Officiellement diplômé de l'Université Côte d'Azur 🎓 technically the official date is 08 Nov. 21 but I only got my diploma today (and there is no graduation ceremony here) 😅🎉 it’s now time to move on… CMOM -> LPMC -> NICE Lab have been my comfort zone/home since 2011, but I need to take some risks and dive into new adventures where my skills can be more useful and where I can still improve my skills… with a heavy heart but with full of hope, “Le S” is now officially signing off… I will forever be grateful to all my colleagues in Nice especially to Fred, Sonia, Thierry, Odile, Caroline, Arnaud, Sabri, Gabriela, and Herve* 💙🤍❤️ Doing research and teaching at UNICE and UCA were the best times I had in Nice. French Lockdown Season 2, Episode 4: Jéthro went to work today. He is trying an acylation reaction, he was very scared because the process created toxic fumes and he was not wearing sufficient PPE, he also did this last time and his eye was so irritated and he was not feeling well that time, and now he knows that it can burn the eyes and toxic when inhaled. Last time was also a failure because he accidentally used triethanolamine instead of triethylamine (used the wrong TEA)😜😅 Also, the French lockdown allows some people (including university researchers) to continue working on-site during lockdown.
