So.... i haven’t aten in more than 6 hours. That’s honestly the longest i’ve gone without eating while i’m awake. My stomach is in knots. I’m over heating so badly. But i know that if i get up to have a snack i won’t lose an onch on my thighs. I won’t lose those little pads of fat i have on my waist. I just need to fall asleep. But can’t. My stomach is making so much noise. Keeping me awake. It’s 1am where i am... i’m hungry and tired. But neither of those thigs will be satisfied. I know in the morning before class i’ll make a huge cup of coffee in my hydroflash to get me through my 9-12 class. I put dark regular coffee in a 20oz hydroflask with just the smallest bit if butter and 1 seaspoon of creamer (i cant drink coffee withouut any sort of flavor) and that will be it until i meet a peer for a coffee study break at the school’s starbucks at 130pm. I live off of coffee and powdered peach tea i mix into my water cups when i need a bit of sugar. I’m constantly chewing gum, going through a pack in ATLEAST three or four days... oops... but i haven’t aten much. Only time i eat a meal at college is when i’m so hungry that i’m actually starving and i can no longer focus on my studying or assignments. I know that i’ll lose my weight. I hope to lose it by christmas to show my family how much more of a model i look like. I’ve always wanted to be a model. And i know i have to be thin. Stick thin. And i WILL achieve that goal.

Pray For Kiara

Kiara is getting surgery on her ankle.  Hopefully it’s before 2020.  A lot of colleges want her to play tennis for them.  I really hope it goes well.  Also, this means she won’t be able to cheer most of the year.  It’ll be my first season (I definitely typed seaspoon at first) as cheer captain and I won’t even have a partner.  I guess I’ll be the only one of my friends that won’t have to say I’m co-captain. Suck it Scarlett.

If anyone sees this, please pray for Kiara.

Well, it's that time of the year again. This is the recipe for my famous Holiday Rum Cake. I skipped the last two years for personal reasons, but the Los Angeles sub-heatwave winter is once again beckoning this delightful treat. I shall oblige. Enjoy, and happy holidays. 1 tsp. sugar 1 or 2 quarts of rum 1 cup dried fruit brown sugar 1 tsp. soda 1 cup butter 2 large eggs 1 cup baking powder 3 juiced lemons 1 cup of nuts before starting, sample rum to check quality. good, isn't it. now proceed. select large mixing bowl, measuring cup, etc. check rum again. It must be just right. to be sure rum is of proper quality, pour one level cup of rum into a glass and drink it as fast as you can. repeat. with electric mixer, beat 1 cup of butter in a large fluffy bowl. add 1 seaspoon of thusar and beat again. meanwhile, make sure rum is still alrighty. try another cup. open second quart if necessary. add leggs, 2 cups of fried druit and beat til high. if druit gets stuck in beaters, pry loose with drewscriber. sample rum again, checking for tonscisticity. next, sift 3 cups pepper or salt (really doesn't matter). sample rum. sift 1/2 pint lemon juice. fold in chopped butter and strained nuts. add 1 bablespoon of brown sugar-or whatever color you can find. wix mell. Grease oven. turn cake pan to 350 gredees. pour mess into boven and ake. check run again then send regertful text to ex and bo to ged. ;aionael xvair
