I’m rewatching The Living and the Dead (dir. Simon Rumley, 2006) and I don’t think I’ve ever felt this uncomfortable watching a film. Also, I can’t remember much about it, but judging from what I could read of the plot I’m expecting something similar to Ich seh Ich seh... I’m more and more worried about the poor helpless mother of the protagonist. This is so painful to watch.
