Happy Stairways set

This new set is all about the space under the staircase ! With this new pack, you'll get two new staircases (one with pattern, and one without but with multiple painted colors or natural wood swatches), assorted railing and fences, and a modular shelving system that will go under. You can use both sides as standalone or against the wall, it will work however you place them. Along with it, multiple clutter to fill the shelves or the walls, among with new wallpaper and painted color walls. Everything to make a bright and cheerful staircase area !

Furnitures: 5 modular shelves, stackable to build the perfect understair.

Lighting: Ceramic wall light

Decor: Muddy adult and kid boots, umbrellas in wicker basket, sisal baskets, books (left & right), assorted sisal pattern rug, wall frames, potteries decoration

Plants: A hanging plant, a small fern and a flower vase bouquet.

❗Note: due to the shaders being different, the shelves and the stairs/railing will not be the EXACT same color depending on the swatch/hour of the day. I tried my best to fit them the closest I could... 😌

Crystal Clutters Pack

Heeeey people! Crystal Creations came out (bugged as hell) and I loved these bookcases sooo much but it desperately needed changes, atleast for me. The *dust* two colored wood tones needed to go and it surelly needed the ladder for both sides! And so I did that!

I went even further making more swatches and making two swatches for each wood color, one with a version already with books in and one without anything! And also I made some clutters to put on your new bookcases!

Oh and all items in this pack are Base Game Compatible, so you dont need crystal creations to use this.

Thank you all for your hard work, I take a lot of inspiration from you all. Silent Pines is a base-game only save file inspired by Life is Strange with 3 major worlds, a whole new set of townies, and a complete mystery to solve.

I used S4Studio to rename all the worlds, and I've decorated all the neighbourhoods with T.O.O.L. As I said before, Silent Pines is completely base-game friendly, absolutely no packs or kits are used. There is some custom CC, mainly posters that add to the story. The CC is one package file and adds nothing other than some customisation to the story. It is not required.

For example the missing poster of Cleo Emerson, a girl who disappeared under mysterious circumstances;

Garden Cottage

The fenced cottage offers a beautiful garden with a pond and a small pool house as well as beds for gardening and a car access. The cottage is cozily furnished and has a light-filled living area. The house also has a small conservatory used as a laundry, a kitchen, a guest toilet, a bedroom with a balcony and a baby crib, a toddler bedroom and a bathroom with a freestanding tub and a walk in shower. In the pool house there is another bedroom with a desk and comfortable seating, also on the terrace of the pool house there is a bench and a day bed to relax and enjoy the sun.

i decided to build a tiny studio apartment for a lonely architecture student. she just moved in, so the bedroom is a bit of a mess with all these boxes and bags. there is very little space in the house, so the girl had to leave a bunch of her favorite clothes at her parents' house! but she is not discouraged, counting on a scholarship and hoping to find a little more spacious housing in the future.

when the student gets her things sorted out, the apartment will look much more lively! 💜\

ITALIAN VILLA

Está inspirada en el Castello Dante en Stresa, Italia (Lago Maggiore) Ya está prácticamente terminada, ha quedado espectacular, es imponente, preciosa, enorme, espaciosa, y muuuy lujosa.  En el interior estoy intentando darle ese aire decadente pero aún bien visto, arreglado pero informal, como la villa heredada de generación en generación que es, pero que sigue siendo habitable y con una decoración de revista.

Son 6 plantas totalmente funcionales, tiene biblioteca, salón, comedor, cocina, terrazas, gimnasio, estudios, no se cuántas habitaciones y no se cuántos baños y aseos. ¡¡¡Y todavía queda espacio libre!!!
