“Sweetness, key to my heart.” Sirius sidles up to you on the edge of your bed, holding a pair of silver socks in his hand. “Wanna wear these ones today?”

You hold up the balled socks you’ve already chosen. “I was gonna wear these blue ones,” you say. 

He purses his lips. “I just don’t think those are the way to go.” 

“But these have bows,” you say bemusedly. “I thought you like ones with bows.” 

Sirius opens his mouth to say something, but before he can, he’s hit with a balled-up shirt. 

“Oi!” He looks around, and James, shirtless, looks too. “Did you just throw a shirt at me?” 

“Of course not,” James says. “But actually, would you mind tossing it back?” Sirius does, clearly aiming for his head. James snatches it from the air with ease. “Anyway, don’t listen to him, angel. He's just being a prick because he wants you to match his shirt.” 

You look over, and Sirius is indeed wearing a gray shirt that would go well with your silver ruffle socks. Both of them rather complement his eyes, actually. 

“You’re welcome to wear them, Siri,” you offer. 

Sirius pouts, albeit fondly. “S’more fun when we’re matching,” he whines. 

You soften, more so when he sets his head on your shoulder, sighing pitifully. “Okay,” you say, smiling when he perks up instantly, “I don’t have any gray tops, but if you lend me one of yours I can wear the socks and we’ll match.” 

“Dove,” Remus moans as Sirius kisses you happily on the cheek, springing up to go look in the closet. “You give in so easily.” 

“Yeah, you can’t!” James says, and you notice that the shirt he’s put on is blue to match yours. 

"Aww," you say.

“Aww,” Sirius mocks, smirking at James as he brings you his shirt. You hesitate, and he tugs at the hem of your top, trying to bring it over your head. 

James smacks at his hands—“don’t undress her, you pervert”—as Remus makes a sound of agitation that you suspect covers amusement, beginning to dig through his side of the closet. 

You’re laughing, having succeeded in keeping your top on only for Sirius to start trying to wrestle his favored pair of socks onto your feet, when Remus returns, one of his sweaters in hand. 

“Alright, enough.” He rolls his eyes, passing the sweater to James. “There, now she and Sirius can match, and you and I can match. Sound fair?” 

James lights up, and Sirius huffs, hauling your foot up against his chest possessively. “Fine. I see the way it is, Moony.” 

“I’ll change into your shirt,” you promise, wriggling in his hold, “but if you hold onto my foot a second longer, I’ll never be able to look at you again.” 

You make a horrified sound as Sirius grips your foot tighter, pressing an obstinate kiss to the side of your ankle, before releasing you. “Alright, lovely, put those pretty socks on.” 

“Don’t have any that are gray and with bows, do you?” Remus asks. You look at him, and he shrugs. “What? I like the ones with bows too.”

Okkkk so half canon compliant walphemia au

So walphemia we’re together in hogwarts but at the start of sixth year Bugs and Orion learn that they were going to get married after graduation but Wally wanted to keep it a secret (yk bc of Effie) so they did. after graduation they just both ghosted everyone and get married. (bc they thought it would less hurt that way) Monty, Lyall and Effie learned it in the daily prophet. And they were really chocked and felt betrayed mostly Effie.

So years pass Effie falls in love w/ Monty and Lyall w/ Hope (lyall and monty were tgthr n had an healthy brake up) so eventually James and Remus came in the picture so does Sirius and Regulus on the other side. the kids go to hogwarts they met and befriended (BUGS IS A GOOD MOM) so when Sirius went to Potters for the first time Effie was so chocked she almost cried so did Wally when she met James. They both eventually find a way to not see each other bc they knew they wouldn’t be able to handle it.

Years pass (again) and jegulus/wolfstar eventually happen. AND that’s at one of the wedding that Walburga and Euphemia met again for the first time after years (26 maybe) and yk they’re not in love anymore…but they still hold a big place in each other’s heart. So they just befriended again and became besties !!!! (total menace duo)

So in the end Harry and Ted got to grow up with they’re grandmas Gigi and Fifi

bc ok Harry as jegulus or even rosestarkillerchaser kid awesome and the name Harry as nothing specific to do w/ lily so it’s alright and it’s cute

luna as pandalily same nothing special to Xenophilius….. I think, tell me if I’m wrong tho

so why did the whole fandom decided to keep Ted as his name like it’s literally Tonk’s dad’s name so why !! bc if he’s wolfstar’s and tonk isn’t in the picture….????? It does not make sense to me !!!!

I’ve finallllyyy had time to catch up on Making Ghost, and it’s lovely so far!!! LOVE THE NEW CHAPTER Sirius&James angst is DEVESTATINNGGG!!! But Jegulus being domestic <3. The hand holding <333333. James being a menace <3333333 and Reg being a menace <33333, everything about them is lovely!!! ALSO REG GETTING THE CHOCOLATE CEREAL FOR SIRIUS!!! and James defending his man in the live!!!!! Also Sirius and Regulus dynamic <\3, love sibling dynamics and theirs is so sad :(. I just wanna give em a hug!!

THIS MADE ME GIGGLE AND KICK MY FEET i'm so so so very happy ur liking the fic so far and that u enjoyed last chapter <333 thank u darling <333

I AGREE writing sirius and james fighting can be very fun sometimes but . in this case . it's kinda breaking my heart (it's only gonna get worse.. then better.. then the actual Worst.. and then better again..)

ch 9 was sooooo jeggy focused and i had a blast writing all their scenes <333 THE HANDHOLDING IS SO SPECIAL TO ME THEY'RE SO CUTE and they're both such menaces too, they want each other so bad

reg getting sirius' fav cereal was one of the first ideas i had while i was planning the story like . just him still remembering this sort of stuff about his brother, even after 11 years of no contact, and buying it for him as a reflex </3 they're so devastating in this fic i swear..

JAMES DEFENDING HIS MAN HELL YEAH it's a very complicated situation, so i literally can't take sides bc i understand all of them HOWEVER it's kind of a relief to have someone in reg's corner when it comes to . sirius and his friends u know . bc rn they're basically the anti reg squad😭

i'll give them a hug from u nonnie (even if it's against their will) bc they definitely need it.. but same, my favourite part of making ghosts is the black brothers and their dynamic and how much they still care about each other but at the same time . can't help but be filled with resentment when they look at the other </3
