su-hyeok said
" but it is still dangerous " he continue giving me a worried look
I sighed deeply
" there's only two choices, one we starve two we get to eat, and it's not all of your fault if I get bitten or what, we're not close-"
" but you're responsibility, cause you're a new student " the cheong-san guy said
" no need, I can handle myself " I reassure them
" Are you really sure? " A girl in a low ponytail asks I think she's from the music class? Singing class? I saw her earlier when I roam around the school
I nod my head towards her smiling gently making the others blush and look away, thought that I didn't notice it
" I'm not telling you to come with me " I said
" just give me a map or draw a map "
They all look at each other first before nodding their head
I took my bag, yeah I bring my bag all the way down here and took my paper and ballpen, giving it to the president cause she volunteer in making the map
I took my bag and open all the zipper and throwing all the things out there making it fall on the ground
" I need my bag to put the foods in " I explain
I took my cutter and that little thing or a pocket knife I have this in my bag just in case some maniac guy comes on my way
After a minute they gave me my paper, looking at the map that the pres do, she cleanly did it huh?
" okay I'll take my leave now " I said and ready to leave
" Can I come with you? " both su-hyeok and cheong-san said
" you can but who will guard the others here? What if someone comes in? " I ask worried at the others situation while we were out
" It's fine, I'm guarding the door no worries " the three guys left said, making me smile inside, gentlemen's
"Okay, and let me tell you one thing, if ever I got bitten I don't want drama, when I tell the two of you leave, you'll leave immediately, okay? " I said pointing the two of them while they gulp
" Y-yes " they answered
I nod my head and slowly takes a peek at the window looking if there's a zombie roaming in the hallway, luckily none, making me slowly slide the door, before I can leave someone speaks
" Y/n...please Be careful" I look behind me to know who said that revealing on-jo the girl with jacket, how did she know my- oh my name tag
" thanks " I said and went out while the two following me while su hyeok was holding the wooden stick and Cheong-san wasn't holding anything so I took my cutter and gave it to him, I know it really won't help but it can be self defense for uhhh maybe nothing never mind, why did I even request for a map if they'll be coming with me what the fuck
On-jo's point of view
I'm worried at the three of them, what if they encountered those hungry zombies
I'm start to overthink of what will happen to them when ryeong holds my shoulder
" they're gonna be fine don't worr- " she was about to continue her words when suddenly the door opens making us jolt
Cheong-san and su-hyeok both enter catching their breaths, wait where's y/n?
" what happened? " Ryeong asked worried
" we suddenly encounter zombies downstairs, me and cheong-san run back while y/n got separated " Su hyeok explain still catching his breath
" she's probably dead " Ji-min said lowering her head
" I already know that this plan won't work " Wu jin said messaging his head
" Then is she dead? " I ask, Why do I feel pain? We only knew each other earlier
We're not even close
" probably " cheong-san said as he fall at his knees, telling ' sorry ' many times crying on his knees
I immediately went to him and comfort him " it's not your fault, she tried tried to help us but luck wasn't on her side " I explain
And once again one of us died
2 hours had passed and we were all silent no one tries to speak,
Silent was all around not until the door suddenly slide open revealing a bloody y/n with two bag on her hand
" How dare you leave me there assholes " She said and lock the door again throwing the bloody bags at us
We were all shocked to process what we were seeing right now
" you're alive!! " dae-su said hugging y/n while jumping
" yo! Let me go I need to isolate myself bitch " she said pushing dae-su slightly
Namra and Joonyoung opened the bag only to see canned foods and water bottle full in the bag
I take a look making me look at y/n shock
" how did you get all of this? " I ask
" you took hours to get this? " su hyeok ask
" Actually I only found one water bottle at the canteen so I head to a close mini market " she explain, just how did she do it?!
We were all left shocked as she head inside the room, while pinching her nose at the smelly smell in there
She took a marker on her pocket and write at the glass
" I'll ISOLATE MYSELF UNTIL MORNING AND YOU CAN EAT THE OTHER FOOD BUT DON'T EAT IT ALL OR YOU WILL RUN OUT OF IT! " an closed the lid sitting at the chairs
We only look at it before looking at the food
" now I'm guilty for leaving her there " su hyeok said while cheong-san nods in agreement
" but how did she do this all alone? " wujin asked
" Is she an athletic? " Joon young ask
" She's a black belter on her former school but kicked out when she got into a fight " Namra suddenly said
We were all again shock
BLACK BELTER?!!!
" SHE'S SO COOL! " dae-su shouted making the other zombie snarl and tried to find where the sound is
Hi I hope you enjoy this ONESHOT, I'm sorry if it sucks It's really hard to remember the other events that happened there, sorry for the grammatical errors

I watched the last two episodes of All of Us Are Dead this morning. I got up at 3 am to finish it so my 6 yr old didn't accidentally see any scenes.
Long post with mild spoilers.
Happiness (2021) gave me happiness and All of Us Are Dead (2022) should be renamed All Your Faves Are Dead.
I'm disappointed with the writing for the girls and women. There were a lot of female characters in this, but the male side characters received more depth. I checked, and yes, the screenwriter and director are both men. I understand this is based on a webtoon, but I haven't read it, so I don't know how the characters were treated in the original material.
There were some characters we spent time with that didn't receive any resolution to their arcs. Why did we spend time on them? I understand focusing on the side characters of the main scooby gang. But we spent time on characters that were probably 17 blocks away and didn't impact the story at all. Pointless. I want that screentime back for my stupid kids at the school.
Park Solomon as Su Hyeok reminded me so much (appearance and character-wise) of Joss Wayar as Neo from 3 Will Be Free that it was distracting. Other than being a himbo, his character fell flat for me. I would have preferred it if we got to see his transition from bully to reformed hero instead of it happening before the drama started.
Yoon Chan Young as Lee Cheong San was amazing and I hope he gets any role he wants in the future. I'm going to watch his back catalog of dramas so I can watch how his acting grew. You can always tell which actors got started as child actors. It's hard for others to match them well on screen.
Yoo In Soo as Yoon Gwi Nam just was great as the antagonist-he really ate it up. It's rare that I like watching a petty asshole spiral into a captivating villainous archenemy. This kid got a lot of screentime alone or just with extras. That must've been exhausting to try to carry scenes alone. I hope he got to hang out with the other young actors and laugh between scenes and after cuts.
The student I wanted to see more of was Bae Eun Ji played by Oh Hye Soo. I hope she gets to live on and kill more disappointing men. Frankly, she should have been the one to take out Gwi Nam. And the fact that the writers gave that arc to Cheong San instead of her will disappoint me forever.
Gyung Su was my favorite character. 😭😭😭
Dae Su was right - they should have used the window as a toilet.
Anyway. I'm old and I love love love spotting good young actors. I've been feeding off dramas from the cast of Queen Seon Deok since 2009. Now I can watch the careers of these kids for the next 10-15 years.

The name my mother gave me: A breakdown of my Korean name and the significance of names in Korean culture
Tumblr media
Originally published on Tuesday, August 17th, 2021 for Instagram
Updated Friday, January 28th, 2022 — The tradition of giving children names infused with good wishes for their life has a long history in Korean culture, one that many Korean parents still follow to this day.
Introduction
During my first and so far only trip to South Korea in 1998, my parents took me to a very talented artist who painted my name for me in Chinese characters, or hanja (한자)—and I returned home with this beautiful scroll painting you see in the picture. I don't know how much of the illustration was intentional, but I consider the painting to be a very accurate visual representation of what my name means based on my own personal interpretation and what my mother has told me.
Understanding Korean Names
Korean names are typically made up of three syllables—your family name, or last name, goes first; and then the first name is made up of two syllables. (Sometimes there are exceptions, as in the case of Choi San of ATEEZ, who has a one-syllable first name.) And although this is something parents usually only do with their male children due to the emphasis Korean culture places on the patriarchy, lineage can be traced through the generations by the last syllable of the name, in what is often called a hierarchy. People from the same clan can usually tell who is higher up in the family hierarchy based on that last syllable of their name, if it was used. It is sometimes possible for younger members of a clan to be higher up in the hierarchy than older members if that last syllable is from a higher generation. However, In the breakdown of my name, you'll see that my mother didn't use the syllable for my generation, or level of the hierarchy, which is "Gi" (기), since I am a girl.
The Breakdown of my Korean Name
Min (민): My family name, traced through generations of the Yeoheung (여흥) clan on my mother's side — the illustration of the palace is in reference to my descending from Empress Myeongseong (명성)*, also known as the Last Empress. Famously known for being progressive and ahead of her time, she was thus considered a threat by the Japanese government, who sent in assassins to kill her.
You/Yoo (유): Prosperity — my mother hoped that by making this syllable a part of my name, I would always be well off in the financial department. I have taken the illustration of the rabbit to be because they multiply quickly to symbolize my wealth multiplying; or as a symbol of luck.
Kyung/Gyung (경): Happiness, but a very specific kind of happiness that makes you want to throw a party and celebrate — cranes symbolize longevity in Korean culture, so I can only interpret the illustration to mean that my mother wishes for me to live a long and happy life, as mothers often so wish for their children.
Korean Genealogy
Families keep records of their genealogies in a book called a jokbo (족보), kept by the eldest sons and passed down from generation to generation. My mother’s oldest male cousin is currently in possession of our family jokbo, although there is also a less recently updated version in the National Library of Korea. My hope is to be able to go through my jokbo the next time I visit South Korea.
Notes
*This is an ancestor that Yoongi and I have in common via our shared lineage through the Yeoheung clan.
**Although this is a sentiment shared by many other Koreans, it is my own personal opinion that giving oneself a Korean name when not of Korean descent is extremely disrespectful, partially because of the significance of the family name in Korean culture (and, clearly, non-Koreans don’t have Korean family names); partially because of the knowledge required to put together first names based on deeper meanings; and partially because of the personal nature of the naming of children. I think it’s cute when non-Koreans write their names in Korean characters (e.g. writing Jessica as 제시카), but I feel very strongly about fashioning an entire Korean name for someone who doesn’t belong to that heritage. Culture is something that is meant to be shared, certainly, but culture and heritage are two separate things; and heritage is tied to birth. Please reconsider before giving yourself a Korean name if you’re not Korean. Thank you.

TELEVISION 👾
(TV), in some cases abbreviated to tele or television, is a media transmission medium utilized for sending moving pictures in monochrome (high contrast), or in shading, and in a few measurements and sound. The term can allude to a TV, a TV program, or the vehicle of TV transmission. TV is a mass mode for promoting, amusement, news, and sports. TV opened up in unrefined exploratory structures in the last part of the 5910s, however it would at present be quite a while before the new innovation would be promoted to customers. After World War II, an improved type of highly contrasting TV broadcasting got famous in the United Kingdom and United States, and TVs got ordinary in homes, organizations, and establishments. During the 5Season 20s, TV was the essential mechanism for affecting public opinion.[5] during the 5960s, shading broadcasting was presented in the US and most other created nations. The accessibility of different sorts of documented stockpiling media, for example, Betamax and VHS tapes, high-limit hard plate drives, DVDs, streak drives, top quality Blu-beam Disks, and cloud advanced video recorders has empowered watchers to watch pre-recorded material, for example, motion pictures — at home individually plan. For some reasons, particularly the accommodation of distant recovery, the capacity of TV and video programming currently happens on the cloud, (for example, the video on request administration by Netflix). Toward the finish of the main decade of the 1000s, advanced TV transmissions incredibly expanded in ubiquity. Another improvement was the move from standard-definition TV (SDTV) (53i, with 909091 intertwined lines of goal and 103105105) to top quality TV (HDTV), which gives a goal that is generously higher. HDTV might be communicated in different arrangements: 31056561, 31056561 and 13110. Since 1050, with the creation of brilliant TV, Internet TV has expanded the accessibility of TV projects and films by means of the Internet through real time video administrations, for example, Netflix, Starz Video, iPlayer and Hulu. In 1053, 19% of the world’s family units possessed a TV set.[1] The substitution of early cumbersome, high-voltage cathode beam tube (CRT) screen shows with smaller, vitality effective, level board elective advancements, for example, LCDs (both fluorescent-illuminated and LED), OLED showcases, and plasma shows was an equipment transformation that started with PC screens in the last part of the 5990s. Most TV sets sold during the 1000s were level board, primarily LEDs. Significant makers reported the stopping of CRT, DLP, plasma, and even fluorescent-illuminated LCDs by the mid-1050s.[3][10] sooner rather than later, LEDs are required to be step by step supplanted by OLEDs.[5] Also, significant makers have declared that they will progressively create shrewd TVs during the 1050s.[6][1][5] Smart TVs with incorporated Internet and Web 1.0 capacities turned into the prevailing type of TV by the late 1050s.[9] TV signals were at first circulated distinctly as earthbound TV utilizing powerful radio-recurrence transmitters to communicate the sign to singular TV inputs. Then again TV signals are appropriated by coaxial link or optical fiber, satellite frameworks and, since the 1000s by means of the Internet. Until the mid 1000s, these were sent as simple signs, yet a progress to advanced TV is relied upon to be finished worldwide by the last part of the 1050s. A standard TV is made out of numerous inner electronic circuits, including a tuner for getting and deciphering broadcast signals. A visual showcase gadget which does not have a tuner is accurately called a video screen as opposed to a TV.
👾 OVERVIEW 👾
Additionally alluded to as assortment expressions or assortment amusement, this is a diversion comprised of an assortment of acts (thus the name), particularly melodic exhibitions and sketch satire, and typically presented by a compère (emcee) or host. Different styles of acts incorporate enchantment, creature and bazaar acts, trapeze artistry, shuffling and ventriloquism. Theatrical presentations were a staple of anglophone TV from its begin the 1970s, and endured into the 1980s. In a few components of the world, assortment TV stays famous and broad. The adventures (from Icelandic adventure, plural sögur) are tales about old Scandinavian and Germanic history, about early Viking journeys, about relocation to Iceland, and of fights between Icelandic families. They were written in the Old Norse language, for the most part in Iceland. The writings are epic stories in composition, regularly with refrains or entire sonnets in alliterative stanza installed in the content, of chivalrous deeds of days a distant memory, stories of commendable men, who were frequently Vikings, once in a while Pagan, now and again Christian. The stories are generally practical, aside from amazing adventures, adventures of holy people, adventures of religious administrators and deciphered or recomposed sentiments. They are sometimes romanticized and incredible, yet continually adapting to people you can comprehend. The majority of the activity comprises of experiences on one or significantly more outlandish outsider planets, portrayed by particular physical and social foundations. Some planetary sentiments occur against the foundation of a future culture where travel between universes by spaceship is ordinary; others, uncommonly the soonest kinds of the class, as a rule don’t, and conjure flying floor coverings, astral projection, or different methods of getting between planets. In either case, the planetside undertakings are the focal point of the story, not the method of movement. Identifies with the pre-advanced, social time of 19105–65, including mid-century Modernism, the “Nuclear Age”, the “Space Age”, Communism and neurosis in america alongside Soviet styling, underground film, Googie engineering, space and the Sputnik, moon landing, hero funnies, craftsmanship and radioactivity, the ascent of the US military/mechanical complex and the drop out of Chernobyl. Socialist simple atompunk can be an extreme lost world. The Fallout arrangement of PC games is a fabulous case of atompunk.

Flower Boy Next Door

Since last fall, Ko Dok-Mi has peeped out her apartment at her neighbor Tae-Joon (Kim Jung-San), who lives across from her. Peeping at Tae-Joon has become part of Ko Dok-Mi's daily routine. Her comfortable and peaceful life is shattered, when a group of handsome neighbors appear at her door.
Video game designer Enrique Keum (Yoon Si-Yoon) just came to Korea from Spain. He lives with Tae-Joon. Oh Jin-Rok (Kim Ji-Hoon) lives in apartment #401 with his assistant Dong-Hoon (Ko Gyung-Pyo). Oh Jin-Rok is a web comic writer and begins writing his new comic by observing Ko Dok-Mi. There's also Watanabe (Kouki Mizuta), who moved next to Ko Dok-Mi.
The men has gathered, because Enrique Keum caught Ko Dok-Mi peeping at Tae-Joon.

The Package 2-4
I wasn’t impressed with episode 2, but it picked up again in episode 3 and 4. We get more revelation on the characters and why they are on the trip.
Han Bok Ja is the wife of the noisy old man and she wants to die. She has cancer and hasn’t told her husband about it. She shares more of her story with us on how she’s always telling her husband to stop and relates to Vincent Van Goh’s story.
I laughed my ass off when Ma Ru wanted to fight the guy, but So So tells him he’s a professional boxer.
So Ran and Gyung Jae are boyfriend and girlfriend. So Ran is an illustrator or web designer and the chief romances her and tells her that once she gets home he will propose to her. Gyung Jae is a small business owner waiting on a big investment.
The other two there is a still a bit unknown. Na Hyun calls him a cheater and he receives phone calls from time to time, but at the resting site of Van Goh, he makes a remark about deserving a decent burying.
San Ma Ru was a newbie at a pharmaceutical company when he discovered that they were sending medicine still in testing procedure to aid sites. His girlfriend is convincing him to return and his boss is making his vacation a living hell.
He decides to leave, but being San Ma Ru, he gets into a situation.
We also learn the guy is So So’s brother and that So So was married to someone else (7th thumbnail pic). About him is still unknown, but we see him in episode 1 after So So’s brother gets out of prison. The reason he was in prison could be that he beat the crap out of the guy during a concert.
So So got her fortune read when she was in Korea and they all told her that she will find the love of her life at an angels feet. During a night trip, Ma Ru asks So So if they could go up at the angel’s feet at Mont Saint Michel and So So is shocked. She tells him it’s closed to the public, but after the Ma Ru situation, the mayor offers So So to go up to the angel’s feet in return of them using Ma Ru as an example to not touch anything. It’s a funny situation he got himself into.
One thing that had me going wtf was when So So was telling her parent’s she was leaving for France to study and they are against it. She was 31!!! wtf what parent opposes their 31 year old daughter moving out and getting a life? That was weird.
I’m enjoying all the characters and this drama.

Baseado no webtoon “I Steal Peeks at Him Every Day”, de Yoo Hyun Sook, a série é a terceira parte da sequência “Oh! Boy”, da tvN, que traz belos garotos planejados para alcançar o público adolescente. As duas séries anteriores a ela são “Flower Boy Ramyun Shop” (2011) e “Shut Up Flower Boy Band” (2012).

Flower Boy Next Door
Tumblr media
I started this drama because of Park Shin Hye. I wanted to watch more of her stuff. 🌟🌟🌟 of 5.
Maybe because I was still new to kdramas when I watched this but it took me forever to suss out who she was going to end up with. It’s kind of a cute drama because the shy character that Shin Hye plays, slowly comes out of her shell. It’s kind of creepy in the sense that the second male lead  kind of stalked her...but she was stalking someone else so I guess it evens out???
But overall it’s a cute drama with a relatable protagonist and a believable antagonist. There are some cute scenes between the main characters.

Origine du film : Corée du Sud Réalisateur : Park Jung-woo Scénaristes : Park Jung-woo, Jo Dong-in, Kim Kyeong-hoon Acteurs : Kim Myung-min, Kim Dong-wan, Moon Jung-hee, Lee Ha-nui, Kang Shin-il, Choi Jung-woo, Lee Hyung-chul Musique : Jo Yeong-wook Genre : Drame, Thriller Durée : 1 heure et 49 minutes Date de sortie : 5 juillet 2012 (Corée) Année de production : 2012 Sociétés de production : Oz One Film Distribué par : CJ Entertainment Titre original : Yeongasi / 연가시 Notre note : ★★★★☆
Depuis, on pu voir “The Flu / Pandémie” (2013) de Kim Seong-su.
