I love sableye

They live in a mining town next to a volcano and my headcanon says that rock and fire types have to eat rocks and coals to stay healthy. The big sableye is the shop keeper of a place where they add more favors to the rocks. The smaller one is his adopted son. I love them.

Inktober 52 2023 - Week 1 - ‘Build’

Whoop! First of the year!

My lovely sister @feral-deer gave me a shiny Sableye she caught, and I’ve been itching to draw it. I was thinking of doing a goblin/mimic-like creature making a cocoon out of gemstones like caddisfly larvae (usually made out of sand and grit, artist Hubert Duprat gave some gold and gems to make their cocoons out of). Then I could easily see the Pokémon doing similar things out of nuggets of gold. It makes its bed...then eats it.
