saw a post about f/os with tails and it was good but it was very dog coded so I'm putting my cat coded scenarios into the ring

f/o flicking the tip of their tail in irritation when they see that someone is getting in your space or bothering you. maybe it escalates into big swishes when they're about to intervene. swishing their tail when they get jealous. the sound of it lightly smacking furniture next to them. what if you try and touch their tail, do they get annoyed and swish it? do they give you and only you the privilege? if they have fur long enough to need it, do they let you brush it? do they let it drape over you when you're sitting or laying together?

think about being able to read what they're feeling based on what their tail is doing. maybe you can tell they're in a good mood when their tail is up high, and curled at the tip. do they tuck it close against their body when they're worried? if they have fur, does it bristle when they're afraid? if you comfort them based on this, they appreciate you being attuned to their needs 💕

May I ask, why only 16 ships? There are just. So many more that that in the fandom. The Mane six alone have 16 combinations to choose from if you pair them all off and then include them all as a Polycule.

That is very true, but if I included every possible ship this tournament would go on forever. Originally I was just gotta have 12! I thought instead of adding as many ships as possible it would be better to pick from the most commonly submitted ships from the form. I know I’m still gonna get some “why didn’t you include *X* ship” but at least now I have the excuse of well it just wasn’t submitted.

keep thinking about how funny and interesting it is that me and @hoppinkiss‘s inserts have the complete opposite reactions to finding places on the normandy to hang out. i have somewhere in my posts a mention of me trying to hang out in the tech lab and almost immediately leaving because The Sensory Shit doesn’t mesh with Mordin’s chatter. i end up picking the armory since jacob doesn’t chatter. he actually gets me a beanbag chair for the corner, and it also works since zaeed’s always in and out of the armory even moreso than the rest of the team. he knows if i’m not in our room then that’s where i am.
