These spunky, sparkly youngins hired me a month shy of their wedding. They had no idea what they were looking for ceremony wise, who to hire, or to how to put it all together. Since we were on a very tight timeline they hustled to get the 6 page questionnaires done and show up for a 2+ hour discovery session. Before we knew it we were in that big 'ol barn at @roaringcampwed. I had such a blast with them and their lively community. The groom walked in like a total boss, with so much swagger. After the ceremony was over they loved me up and surprise hug attacked me. These photos are so precious to me, and so are Leah and Tyler. Here’s what Leah said: “Our ceremony was amazing! Better than either of us could have imagined. We were so nervous and worked up before and I think we can both say we had fun up there all thanks to you. Lauren and Nathan love to watch movies together, and every single time that Nathan asks Lauren what genre of movie she wants to watch, she, without fail, chooses comedy. This destination elopement was definitely one for the books! The couple flew into town in March from out of state with 6 adults and their 2 young kiddos. Their little one had a complete and total meltdown as soon as we entered @henrycowellredwoods.sp . She was terrified of the tall trees and screamed hysterically during the entire walk into the forest, and for most of the ceremony! It slowed things down significantly, and because it had been raining daily, and because we caught a rare break, every second counted... I was barely over that gnarly flu that was going around in the winter and spring, and the redwoods were wet and cold that day. Oh and did I mention that they forgot their marriage license!
