Interest Check: Isopuppy Plushies
Anyone interested in buying isopuppy plushies?
Either as a pattern or actual sewn-by-me toys. Because I have crocheted So Many Toys over my children, and I am thinking it's time to go back to sewing for awhile, but I should also stop rampantly making toys without homes to send them to. So. Casual interest check. I am absolutely making one for myself; this just determines if I should go through the effort of making an actual pattern so I can replicate the process.
#interest check#I like making things#then I run out of room for the things#the tragedy of the compulsive crafter#I have made Two Entire Blankets over this newborn and husband is very supportive#but I can see him eyeing our overfull blanket closet#and wondering when we will have so many blankets that he is inevitably smothered in his sleep#I would offer to sell crocheted blankets but they would be So Expensive#if you ever get a crocheted anything from someone#make sure to thank them profusely#because that is hours and hours of love#that is also why this isn't an offer for crocheted isopuppies#I could make a pattern for that easy#but oh boy would it take so much time compared to a sewn version#not looking for a cost prohibitive Seal Jerky here#just an adorable impulse-buyable pupper#I REALLY want to make little bean-filled ones that can curl up into baseball-sized balls for Playing Fetch#and a bigger version with suction cups on the legs so Good Boys can go up walls (or at least windows and bathroom mirrors)#but what I SHOULDN'T do is make a million hilarious versions that are going to collect dust#ADOPT AN ISOPUPPY TODAY#avatar the last airbender#atla#Salvage#Zuko#the amazin

went to go clothes shopping today and i got the cuntiest misa-esque dress for like $8 at the thrift store <3
#it’s covered in hearts and it’s strapless w a low lace-up back and the skirt is short and poofy but it’s sewn at the edges so that the#skirt is like a sphere-ish shape that holds fairly well and i should prob just draw it so what i’m saying makes sense but it is super cute#and i also got some jeans which is new for me i’ve not worn jeans since. um. i think the last time i wore jeans i was. idk. before#i started dressing myself? so under 5 maybe? idk pants feel really restricting to me and jeans esp that’s why i’m always wearing skirts#but i feel up to it rn bc i’ve always thought they were cute and also i think i’m comfortable enough in my skin to do so which i think it’s#usually the opposite for ppl they like pants and are afraid of dresses bc they’re uncomfortable/self conscious/whatever but for me#skirts have always been a safety blanket and they are so comfortable but sometimes skirts are just not practical so i need to like#get comfortable wearing pants and i tried doing it a couple years back but i was like in the midst of an eating disorder so that didn’t go#down well but i’m cool now i’m chill abt things and wearing skirts all the time makes ppl peg me as fem and i’m like ahhhhh stop she/her-in#me when i’m obvi in femboy mode or like when i’m being androgynous but i happen to be wearing a skirt w my outfit it’s annoying#anyway it took me two fucking hours to figure out what size i was bc skirts u don’t really have a size bc u just need it to fit ur waist#and ur golden but pants are so complicated and i have wide hips and thick thighs and it took me foreverrrr to find the right size#but i did and now i will never have to do all of that ever again <3 bc it was stressful every second that i wasn’t looking in the mirror#and making bedroom eyes at myself <3

ok that was a new one
#trying to fall asleep half falling asleep and then instantly waking up in a cosmically dissociative state#that was not ok. it can't start happening to me without an adverse reaction to treatment ...#i can't remember when the other time in my life i experience a similar thing was....#one part of the brain fully awake but an entire other part still asleep and the rest conscious without it (NOT supposed to happen)#hellish stuff maan not ok not ok#i looked at my hands and recognized and understood them... but also recognized and understood the arbitrariness of their shape and number#and of the form of my mind and perception and place in time and errything.#cmon man you're only supposed to do that to people on random drugs not overstressed ppeople tryin to frickin sleep ����#fuckin worst anxiety attack in a long LONG while fuckin hell.#i had to walk and wait for the rest of my brain to wake up and start perceiving so i could fuckin have the rest of my human context back#like where do you even hide man when the rest of your mind isn't there to run back to. it's like being stripped under the eye of sauron#the zones of my brain are too frickin detached and desynchronized i need to be neurologically sewn back together#i experienced temporary (~hourlong in ebbs and waves) broca's aphasia at treatment the other week. wild. and not ok#im gonna try tms again i think. it wasn't a silver bullet for me but it did help repair my cognition and memory and coherency for a bit...#til i lost it again at least#i miss josette. i played her game when rising on the brief crest of tms before my exhaustion started outweighing the few improvements#I'll revisit josette and sedona blue if i do that treatment again.
