And on to the Pleasantview lots! First lot i wanted to show you guys was the first lot i made for pleasantview. Woodland park! Took some more creative liberty with this build and added a bit more things for your sims to do like a small playground, whising well and a bench for lovers to sit on while on a date! The whole lot is cc free and i play tested it and everything including the bridge is functional!

Stardew Bus Stop

My interpretation of the bus stop from Stardew Valley. Built for the Elixirs & Brews lot in Glimmerbrook. Part of my build series creating an entire Stardew Valley save. I turned the bus stop into a functional park so it’ll be somewhere your sims may actually want to visit in game. Check out my gallery for more SDV builds & households.

#SimsPark is in #Coonoor, #TheNilgiris, #TamilNadu. It is an important tourist place to visit in Coonoor, at a height of 1780 meters above mean sea level. Here the maximum temperature goes up to 30 degree Celsius and the minimum falls to 5 °C. The average rain fall of this garden is 150 cm. It extends over an area of 12 hectares of undulating land and possesses a number of natural advantages. This is an unusual park-cum-botanical garden that was developed around the natural contours of the land more than a hundred years ago by Mr. J.D. Sims and Major Murray in the year of 1874. Naturally occurring trees, shrubs and creepers are in the park as are many unusual species of plants that have been brought in from a variety of places around the world. The main event in this park is an annual fruit show and vegetable show held in May. This is a natural garden. Inside the park there are some beautiful terrace with colorful flower beds, lawns and rockeries also there are some Naturally occurring trees, shrubs, creepers and many unusual species of plants that have been brought from a variety of places around the world. The garden as some rare economic trees like Rudraksh- bead tree, Cinnamomum, Queensland karry pine, a handsome ornamental tree and graceful trees like Araucaria, Quercus, Phoenix, Magnolia, Pine, Turpentine, Tree ferns, Camellia this is all are as many attractions in this park. There is a glass house housing different ornamental plants and flowers. On the other side of the park rose garden are maintained. Blue-Capped Rock Thrush

Sim’s Park, Coonoor, Tamilnadu, India The male has a blue head, chin and throat. The upper parts are blue and black. The rump and underparts are chestnut brown. There is a white patch on the wing that is visible during flight. The female bird is brown with a brown and white underside.

An Evening of Great Jazz by Shawn Brown at Sims Park December 15

The Shawn Brown Band will perform at Sims Park (6431 Bank Street) from 7-8:30pm, with opening acts from Mullins Music School on Saturday, December 15, 2018. Back by popular demand, The Shawn Brown Band will be bringing their smooth jazz and R&B sounds to Sims Park on December 15th from 7-8:30pm and introduce to the community students of jazz from Mullins Music from 6-7:00pm. The entire community is encouraged to come early to show support for the young local talent showcased from 6-7pm, and then enjoy a live performance by one of the top jazz musicians in the Tampa Bay area! Presented by The City of New Port Richey Parks and Recreation, the Shawn Brown Band has been entertaining audiences all over the United States with their smooth Jazz sounds for over 30 years. “Shawn began playing the piano at the young age of 3 years old and then became the organist, accompanying his mother for their church at 8 years old, which began his musical journey.  Through his Dear Sir or Madam, adolescent years he continued to play at his church until he moved to Tampa Florida.” Shawn then began a career with multiple national entertainers, such as Percy Sledge, Al Green, Earth Wind and Fire, Clarence Carter, Little Milton, Rudy Raymore (Dolamite) , BB King, Keith Sweat, Roger and Zapp, Stephanie Mills, Alexander O’Neil, and Eddy Money, to name a few.
