Sorry baby tried to hold it" Riely mumbled, rubbing his nose into the side of Onyx's neck with a small chuckle watching the black haired man blush. "S'fine.." Onyx replied staring straight ahead at the tv. Riely looked off into the distance his eyebrows pinching, face scrunching, breath hitching as he leant back reaching his hand up "hh-hHihH'TTShyyYYU! HhH'SSHHYGUU!!-TSSH!-SSH!-HhHH! H'GGTSSHHyhYYUU!! HHhhoh mby gohhd...." Riely blinked blairy ahead his hands having been grabbed by Onyx before the fit, mess running down his lip, his nose now and irritated pink it occasionally twitched and scrunched as he felt the itchy teas him. "Bless babe.. you alright?, something setting you off?" Riely shook his head "cahHn't b-be, snfFf! Ghh... no flowers we duhH'Gtch! Ghh dusted last week, nothing new sDd-SDFfk!!" Onyx hummed curiously running his fingers through Riley's hair. Riely hummed contently and leant back into Onyx's neck sniffling against the growing congestion. "SDdf!, I hope I'm n'dot gettig siHh hIC'GGTSHhhYYU!! TSSHH!!-SSHHY!! ghHOD-TTSSH!!-TSSH-TSH!! Ghh Sd-SdDFFK!! ohh god...." Riely leant away scrubbing at his reddened nose with both hands it was so itchy. God it was almost like he was allergic to Onyx. Wait, Riely looked up to Onyx with a questioning look before cautiously leaning back in and "ssnF! .... Sd-SdDFFK!! Gh HHH'SSHHYGUU!!! OhhH sh-shHihht baby d-did you gehHt a new schHe?'GTSssHHHYYU!!!-GHTSSH!! ghh SdfFK! scent?" Onyx brissled at the sudden wetness aimed to his neck, he nodded looking to the coffee table were his new cologne sat. "y-yeah I think so?, sorry baby I didn't even notice I swear" Onyx looked down concerned and guilty. Riely giggled "i'dts ok baby, you didn't m'bean i'dt. And who says we can't have some fun anyway?" Riely said smiling as he held the glass bottle between them giving the air a quick spray.

Kurangi Gula, Tepung! Bisakah?

Semenjak menikah aku jadi lebih aware dengan komposisi makanan, alhamdulillah. Ya walaupun kadang masih cheating juga sihh hehe. Sebelum menikah juga sebenarnya aku bukan tipe yang sering makan micin, gorengan, atau junk food dan lainnya. Tapi dulu aku belum aware banget sama komposisi makanan, dan teruntuk sesuatu yang dicerna memang insyaAllah sudah di jaga agar tidak terlalu over pada makanan kurang sehat.

Ditambah lagi, ketika sedang hamil, kelas-kelas yang aku ikuti juga selalu menyarankan untuk mengonsumsi makanan sehat, mengurangsi makanan tepung-tepungan, dan juga kurangi mengonsumsi gula.

Hingga bertemu dengan beberapa akun instagram yang selalu berbagi tips and tricks hidup sehat; ada dr Tammy, dr Eca, dr Widi, akun Wholistic goodness, dr Pinan, dr Herlin, dan masih banyak lagi.

Nama dokter-dokter diatas yang aku tuliskan merupakan dokter yang menyuarakan makanan real food yang anti upf. Ada juga yang selalu mengingatkan untuk hidup sehat dengan berolahraga, berjemur (sunbathing), grounding di rumput, tanah, bahkan untuk earthing.

Ya, kita ini manusia yang Allah ciptakan dari tanah, maka sesungguhnya sesuatu yang ada di bumi ini bermanfaat sekali untuk tubuh kita.

Oh iya, btw sebelum Ramadhan kemarin juga aku belajar bagaimana menyiapkan puasa di bulan Ramadan agar lebih sadar dengan diri, kondisi tubuh, mental, serta spiritual.

Dan ternyata, makanan yang wajib banget menemani berbuka kita bukan lah gorengan atau es ya teman-teman. Lalu apa? Yang di sarankan adalah makanan yang: something warm, deeply nourishing, and easy to digest!

Kita butuh makanan yang hangat, bernutrisi, dan juga mudah untuk dicerna. Bayangin aja, kita udah puasa seharian, eh tiba-tiba tubuh ini kita bomb dengan racun. Racun yang dimaksud adalah : gula, tepung, permicinan, dsb.

Sehingga kita pada akhirnya tubuh kita kurang akan protein, serat, karena seringnya jajanan atau makanan yang kita konsumsi tuh mayoritas mengandung : karbohidrat teruss

Karena rakyat indo kalau ga makan karbo itu belum kenyang katanya. Padahal, kita tuh tidak butuh banyak-banyak karbohidrat dalam tubuh. Yang ita butuhkan nutrisi yang cukup; mencakup protein, serat, karbohidrat.

Kenangan museum angkut

HOLAA! Jadii ini cerita gua waktuu kemaren ke museum angkut, yaa ini guaa cerita buat tugas doang sihh.

Jadi waktu gua kemaren study tour yaa lebih tepatnya pada tanggal 4 February 2025 setelah dari universitas brawijaya kitaa pergi ke museum angkut buat liat parade sekaligus jugaa buat foto-foto.

Nahh disanaa tuhh sebenernyaa banyak spot foto yang instagramable bangett cumaa yaa gua emang gak fotogenik aja jadi akhirnyaa gua memutuskan buat jalan jalan ajaa sama al,maliqo,bima dan bimo. Dan sampai akhirnyaa menuju di acara puncak yaituu parade nyaa nahh disituu guaa dianjakin dan berencana buat moshing😎😎.

yaaa tau lah moshing kayak dance rusuh gituu pukul pukulan HAHAHA, cumaa disanaa gua di ingetin samaa bu khansaa buat mending jangan kayak gituu deeh bahayaa gituu katanyaa dan jugaa temen gua bilang “mending jalan jalan ajaa riq daripada ikut gituu banyak maksiat nyaa katanyaa”.

Yaudah akhirnyaa gua memutuskan buat jalan jalan aja sama temen temen guaa menikmati sore harii dan senjaa yang cantik kayak kamuu eaaa apaansih garing woii👊👊.
