So here are the deets...

Sign ups will be open from February 20- March 1.

Get To Know Me’s will start dropping in late April or early May.

Posting Dates will be in July, stretching into August if needed.

For those new shipmates not familiar with the Captain Swan Supernatural Summer, this is an event I created back in 2018 to address the woeful lack of Werewolf Killian fics. And we have succeeded many times over!!! The event is open to everyone. The only requirement is the fic or artwork has to be CS focused and supernatural in nature. In past years we’ve had werewolf, vampire, fae, selkie, soulmate, shapeshifter, witch, ghost, and many, many others!! 

All of the past years fics can be found on ao3 here.

Any fic length is fine, from a 100 word Drabble to a 250,000 word epic MC. Any rating is fine. Any type of artwork is fine, from using traditional mediums of paint and drawing, to digital artwork to videos to gifs. Artists can elect to do their own original artwork and/or they can be paired with a fic writer to do artwork for the fic being written. And we certainly hope to have enough artists sign up that we can pair every author with an artist that wants to be paired. So please! SPREAD THE WORD!!!

Signups open a week from tomorrow, and this post will be reblogged daily on this blog as well as this years mods’ blogs in order for the most people to see the announcement!!

Running To Your Heart When You're Thinking Of…

STATUS: Unfinished; will most likely remain unfinished. [why? because it was started at a horrid time of my life. plain and simple.]

After a long, strenuous drive through the city, riddled with anxiety and emotional struggles, Killian arrogantly thrusted the vehicles’ passenger door open and whimpered in a very stressed, overwhelmed manner. He said nothing as he walked over to the old, roughed-up barn on the abandoned property that he, strangely though in Keely-fashion, claimed as a “safe space”. It was an unusual choice, but it held strong feelings of safety to him, and that’s what mattered in the end. The vehicle behind him began to shapeshift-rather-transform and knelt down behind him, placing his brutish arm around Killian’s person as a barrier to keep him from moving any further away. Keely grumbled  and stomped his foot, his muscles tensed and braced with clenched fists. He turned around with an almost irate, yet pleading expression, “Just let me go, please? It’s not like you wanted to stay here, anyway,” 

The mech snorted with an irritable whirring rumble, almost offended by the young man’s words. Ironhide, his assigned guardian, stood upright for a moment, leaned down further to Keely’s

 level and held back an annoyed, rumbling growl-at least attempted to-but in the end it seemed to have slipped, “I do not understand, why are you so angry at me? Why do you push everyone away and expect me to make it better? I am your guardian, not your-” Before he could finish his heated retort, Killian stomped his foot again, and bared his teeth in what looked like….agony. Sheer agony. The emotional pain that Ironhide began reading brought a sudden ache to his own spark.

“I pushed everyone away because they weren’t you.--Optimus? Ratchet? Bumblebee? I don’t want them. I want YOU. I have this aching in my chest….it’s not physical pain…it’s this…weird, sickening feeling that i get everytime you’re around. I just want to be with you….You ever get that sensation? Where someone is literally your life because you only live to see them smile? Laugh? Maybe even cry?....You’re that person, Ironhide. You’re MY person….” At this point, Killian was sputtering and sobbing. He was near incoherent at the end of his desperate point made. Gasping, tearful and shamefully covering his face with visibly shaken hands, his anguish and anger spilled from his trembling lips in bursts of sorrowful whimpers and gasps.

Taken aback, Ironhide swallowed hard. His chords were strained as he attempted to form his next words with caution. He was lucky his previous sentence was cut short. He knew then, from experience, his words would’ve caused more damage than good. He was an expert in combat and weapon’s specialist, but a spark-mate? He never thought twice about that…with a human. It never once crossed his mind, until he thought about Killian’s words. His optics traced Keely for further emotional analysis, but he wasn’t Ratchet, so that was pretty pointless. Empathy was not his specialty, neither was human emotion, but something nagged him in the back of his processors. It was a desperate voice within the workings of his spark. It yearned for him to speak, to catch the young man before he fell. It desperately spoke the obvious phrase, “save him.”

In the Enchanted Forest, Ravenia was a princess who was turned into a raven, as a young teenager where she flew away to a forest, and had been there since. Years later, a pirate called Killian Jones stumbled among the forest while escaping from the crocodile, where the raven would tell him that she was an enchanted princess under a curse, that he can only break if he went to a certain cottage and accepted no food from the old woman there. If he remained awake on those three days, he would break the spell. Each day, the old woman persuaded him to drink but one sip, and each day, overcome by weariness, Killian was fast asleep by the time the raven flew by. And then she’s taken away by a dark curse to a place she’s not familiar with and with no memory of who she once was, where she works in a bird sanctuary, caring for injured and orphaned birds. It’s only when Henry acquires his story book of fairy tales, that he realizes that Ravenia is meant to be with Killian, and they are finally reunited again.

Morgan is a kind soul with a desire to heal anyone who is in any kind of pain. But, she's shy and, often, self-depricating; she doesn't have low self esteem but, she doesn't see herself as anything special. Actually, much of her life, she felt like she didn't quite fit in with her family. She's generally a studious person with a thirst for knowledge for those things that interested her.

Morgan Rowlands was born on November 23rd, to Maeve Riordan and Ciaran MacEwan. Though her mother's partner Angus Bramson believed he was her father, a belief Maeve did not correct. Fearing attack by Ciaran, Maeve and Angus gave her up for adoption when she was around 8 months old. Soon after, Ciaran killed them by locking them up in a building and setting it on fire.

She then was adopted by Mary Grace and Sean Rowlands. two years later, her parents had a biological daughter named Mary Kathleen Rowlands. When Morgan was 8, her parents nicknamed her Molly, after they learned of the death of her biological mother and presumed father. Though the Rowlands did not fully understand the exact circumstances of Maeve and Angus's death, they were aware that real magick was somehow involved, and they hoped the nickname would deflect anyone who wished her harm

Morgan lived in Widow's Vale, New York and was a high-school junior when she was introduced to Wicca by Cal Blaire (the new boy in town). The two developed an emotional relationship which only grew stronger when Morgan discovered her heritage, powers, and family origins.

It wasn't long until a Seeker from the International Council of Witches showed up in Widow's Vale to stop Cal and his mother, Selene Belltower, from performing dark magick. Not fully understanding the situation, and completely taken by Cal, Morgan almost killed Hunter while trying to protect Cal. However, Cal's intentions to get Morgan to join the dark side soon became apparent, and Morgan refused him. Cal, apparently, fully realized his feelings for her and tried to "save her" by killing her. He locked her in a hidden, magic room behind his poolhouse and set it on fire. Morgan escaped death thanks to Hunter, and her best friends Bree and Robbie.

This was the start of Morgan's trust in Hunter and, slowly, she found herself falling for him. With his help, Morgan learned more of her heritage and powers. It is with him that she found her birth father, Ciaran MacEwan, a powerful black witch. At Hunter's behest, Morgan got close to her father so that Hunter can bind Ciaran's magic and render him unable to harm anyone else ever again. Part of her hated to do it, but, she knew it was the right thing to do.

OCC CHARACTER INTRO POST

As you might have noticed, John just found (and adopted) an alien.

As such, I’m gonna go over all of the things I’ve got worked out for him.

First things first. His full name is Killian Theodore Okamoto. So far, his pronouns are He/Him.

When he was first discovered by John and Jin, he looked like this. Pale blue skin, blue freckles, deep blue eyes and hair, space suit, crystal necklace, black cloak.

Now, it is worth noting that his species, Thrar'iex-Aegoni, has pseudo-shapeshifting abilities, all of which are involuntary. As a defense mechanism when around other species, he “imprints” on one or more members of this other species (John and Jin, in this case), functionally copying their DNA and recombining it. Using this, his body creates a disguise using the imprint so that he can pass as a member of their species. This becomes his default appearance around all members of that species. He has no control over this at all.

Currently, He looks like this. His right eye and hair color come from John, while his left eye and hair length is from Jin. His skin tone is a mix of the two of them. Part of his hair doesn’t change with the rest of him.

Killian also possesses telekinesis, allowing him to lift objects around him, as well as levitate. He may have other powers, but for right now, this is all he can use. Internally, He has three hearts, with each one essentially functioning as a backup for the others.
