-> Illumina walked into his alternate self's temple, heat creeping onto his face as he used his wing to cover it. Ah yes, he remembers how stupidly impulsive he had acted the last time he was here. -> @the-silent-graveyard

Illumina is taking a nap near the waters of the feeding ground. He's been exhausted at random times, wanting to do nothing but sleep. Birds seem to surround the sleeping deity, either eating the left over bird seed or sleeping with him. His feathers twitch when he feels a diffrent pressance enter the temple.

His eyes open but he doesn't want to get up to check who it is.

Jason was professional. He was paid, and he did his job. He was a smaller part of an even smaller executive protective agent. A specialized man for the special role he was given. He had watched her cut loose, enjoying the boose and the atmosphere under his dark gaze. He didn't allow anything to get close, and even if someone thought they could, they could never get near Katerina, not without his say. However, it was only her, and him. That would not have been a problem, had she not been getting handsy with him. "Ms. Williams, ya drunk." he says dismissing her while still performing his role.

update: re-read the book lately and realized they spell it "counsellor" bc they're british. this makes sense but it also means my american ass can't help but read "counsellor" as the american "counselor" which is like a therapist or mental health consultant (the way i spelled it originally is like. someone who sits on a council. which is what i'm sure they meant). just wanted to share the fun image of crowley as a therapist ("I see I see. have you tried yelling at plants?"), or even funnier, that "Duke" as a title is like. a level above therapist. grand therapist. high throne of therapy. tier 1 therapist hastur la vista.

There was golden blood along the path....too much blood. It looked like someone was murdered... the blood trailed to a bush. White feathers accompanied the blood and some flowers. They looked more on the exotic side...

Au idea: What if Sir Pentious was the snake who gave the fruit to Adam and Eve?

Like I'm imagining Sir Pentious was a child snake creature getting coaxed into helping with Lucifers plan. After everything goes wrong he grows up in hell and is effectively Lucifers kid. Or better yet, Sir Pentious completely replaces Charlie's role and is Lucifer and Liliths child.

So Sir Pentious tries to figure out how to redeem sinners out of guilt and shame until we reach modern day.

Charlie can be like a imp servant Pentious kept and Vaggie can be his friend because Vaggie is a lesbian exclusively now that I think. Anyway.

Everything else is the same though besides the spy plot in episode 2 and any airship stuff.

Pentious gets murdered still but gets redeemed, comes down secretly to run the hotel and soon has to prove to all of heaven redemption is real and hes proof of it.

Etc etc take it away from me if you like.
