i genuinely have no words. the fact that so many people choose to follow me actually blows my mind. it's unreal. i started posting on this blog just for funsies and it’s now become one of my favorite spaces to be. i appreciate and adore all of you endlessly. these are some of my favorite sims i’ve ever made (some new, some of which you may have seen before) and i hope you enjoy them!!

Mitzi is one of the protagonist to my first go at a Sims 4 Legacy (sort of).

i wrote this meta in my long period away from tumblr, and since i didn’t really have a good place to put it i dumped it on ao3. now that i have a pokémon tumblr again, i thought i’d link it here. it starts with ‘why are there humans in the pokémon world?’ and goes into pokémon-as-fae, humans-as-soulless-animals, and the one thing i think does make humanity unique in the pokéverse, with a brief digression into that one gen 5 sidegame that lives rent-free in my head

looking through my old art folders on my computer and seeing my old Animal Crossing fan art and discovering an artwork of Zell trying to kill Keaton by tying him up and about to put him in a pot of boiling water is very. weird

this was back when Yandere Simulator was popular and I was joking about how Zell was my boyfriend and once Keaton moved in he also had feelings for my character and they were going to compete over being friends with me

While at work Mitzi receives a party invitation, of course when we get there Akoni was also one of the invited sims. They hung out and watched the stars for a while that night and forgot about the rest of the party.

What’s your favorite Sims death?

Axe throwing. I can't remember who made it. But it's fun.

Alpha CC or Maxis Match?

I don't have a preference. If it looks good in my game, I use it.

Do you cheat your sims weight?

No. They can eat or jog to their heart's content.

Do you move objects?

All the time.

Favorite Mod?

It's hard to pick a favorite. The Clothing Tool. I can get my Sims new clothes without making them go downtown to buy them.

First Expansion/Game Pack/Stuff Pack?

For Sims 1 either Livin' Large or Hot Date. For Sims 2, University. For Sims 3, whichever was the actual second one - generations? For Sims 4, Get to Work.

Do you pronounce live mode like aLIVE or LIVing?

Alive.

Who’s your favorite sim that you’ve made?

Mitzi and Jeff. They lived in a trailer house and had a hippie van. In Sims 1. I miss them.

Have you made a simself?

Yes. She lives with her grand-daughter, just like me.

Which is your favorite EA hair color?

Hmmmmm. Black? It shows less flaws, maybe.

Favorite EA hair?

I usually don't put EA hair on Sims I make. Probably the long straight ones since lots of cc long hairs jut out from the Sim's front and that bugs me.

Favorite life stage?

Toddlers. They are so darn cute.

Are you a builder or are you in it for the gameplay?

I like to do both. Usually, I build a house for my family and move them in and then get too busy playing them to do much in finishing furnishing and decorating the place. If it's a building contest, I get it done, furnished, and decorated.

Are you a CC creator?

Yes. I spent far too long only creating and now I'm having so much fun playing my game instead. I'm still working on my projects, just not one after the other anymore.

Do you have any Simblr friends or a Sim Squad?

Yes. Over the years, I've met some wonderful people in the Simming Community.

Do you have any sims merch?

No. Someday I will either crochet or sew up the Freezer Bunny.

Do you have a YouTube for sims?

No.

How has your “Sims style” changed throughout your years of playing?

My Sims and lots used to be all grunge-y most of the time, then they lived kind of got caught between medieval and now-a-days. Now my people live and look whatever the mood strikes me for that Sim.

Who’s your favorite CC creator?

I have favorites. With a S. There are so many people that make such great stuff that I can't narrow it down to just one.

How long have you had Simblr?

2013. I ignored it for years, though. Only came on tumblr to see what you all were doing.

How do you edit your pictures?

With Photoshop. I just crop my screenshots down, add words if necessary, save, and go on my merry way.

What expansion/ gamepack is your favorite?

I'm not sure. Like stuff in all of them.

Who is your favourite sim not made by you, and which is your favourite sim that you have created?

OMG ! Thank you nonny for this ask though it's hard as hell to choose only one so ...

The sims I love the most that I created are the DH trio (Destiny, Leïla, Renji) I guess, even though I really love the entire gang. Each one of them represent a part of me, either something I cherrish or love, or something I am for most of them ... Let's enjoy a pic of the 3 special ones I guess because the others are mainly living around them. It's their DH3 look for now ... I'm actually hesitating between dreads or mullet for Des ...

About the one on Simblr ... I follow mainly writers and mostly for their amazing characters, even non writters blog who just share gameplay/edits with some regular that I love so here's a list :

Had a bit of a hiatus lately from sims. Been mid move from my parents and also have been in and out of the city I've moved to. No Internet yet which is a bit heartbreaking but it should be sorted soon. Onto irl stuff, I'm at my parents because we get one of the two kittens we are adopting tonight! Meet Mitzie.
