Danmei Gotcha for Gaza: Fandom Availability Sheet Up Now!

Hello danmei fans! If you've decided to join the event as a prompter, thank you for participating! As we have a limited number of contributors available for each fandom, please read the entirety of this post and look carefully at our availability spreadsheet (link) before leaving a prompt. (Note: prompts are not yet open. We have decided to release the availability sheet ahead of time; but if you would like to donate early, you can find the link of accepted charities/fundraisers in our pinned post.)

This spreadsheet tells you the fanwork types and the number of contributors that are available for each fandom. If a cell at the intersection of a row (fandom) and column (fanwork type) is blank, it means that we do not have any creators available to make fanworks of that type for the fandom in question. 

Example:

This is a screenshot of a section of the spreadsheet. Note that the “NSFW Art” cell is blank for the novel Liu Yao. This means that none of our NSFW artists signed up for Liu Yao, so we cannot accept NSFW art prompts for Liu Yao. However, we do have 7 SFW artists signed up for Liu Yao, so feel free to leave SFW art prompts for that fandom.

The types of fanworks (listed in order from left to right) are as follows: SFW Fic, NSFW Fic, SFW Art, NSFW art, Dead Dove Fic, Dead Dove Art, Video Edits, Podfic SFW, Podfic NSFW, Gifset, Moodboard, Novel Narration: SFW, Novel Narration: NSFW, and Podfic Dead Dove. Toggle the scrolling bar at the bottom of the spreadsheet if you don’t see your preferred type of fanwork right away.

If you leave a prompt that we cannot fill for any reason (example: you leave a dead dove/NSFW fic prompt that none of the NSFW writers are able to do, or ask for a very niche AU setting that no one is familiar with), we will contact you to get a different prompt. 

In that case, it is on you to check your messages (make sure you have either followed our social media accounts—@DanmeiAction on twitter, danmei-action on tumblr—or opened your DMs to all so that we can contact you!) and provide an alternate prompt if asked for one. 

We may also need to contact you for references, in case your prompt has to be assigned to a creator who is unfamiliar with the source material.
