They're not related by blood you know... How is that kind of shipping disgusting in anyway if one does not think of them as brother and sister since oh, you know? They're not actual siblings! The only thing that's closest to them being siblings is Bruce adopting them and he isn't even their biological dad. I don't personally ship them fyi, but I just don't understand what is not right about him into her or vice versa if they are not related by blood?

I sincerely hope you do read the comics and I'm not saying for sure or if it's even a fact that they're into each other cuz you can never be so certain, but the hint is there. Fandom can be fun and enjoyable but sometimes maybe you're just forcing yourself into the headcanon that they're something like blood brother and sister which is not true at all. They're simply close in age, are colleagues in the comics and even if the relationship was retconned later on, it was still a thing written by DC so idk, it's official?! Like okay, maybe by that logic you implied right there, shouldn't Steph and Cass be siblings too, since Steph is literally Robin no.4 or do gods forbid them to be like siblings since they're quite often shipped together and they're best friends? Yeah I just don't understand what you're trying to tell me here.

Though the reason I don't ship them is because the idea of Cass dating her best friend's boyfriend just doesn't sit right with me but that doesn't mean it wasn't implied she might have been into guys too. And admittedly, I haven't caught up on Cass and Kon so I still have a lot of reading to do.

Okay, since you've asked, first off: Batgirl #18, their first platonic interaction after No Man's land.

Then secondly, War Games and Identity Crisis, Tim losing Steph and his father, Cass losing her best friend, and so they bonded over mutual trauma and loss. And they bonded in Batgirl/Robin: Fresh Blood.

Like come on, are you really gonna tell me I'm problematic when the comics do be drawing them interacting like this? If this isn't enough then I dunno, maybe you should spend more time researching on each of their interactions, or take time to read the comics then go back and tell me what is wrong with everything I said, honestly. And yes, I will read up on Cass and Kon to see more, but you really need to understand that the batfam is a found family and not strictly related by blood, except for the case of Damian, so let people ship whatever they want, even if it's not your thing, because they. are. not .related. by. blood!

Questions - Spirit Box Radio

I ADORE Spirit Box Radio! I just finished and am in the process of making some fanart and updating the wiki atm and so I'm doing a re-listen before moving on to other Hanging Sloth stuff. But I just finished listening to the episodes where Eira is going back through the show and if he's looking for questions to answer I thought I'd put this out there. I'll keep adding to this as I go through the show again or till they finish doing his retrospective. With my ADHD nothing sinks in all the way the first time so I'll definitly think of more as I go.

I can't recommend this show enough. Especially if complicated and realistic sibling dynamics are near and dear to your heart like me. it's beautiful, my room mates were concerned because I was crying listening to it.

Is Oliver human now? Or was he just that way in the pocket dimension Sam created? Same for Kitty and Indi?

Is Sam going to get a regular job now or live off Oliver's wealth?

Not a question but I really adore how complicated the sibling dynamics are. Like it says something that Kitty has a less complicated relationship with the person who was involved in killing her brother.

You said Spirit Box Radio was originally conceived as a book. Would you ever give releasing it as a book another go?

In the mid season 1 Q&A you said that to figure out the characters you think about their likes and interests. Is there anything like that that didn't make it into the podcast?

5.Time: Time is a bitch. One minute, I'm drawing and making comics, maybe even writing a story, but then when I look at the clock, fucking three hours have past by and I’m sitting there like: “. . . What?!”

7.Favorite Band: Honestly, I don’t have a favorite. I’m the kind of person who just listens to songs and if I like it, I’ll listen to it on repeat until I get tired of it. Or sometimes, I find a song on YouTube that I’m not familiar with and listen to that.

23.Instruments: I use to be a percussionist back in 6th grade through 9th. I wasn’t very good and didn’t enjoy it as must as I use to, so I ended up switching over to technical theater. I am currently the prop master for a fall play my school is putting on.

25.How Many Blankets Do I Sleep With: When it’s a decent temperature, I sleep with one blanket, but in the winter, I sleep with at least seven blankets.

Tim and Dick have a brotherly connection that’s sibling like to me, but people still ship then, and how is that incest if they're still not blood related. I don't like that bc of the age gap but that's okay, it's their preference and it's a bit weird but it's not pedophilia, the age gap might be big but have you seen this guy called Leonardo di Caprio? Why not make a hate post about him for the exact same reason bc he’s a real guy who dates girls half his age. But Bruce? The damn Bat with the boys? Wow dude, you're better than this, why do you have to try to prove your point so badly by accussing me of supporting pedophilia when I have explitcitly stated on my pinned post that the one thing I hate the most is pedophilia? Did you not read my post carefully? I said Tim and Cass were close in age, and the fact that they met when they're teenagers, and even if Bruce had legally adopted Cass (Tim has his own family whatchu on about) doesn't make them blood siblings. And the comics themselves show that, I elaborated on everything you needed to know and after everything, you just need a reason to hate on someone you virtually don't know and to be honest, to accuse someone of being pro-pedo when the one thing they despise the most is pedophilia just to prove a point is kind of low. I stated what needed to be said and will not be replying to further anonymous asks you're giving me, it feels like a waste of time when you still don't understand what I want to say after that wall of text and still try to police what I don't agree with you into something as sick as pedophilia.
