When I first saw these too never did I think one would betrayed the other when I first saw the ending my heart broke I was literally in a state of shock 😭

So, at the end of LN2, Six drops Mono. This restarts the loop, and causes Mono to become the Thin Man.

But what if Six didn't mean to drop Mono? After all, she'd just gone through a very horrific transformation, and was probably very tired and in pain.

So, who's to say it was on purpose? Who's to say that she hasn't spent Every Moment Since just wishing she had been a little stronger?

I just find it interesting, is all

thinking about how mono canonically had a crush on six in LN2 which means he, not only, got stuck in a time loop forever when six dropped him, but had to live in that time loop forever knowing that the person he trusted and cared for the most ends up betraying him

Fic Summary: When Six and Mono meet for the first time in the Hunter's cabin, they decide to work together to escape the forest, however they will stick together for much longer than they intially expected, and might become friends in the process.

Chapter Summary: Six and Mono arrive to a city with tall, grey buildings.

Warnings: None for this chapter specifically.

Notes: This fic will go through pretty much all of the second game, along with some extra scenes. So expect a lot of angst and sweet moments between the pair of kids.

Sorry for taking so long! I had a bit of writer's block, but I'm better now.
