I woke up around 2 am this morning and couldn’t get back to sleep. I was hit with anxiety the moment my eyes opened. I’m worried. Worried about the baby’s birth.

“Vera, what is wrong?” Caleb asked, after finding me in the living room. I rarely get up during the night – outside of getting up to go pee. 

“What if there’s complications during delivery?” I asked him, resting my hand on my ever expanding stomach.

“So far the baby has been healthy and as Annalise explained before you became pregnant, our baby has a higher chance of thriving than others.” Caleb reminded me.

“That’s not what I’m worried about, I mean – that’s always a concern but…” I trailed off, thoughts brewing in my head. “We both know this baby could be born a vampire.”

“Or a merfolk or even human.” 

“Yes but, if he or she is a vampire, can a normal doctor handle that?” I asked him.

Caleb was silent for a bit. “They can if we pay them to.”

“No, I’m talking about medically.” I stated before speaking again. I knew Caleb might not like what I had to say next. “I want Annalise back as my Doctor.”

“She kept Liberty being alive from us.” He reminded me of that fact almost instantly.

“I know and she came to me and told me this. She admitted to it and I know she feels bad about keeping it quiet but I also get that even though Liberty has caused a lot of problems, she’s still Annalise’s sister.” I pointed out to my husband. 

“True, but I do not know if I can trust her. What if James has a plan to harm our child and he uses Liberty’s connection to Annalise to do it?” Caleb asks me.

“You’ve known her longer than I have, do you think she’s capable of doing something like that?” I asked him, sincerely wanting to know his thoughts on it.

Caleb paused, thinking. “I do not but I do not know if I can trust her with you or our child.”

A plan hit me. “Have Lilith be at the delivery, that way if something happens – we’re prepared. Tell that to Annalise when you talk to her.”

“Vera…”

“This will make me feel better, Caleb. It will help me sleep, having someone who knows what they are doing when it comes to supernatural medical needs.” I told him in a tone that means I’ve decided what I want and he’s not budging me from it. I don’t get like this often but this is important. Merfolk don’t present any signs of being different at birth, it doesn’t hit us until our teenage years. We have no idea what a vampire baby may be like and sadly, I’ve seen twilight years ago. No thank you on that one.

Have you ever woken up crying from a dream?

I haven’t.

Instead, I wake up with an intense twisting in my chest, like a band wound so tight that it pulls down on the roof of my mouth where it’s connected at the other end.

A physical need to cry that never comes.

My eyes and throat dry.

I’ve always wondered if this is a normal thing, if it’s something everyone experiences, or if it’s connected to my inability to cry under any other circumstances. Something that was trained out of me from such a young age that I’m not sure if my body even remembers how.

I woke up with that feeling this morning, and even though it has since relaxed, I still feel the pull of it like a physical memory, like the pain of a phantom limb. The grief still haunting me. Grief over the blue-haired boy in my arms.

I wonder what it means. Does the color blue have meaning in dreams?

I consider looking it up, but I’m interrupted by a knock at the door.

“Yeah,” I call out.

My twin sister and roommate, Dawn, cracks the door open and peers into the dark room, “Morning. I’m heading out.”

“Okay. Will you be home tonight?”

“Not tonight,” I’m not sure why I even asked. She hasn’t been home for more than a single night at a time since she got together with her boyfriend. She was only home last night so we could have some “us” time to catch up with each other and our favorite show. “But Phoenix has meetings all day, so I’ll be free for lunch if you want to grab a bite” she offers.

“Maybe. I’ll text you when I know how my day is looking.”

“Okay, I’ll talk to you later then,” she leaves with a wave, and I listen as she exits the apartment, locking the door behind her.

Once she’s gone, I connect my phone to my Lin-Z speaker and hit “shuffle” on my playlist. The room comes alive with music, giving me the final push I need to get up and ready for the day.

It seems Angelica Belmont has found herself a new favourite hobby. Although it is a long process, she enjoys training her rescued horse Maximilian for showjumping. Their training sessions allows her escape from the hubbub of her everyday life in the spotlight, and gives her an excuse to retreat into the countryside in Windenburg away from prying eyes and flashing paparazzi bulbs.

Sims 4 gameplay with my FO:NV forever duo ❤️

(I always wanted to make the s4 version of Boone and my Courier Bee. I role played the heck out with these two more then I played the game itself sometimes. God the memories flooding back for sure. I am not good enough in cas but I am very happy how they turned out still. I had a modded Boone in NV so he is look different then the original.)

March 20 - Part 2

Everything was fine….until it wasn’t.

“I see my invite got lost in the mail.” A familiar voice called behind us.

James seemed to appear out of thin air, bringing a brief bit of sunshine with him only for it to fade into clouds as he breathed.

August and Caleb were out of their chairs the moment they heard his voice. Both males gathered around Aubree and myself.

“How do we force a warlock to leave, Aubree?” August asked, his tone laced with worry.

“Uhhh…” Aubree said, rubbing the back of her head.

I didn’t have a good feeling about any of this. Soon I learned why.

I didn’t recognize the woman as I scanned her from her expensive shoes up to her neatly painted face. She walked in with an umbrella, despite there being no rain. I stared at her, lost.

Caleb gasped softly, unable to speak for a few moments before one name left his lips.

My hands flew to my face out of instinct. I felt sick to my stomach. We had to be seeing things. It couldn’t be.

Yet there she stood. The woman I had heard about but had never seen. I had never seen her because she was thought to be dead.

“This is what you have been up to?” Caleb asked James after he got over his initial shock.

“Hmmph.” was James’ reply.

“All these years you have waited. All these these years you let me believe I killed her.” Caleb continued. I could sense my husband was annoyed, angry and worried.

I myself was still stunned and trying to figure out everything. I felt my breathing become uneven. I had to start focusing on things around us. Naming them in my head. I felt like I was going to have an panic attack.

“But you did kill me, Caleb. I’m not human anymore. I’m a vampire.” Liberty told him. Her voice was eerily calm.

James was oddly quiet for him. He stood there, staring Caleb down.

“I came very close to crossing over when you drained me. If it hadn’t been for James and Asa, I wouldn’t even be standing here.” Liberty continued, her voice laced with hatred. “I trusted you and you tried to kill me.”

“I was not trying to kill you.” Caleb spoke up. “I lost control. That was my fault. I have never forgiven myself for it.”

I felt a little calmer but not much. Things felt like they would explode more than they already had at any moment. I was most worried about my husband. Thinking he had killed Liberty all these years had haunted him. Today, he came to face to face with the ghost that wouldn’t leave him alone.

“That makes two of us. I have never forgiven you either!” Liberty shouted at him before composing herself. Her gaze finally landed on the rest of us. She stared at me for the longest moment with a mixture of anger and sadness. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Terrible silence followed. It was louder than any words that any of us could have yelled at each other.

In a flash, Caleb moved to attack James.

Liberty blocked Caleb’s path. “Touch my husband and I’ll have to tell your pretty wife about Inna.”

Caleb’s face froze instantly and he dropped to the ground, barely landing on his feet.

Who is Inna????

I didn’t get to ask. James and Liberty disappeared in a cloud of black fog as Caleb made us leave quickly. Now I’m sitting on the Vatore private plane while Caleb is in another cabin. I can faintly hear him talking to his sister on the phone.

 Who is Inna?!

While they are playing together, Camilia asked if Ivy is sad or not, if she know that Althea is not at home.

Camilia: Ivy, did u know that mum are out off town? Are u sad?

Ivy: huh..( keep on playing with her toy without bothering what her sister talked about)

As soon as they stop playing together, Ivy came down to the garden and she had a conversation with the mushroom.

Ivy: Did u know what mush? Big sis just asked me if I'm sad or not if mum are out off town? (with her sad face and voice)

The mushroom: .................

(wait..did she just call the mushroom, mush? 😂 oh lol)

Ivy: Hahahaha..no no, dad and big big sis are here so I'm not sad.

Le foyer Sympa " Les Sympa semblent être le foyer parfait du moins en apparence. Mary-Sue est bien déterminé à devenir une figure éminente en politique quitte à consacrer tout son temps à cela et laisser son foyer à la dérive. Son mari délaissé, Daniel, a succombé au charme ravageur de sa domestique. Quant aux jumelles, les disputes et actes de rebellions de Lilith bouleverse le clame du foyer. Mary-Sue, découvrira-t-elle la liaison de son mari? Et arrivera-t-elle à clamer le jeu entre ses deux filles pour retrouver le clame dans son foyer? " Mary-Sue Sympa Fille adoptive de Marco et Coraline Rococo, Mary-Sue vécus au sein d'un foyer aimant et loin du besoin. Comme son père avant elle, elle fera de grandes études universitaires pour se lancer plus tard dans une carrière politique. Lors d'un déplacement, elle rencontrera l'homme qui partagera sa vie, Daniel Sympa. Amoureuse elle l'épousera très rapidement sans le consentement de ses parents qui n'appréciait que peut le jeune homme, ne le trouvant pas assez bien pour leur fille. De leur amour, viendront deux jumelles Angela et Lilith Sympa. Aujourd'hui Mary-Sue, est plus proche que jamais d'atteindre ses rêves de gloire dans la sphère politique, mais la discorde continuelle de ses filles et la liaison secret de son mari pourrait tout faire basculer. Daniel Sympa Fils de Jeff Sympa, Daniel vécu dans un foyer modeste avec pour seul souvenir de son enfance un père alcoolique rêvant de marcher sur Mars. Il quittera son foyer à 18 ans avec sa sœur, Jennifer Deschamps, pour s'éloigner de son père et de l'alcool qui pourrisait sa vie. Lors d'une sortie au restaurant avec sa sœur, pour fêter sa majorité, il tomba sur le charme d'une femme du nom de Mary-Sue. Ils étaient bien différents, elle rêvait grand avec que lui ne souhaitait que quelque chose de petit et simple. Mais le charme de cette femme déterminé était irrésistible. Après plusieurs années, un mariage heureux, la naissance de deux petites filles, la flamme commencent à s'éteindre. La solitude s'empare de Daniel, sa femme est de moins en moins à la maison accaparé par son travail. Ses filles sont aussi peut présente, occupé à penser à leur avenir et à leur petit amis. Alors quand sa nouvelle domestique, Kérine Hébert, poussa la porte de son foyer, Daniel ne put y résister. Il c'est que s'amouracher de sa sulfureuse domestiques métrait à mal son foyer mais la solitude était pour lui bien pire.  Angela Sympa Fille de Daniel et Mary-Sue Sympa, Angela est une jeune fille brillante et aimée de tous. Elle excelle dans toutes les matières et même le pom pom sim ne semble être difficile pour elle. Mais sa récente relation avec Kévin Hasseck le voyou du coin l'éloignera-t-elle de son glorieux avenir? Lilith Sympa Fille de Daniel et Mary-Sue Sympa, Lilith est la deuxième fille de la famille, née seulement 3 min 45 secondes après sa sœur Angela. Jusqu'à aujourd'hui, elle garde en elle un profond ressentiment pour ses parents, car ils se sont toujours plus intéressés à la brillante Angela qu'à la banal Lilith. Alors tout est sujet de dispute avec son foyer comme: son style, ses tatouages ou même sa relation avec Dirk Dourève. Arrivera-t-elle un jour à se réconcilier avec son foyer? Note de l'artiste: J'espère que ce premier relooking vous a plus. (est ce que l'un de vous avez vu l'indice dans le post précédant?) C'était un peut long mais je voulais présenter ma version des Sympa avec leurs espoirs, leurs conflits... J'ai utilisé les poses de @lou-from-moonwood, de @nell-le et de @helgatishaccreblog pour mon photo montage. Je me suis aussi inspiré des relookings de @sundaymorningsims4 pour faire les miens.
