CC creators not wanting conversions
Okay so I'm hearing this is going on lately and I just want to say something about it cause it's ridiculous bullshit. When the sims 4 first came out and there was no cc for it, you know what the first thing sims 4 creators did? They converted cc from the sims 3 over to the sims 4 and a lot of it was Newseasims hairs! Did most of you ask Newseasims if you could convert the hairs over to sims 4 or did you just do it anyway? I bet you just did it anyway. The point is converting items from sims 3, 2, or 4 takes nothing from you, it's still available for whatever game it was created for it and it' still within the sims. This is in the EA Policy, we don't have to ask you for permission to convert, reupload, share, change, remodel etc. so sims 4 creators who keep harassing people about conversions or shared cc need to stop. Unless you own the sims, no one has to ask you permission for anything involving this game and that includes converting/sharing content.
If you want to have full rights to your content, then by all means go over to second life where you have full control over who uploads or shares. I'm 31 years damn old, DO NOT message me about cc being converted, cause your ass is going to get ignored or it's just going to make me convert more of your content out of pettiness. Most of you still don't follow the 2 to 3 week rule for release on your content, I know when half of your shit is from second life or downloaded off some 3d site and put behind paywall. So please don't even bother. You guys take this shit way to seriously and it's annoying. it's a bunch of 1s and 0s and you're freaking out cause someone converted some pants over to sims 3..get real. Anyway the one thing I will still continue to do is give credit and never place behind a paywall...that's it. That's all you're getting from me..anyway good talk. So guys keep sharing and converting if that's what you want to do, don't let people bully you over a game.

[birds chirping]
[incessant squabbling]
Oscar: Guys-.. GUYS!
Wren: He started it!
[Byrd resisted Oscar’s attempts to wrestle him away from Wren, squirming out of his grasp like a victorious Houdini]
[Wren instantly forgot her quarrel with her brother and squealed with amusement as she chomped Oscar’s finger]
Oscar: Oi, what’ve I told you about biting?! I’d be done by now if you’d just simmer down. Why can’t you be more like-…
[Oscar immediately swallowed his words, thrown into a decade’s old world full of doubt and resentment. Robin tugged Wren away from Byrd in a bid to diffuse the situation, watching his father with trepidation]
Byrd: Like what?!
Oscar: I didn’t mean that.
Wren: Mean what?
Oscar: Nothing, I just-.. I lost my temper. Forget about it.
Wren: [whispering] Why’s papa being weird?
[Robin shrugged, squeezing Wren’s hand; there wasn’t much point explaining Oscar’s sudden shift in behaviour]
Oscar: You’re all absolutely perfect, but I really need to finish this before we can play.. gimmie half an hour, okay?
Byrd: But-…
Robin: C’mon, let’s explore.. setting up tents is boring anyway.
Wren: Byrd’s boring.
…
[footsteps]
Robin: You’re not like them.
Oscar: What?
Robin: Grandma and grandpa, you’re not the same.
Oscar: Maybe it’s inevitable, ending up like our parents.
Robin: Only bits n’ pieces, I reckon.
[Oscar chuckled warmly, throwing his arm around Robin]
Oscar: You’re like a wise lil’ old man sometimes, y’know that?
Robin: Is that bad..?
Oscar: There’s nothing bad about you.

First and last episode of Silvia uses her degree on tumblr:
✨ Steve's house is ugly as fuck ✨
You might see this picture and think "what are you on about? it's not so bad!!" and I would agree with you, since the pool, the lights and the huge windows on the ground floor are doing the most at making this house look very nice and expensive.
But then, I saw this
this is the front of the house... THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE! THIS FLAT MF WITH THE MOST BASIC ASS WINDOWS IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE FIRST THING EVERYONE SEES???
And like, I know this is season 1, they were on a budget and this house isn't as important as the Wheelers or the Byers but I have an hyperfixation on Steve Harrington so I simply cannot let this one slide.
There are a lot of things that bother me about this house: the flatness of this entrance (seriously, never heard of a porch???), those boring windows, the fact that the house is basic but then you have that expensive-looking front door and those huge windows in front of the pool?? it seems as if they merged two houses together???
Now, I know we all joke about Steve having a lot of spare bedrooms but like, this house is huge???
LOOK AT THIS? is this really a suitable home for three people? You could fit all Hawkins after the earthquake in here, jc. They actually do have 400 spare bedrooms.
But then I realized, half of this is actually empty.
This is the best part of the house, let's be fucking honest. Finally some rich features in here. But also, this means that half the house doesn't have a second floor but just a huge living space on the ground floor with a double high which is very rich of you Harringtons, wasting half of the second floor just for the sake of aesthetic.
(Also, that exposed wood roof is gorgeous but the color... meh.)
At this point you might think that this house isn't actually that bad.. let me remind you that this house contains this room:
I rest my case.
