What fans say:
A Silent Voice:
I cry every time I watch it. It's beautifully animated and emotional and ahhh I love it.
I love the art style. I think it's a beautiful example of Japanese animation that is decently well known yet seems to always be somewhat forgotten? It follows a deaf protagonist and if I recall correctly they actually worked with people to make sure her signing was correct - or as best as it could be in animated form. It handles depression in a way that really hit home for me and I relate to so strongly and it's about trauma and healing and growing and forgiveness. It's beautiful I love it so much. Huuge cw for suicide attempt and bullying, depression, but its a beautiful film.
Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit:
The stop motion animation is gorgeous, the characters and setting are charming and the jokes are funny.
It’s Wallace and Gromit, man. It’s creative, it’s funny, it's claymotion, it’s just a grand day out if you get what I mean.

Propaganda Under The Cut:
NANI PELEKAI:
ok i’m not gonna lie. i’ve never watched the movie. but even i know NANI DESERVES THE WORLD <333333 she worked her ass off to prove to the social workers that she was competent enough to take care of her 7yo so that she wouldn’t have to go into foster care after their parents died. did i mention her parents died? yeah there’s no way dealing with all of that is easy as a 19yo but she does it for her sister :(
SHOUKO NISHIMIYA:
:(((((((( i lob her :(((((((((((
