Jus doin' sum random scrollin'. 📱 - r3al' #mambamentality🐍
Call it mindless, yet we all (in some sorta way) do it. It'd been a minute since anything had been posted for Azine. Supposing it appeared as though only reviews about Ye, Drake, Billie, or Taylor were worthwhile, it still felt integral to take my time. I'd go as far as to say that my creative nuances were both amusingly and unapologetically unafraid of patience. Cut to what one could curate as chancing upon the profile for Canadian singer, songwriter, and dancer Kallitechnis's Ardene interview on YouTube. While snuggly lotus sedentary in a lounge chair Kassandra (a.k.a Kallitechnis) sorted words on some pretty deep stuff. (See, I'm the type to keen in what artists fr say alongside of winnowing amid whatever it is they craft.) All her talk about authenticity, longevity, and even therapy, backdrops her latest Single releases, to delicately while devoutly dream weave some of the most sensational late night Trap Alt. Soul/R&B that I'd ever heard. After hours of zoning out on Spotify & Apple Music, I'd seemingly stumbled upon a mound of sound designs showcasing that Kallitechnis latest releases, "KALEDISCOPE LOVE" & "SOFT LIFE, are sonic gems worthy of ethereal shine.
"KALEDIOSCOPE LOVE" is the most recent release by Kallietechnis. Lyrically it's the lift off elements of romance dazzled in the depth of the "bedsheet ballets'" that hopefully accompany it. If you tap script Kallie's verses here, it'll literally take your breathe away. This 2024 Soul Over Ego Single release paints a sensual sonata, saturated in the palates of lovemaking by the likes of a Jhene Aiko, Victoria Monet, & fav Kehlani. My cherished over the two songs is the latter 2023 released, "SOFT LIFE", where the copulation carved crooning by Kallitechnics feels more assured in its contour. Lyrics like, "Cocoa butter kisses on the back of your neck...No ones around, go and say it with your chest." sets up a between the sheet session, where direction details desire and more importantly: pleasures for both parties. The hedonism hails heavy here, and when ya place that alongside of Kassnadra's visceral vocal layerings, you're insatiably sedated into this ‘sensational style of life’ she's sojourning.
Both releases mode just a mere of the music you can muse through courtesy of Kallitechnis. For me it's the completeness interwoven in the listening experience of these two tracks. Detailing what it takes to call yourself professional in this or any realm is something I valued early on. The attention to detail, care, production, and most importantly the passion, tentpole sound designing success for any act whether indie or not. On that note, Kassandra does something else, almost effortlessly. She ate, and fanged deep into the fact that there are stars who are not signed. Stars: real artists who are crafting carefree of what seemingly fates, what often lacerates acts who sign with labels. Definitively, I'm the late night type. I'm good either playing the pull while out, or layinlow at the cribbo, playlsitin' on the MacBook with Apple TV or YouTube dressing the backdrop. Either in or out, this pair of indie soul sounds soothe both the mind, as well as those other places the sensations may align.😉

http://dudeblade.tumblr.com/post/160270497031/dudeblade-team-crtq-dudeblade-team-crtq
So, you couldn’t beat me directly so you’re trying to alienate me huh? Some fucking friend you were.
Seeing as we are doing a reblog again, I will just be tackling the reblogs made by Dudeblade.
Congradu-fuckong-lations.
You just blacklisted this ENTIRE BLOG to EVERYBODY.
Blacklist definition: a list of people or products viewed with suspicion or disapproval.
How has anything I’ve said would make the Team CRTQ blog blacklisted? Oh that’s right, in your eyes, I’m some blind RWBY fanboy who can’t criticize anything about RWBY and hate everything about RWDE. While you are right about the second part but for all the wrong reasons, the very first post on the CRTQ blog was a RWBY criticism post made by Mod Quartz AKA ME. Those are all the faults I found professional in RWBY so your talk about me being a fanboy is false and shows you only said it as an Ad Homien attack to stick the title to me as a way of harming me personally.
Also, would you rather NOT know who I am on the blog so you can ignore it directly? Would you rather I talk anonymously as you accuse me of doing?.
Hey, Cobalt, Regalia, and Tangerine! You ARE aware that your buddy, ‘quartz’ is the one who said THIS:
Note that these screencaps don’t let you see what is above the post so it doesn’t show that was after a several post long debate where I tried arguing facts but my opponent kept ignoring me and it was pissing me off so i decided I would descend to their level for a little while and show them how little I respect them that I would consider their posts the equivalent of a child’s insult. I would link to it myself but the blog no longer exists and my archive is almost 1000 posts long.
Right?
Are you okay with that?
Are you okay with having an asshole who would use such immature analogies like smearing a piece of glass on someone’s face?
Are you?
ARE YOU?
Dunno Dudeblade, are you okay with people who argue the result of The Meta Vs. Carolina? Yeah, because your friend @kalediscope has said that. What about people who have done the exact same insults that YangHatersHaven has said? Because Sokuontaka and RWBYCriticism and Internetcoward have all done the same exact shit as a group you actively despise? Are you okay with all that? Apparently and unlike you, I don’t need to take stuff out of context: YangHaterHaven has told people to kill themselves, So has Sokumontaka. YHH has called RWBY a rip off, so has RWBYCriticism. YHH has blocked people and talked about them behind their backs: So hqas literally all three of those.
But I guess it’s fine if you say so right?
Because apparently, you’re alright with guys like Megashadowdragon using you guys as your personal army, but if I do it, then by all means, I’m the bad guy.
Proof? No? Then shut up. He is his own person and @megashadowdragon is responsible for his actions alone, no one else.
Apparently, you only look out for your own, because if you’ve seen half of the things I’ve seen kob do, you probably wouldn’t have welcomed him with open arms.
Hey Dudeblade, guess what? they have seen all the stuff I have done and they still welcomed me in because they’re my friends, friends you tried to drive away from me personally. Guess we can add that to the list of things you’re not allowed to talk about
After all, he DID say this about Yang:
And you said you wanted Jaune to die painfully and be forgotten forever. And unlike you, you have shown before that you do believe that whereas I have said repeatedly that WAS sarcasm as well as the fact that I love Yang.
So tell me why exactly I should trust your opinion on anythin RW/BY when you have a guy who basically all but said, “Losing your arm in a terrorist attack is less traumatizing than having your first wife leave you, and having your second wife die.”
Tell me.
You have 24 hours to respond to this with a good answer, or you are officially blacklisted.
And almost lost his kids TWICE, the second time with Ruby being unconscious and Yang missing an arm, then Ruby leaves with just a note, then Qrow leaves without a word, then he spends six months worrying about Ruby then Yang leaves, adding that to the worrying pile.
Also, does this all sound familiar? The “DO as I say or else” mentality? Yeah, this is terrorism. As in, South Park Textbook definition (AKA I have seen Cartman do this exact same in “Cartoon Wars Part 2″ where he is trying to use Terrorism against the Fox Executives to scare them into canceling Family Guy. And Cartman outright admits it’s terrorism)
Wow. Congratulations Dudeblade, you are official a South Park Punchline. That is not something you see everyday,
Fair enough. But don’t expect me or anyone else to completely agree with you. Kob never gave any indication that he was being sarcastic in his posts, so he deserves nothing. I will keep an open mind when it comes to anyone else’s posts, but kob ruined his own credibility with his “sarcasm.”
Implying I wasn’t being sarcastic.
And also: You are not one to talk Mr. bias against male characters and Taiyang especially.
Oh, and are you aware that kob committed block evasion? Are you going to condone or condemn that?
With the implication that if they don’t, they’ll be blacklisted AKA DO as I say or else. (*https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ErVLTHULVA*)
And unlike you, I actually TRY to be objective on the CRTQ blog whereas you outright admit you’re bias but act like you’re being objective as well. Yeah, pretty standard Dudeblade stuff this time around, except now I can make South Park Jokes with him as the punchline.

the bell jar//sylvia plath thoughts (tw//mental health)
I had a goal for this year, to read (at the very least) twelve books. I know, this isn’t a large feat. (My english teacher last year I think read over 30) My mind often feels cluttered, so being able to push through books is often not possible. And why should I bother ruining something I love for a trivial goal? So I set it low, so there isn’t too much pressure, but still an intention. Now onto The Bell Jar, my first read of this year.
I should start this off by saying I was specifically told by more than three people I really should not dabble in Sylvia Plath in the middle of a pandemic. I chose not to listen. Sylvia Plath always fascinated me, her words always felt as if they were on the tip of my own tongue, and she was whispering the words I could not find.
However, when I took American Lit last year, I remember when I wanted to read beyond Mirror, I found myself getting frustrated. (Anne Sexton, in my opinion, is much easier to read, and it’s why her poetry ranks on my non-existent list.) I think all poetry from the confessional period can become frustrating and tedious after a while, simply because too often it just doesn’t make sense. I suppose though, it was never mean’t for us to be reading. So much of confessional poetry is written for the writer’s soul, and it’s a puzzle we are given no map to follow. The mystery behind it all makes it the beautiful challenge it is.
I wanted so badly to understand, so I picked it up. I was surprised to find that the language was simple, and the only real trouble I had was following the stream of consciousness writing style, but once I was able to put together the different bits and pieces, it got easier.
The story itself starts with our narrator and main character, the mind we have at our disposal: Esther Greenwood. She’s a writer who wants to become everything and nothing all at once, and we enter the story just at the end of her internship working at a women’s magazine in New York City with other collegiate young women writers. They are given opptounitinties to become ever more worldly, but most of all it is the experiences they fall into that shape them. In Esther’s account, it is a mix of food posisoning and awful men that shape her the most. Esther’s boss is who Esther wants to be. but Jay Cee seems out of a grasp for Esther, almost as if a part of some second life.
When she returns home at the end of the internship, she finds that she did not get the second writing class she so depended on to escape her town. Dearest my heart absolutley broke for her at this moment because I know the bitter taste that feeling leaves. Esther is at a wall, and suddenly the darkness consumes her slowly, taking away what used to make her happy, specifically writing. (It’s curious to me that Plath chose to focus so heavily on how much the physical look of Esther’s writing was being affected by her depression, but I suppose that is neither here nor there). When her mother decides that she needs to see a doctor for her current troubles, Esther’s problems only worsen.
In the beginning of the novel, Esther has an obsession over the capital-murder of the Rosenberg’s who were executed, and she cannot help but wonder what it must feel like to be electorcuted. She has a horrible experience with electroshock therapy, and it only furthers her descent into depression, which leads to her attempting suicide on multiple occassions.
After her final attempt, she awakens in the hospital and begins her rehabilitation both physically and mentally. I’ll leave it there.
The book had a profound effect on me, becuase it felt as if it was the most raw detaling of mental health issues I have personally ever read. It was dark but it was authentic. Esther’s mental health struggles felt real to me, and I understood her depersonalization with the world on a different level. I remember being frightened that I no longer knew how to read (similar to her fears of being unable to write), and the fear of the bell jar falling back down upon me, entrapping me within my own mind.
One of the biggest things I feel no one talks about with mental health struggles is the disconnection and distorted perspective of the world one has. It often feels as though there is a kalediscope lens fixated on your mind, but instead of shimmering colors and undiscovered geometric patterns, it is simply darkness at all corners, encroaching on every inch of your being. Plath hit that on the nose with this one.
More than anything, this book is a cry of triumph, of rebuilding. There is a fiery pain within rebirth. At the end of the novel, instead of ending with her marrying and creating a family like many coming of age novels, we are left on a cryptic note of Esther’s fate at the mental hospital. We are left in a sort of limbo, however, it is hopeful. It is hopeful that Esther has gotten better, hopeful that there is a tomorrow, even if it was so uncertain throughout the novel. It is up to the reader to decide her fate, whatever that may be. I was almost surprised that it ended as promising as it did, and yet, the bell jar still lingers.
Why did Plath choose to end with the image of the bell jar possibly descending again?
I think it is a fear that anyone who has struggled with mental health has. “What if x happens and I feel y again?” It is a noraml part within the anthropocene to avoid pain. I know that when a particular season comes around for me, I feel an agonizing and slow dread rise within me, for I am so afraid to repeat the season the way I had five years ago. I too, am afraid of the bell jar to fall on top of me again.
But dearest, I am so different than I was five years ago. I have grown beyond that absolute hell of a summer, because I lived through it. I made it through so much since then, and though it has not been easy, it has been left an impression on me like no other. It is the sign that I can traverse through all troubled waters, and make it out into the next clearing. I am not blind to the notion my own bell jar can descend again, yet here I stand, stronger than I was because of the bell jar. I know who I am, and I understand that the beating organ within my chest deserves compassion, love, and it deserves to beat beyond my struggles. I know that there are resources, there are people there, that will help me lift the bell jar once again.
I leave you with one of the final and most profound quotes from The Bell Jar:
“I took a deep breath and listened to the old brag of my heart. I am, I am, I am.”
-Sylvia Plath

Will watchOS 5 finally make your Apple Watch feel like your own?
New Post has been published on https://www.etechwire.com/will-watchos-5-finally-make-your-apple-watch-feel-like-your-own/
Will watchOS 5 finally make your Apple Watch feel like your own?
Personalizing your smartwatch is a huge deal, and so far I don’t feel I’ve been able to make the Apple Watch look exactly how I want it to.
You can decide on the size, color, strap, material, the apps to download and more, but you’ve not been able to properly choose your own watch face.
Originally the Apple Watch launched with 11 faces to choose from, and Apple claimed there were over two million combinations of watch face at that stage.
That number is so big as you can change the colors of the face or add on different complications from a variety of different apps that allow you to interact with different features.
There are more options on the Apple Watch now including the relatively recent Toy Story, Siri and Kalediscope faces, but these are still only customizable in terms of color or adding extra elements. I want more designs.
Exactly what I want
Inside the source code for the developer preview of watchOS 4.3.1 that launched in April, 9To5Mac spotted the words, “3rd part face config bundle generation”.
Speculation then turned to the fact that may mean the introduction of third-party watch faces for the first time on the Apple Watch. That’s now heavily rumored to be a feature coming in the watchOS 5 update that’s expected to be announced at WWDC 2018 on Monday.
The code may be simply referring to the third-party complications we’ve already seen Apple include on the watch, so we have to take this rumor with a big pinch of salt.
I got excited about the news all over again this week when we saw the new Pride watch face from Apple leak, which may be one of the third-party choices on offer.
It may also be this is a watch face designed by Apple – we don’t know yet – but it made my mind start racing on what will be possible by developers and companies being able to take over the home screen on my watch.
The upcoming Pride Apple Watch face
If third-party faces are in the works, I’m excited to finally have more styles than the 20 or so that are currently on offer.
Don’t get me wrong, I actually really like quite a lot of the watch faces Apple has on offer. The Photos watch face is an interesting idea to randomize your gallery while the themed Mickey Mouse and Toy Story options are great if you have kids.
I particularly like the functional simplicity in the watch face titled Modular, but I want to see more from Apple. What you can customize on the Modular face is still limited to the complications and the colors.
The Modular Apple Watch face
I want to have more choice on the platform, and that’s not something Apple is going to be able to achieve in-house.
Complications from third-party apps are already a thing in watchOS, but they essentially work like shortcuts to your favorite apps rather than integrating the features you find useful into the watch face itself.
For example, a watch face designed by Strava would allow me to have all of my fitness stats waiting right away on my watch face.
Some are worried allowing third-parties access to the platform will dilute the quality of Apple Watch faces, but I don’t agree.
Sure, a lot of the options available from third party sources aren’t going to work as well, look as beautiful or run as slickly as the Apple designed watch faces – but that’s not going to take that core line up away.
Just because Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull happened doesn’t mean I can’t still enjoy Raiders of the Lost Ark. It’s the same principle here.
Having a separate variety of watch faces designed by companies and even developers sat at home experimenting is only going to bring more options to my wrist, and that’s exciting. Plus if you don’t like the third-party options, these will sit alongside the high-end Apple ones.
More and more apps are dropping Apple Watch as we’ve seen Slack, Instagram and eBay stop supporting the platform in the last six months… perhaps giving those third parties access to a new area of the wearable may generate interest and re-inspire companies to embrace and keep working on the platform.
I can’t see any negatives to Apple deciding to open up its closed watch face gates around the Apple Watch, and I for one can’t wait to properly personalize my watch if it comes in watchOS 5. Now just to wait for WWDC to see if it actually happens.
