Name: Casey (THEY NAME HIM AFTER CASSANDRA, AND I'M SOBBING IN THIS CHILI'S TONIGHT--)

Gender: Male

General Appearance: Has Dakota's hair color, but the texture is more like Nel's. Boy has bed head for days in the morning, and not in the fun way. Nel's eye color, but the shape of his eyes, his mouth, his nose...a lot of that is Dakota. He also ended up with Dakota height, and by the time he's about 17 like in the picture, he's probably like 6'2" or 6'3". Dwarfs his poor mama Nel by an entire foot, but that's okay, she doesn't mind it because he's always quick to bend down and give her a hello kiss on the cheek when he comes home from school.

Personality: Listen, he may be a good little gentleman for his moms (and for Joey and Lera), but Cas is a delinquent with most other people. Skipping out on classes, getting into fights, stealing, vandalism, racing on his motorcycle late at night...he's kind of done a little bit of everything. He's smart too though, so he's dang good at covering up his tracks, and then hitting whoever is accusing him of doing the bad thing with the most smug little "What? Me? Noooo! You can't prove it, can you?" routine in the world. Still, a lot of the other kids at school trust him, more often than not (he's also just generally popular because he's pretty). If he says he'll help with something, he'll help. Homework, a ride home, someone to beat up that kid that's been bullying them, keeping a secret, cheating on a test, whatever. If he says he's got you, he's got you. Very loyal and trustworthy.

Special Talents: He can interact with spirits and the like, due to being half Reaper. He likes to use it as a little parlor trick at parties and stuff-- attracting a harmless spirit, and having it mess around with things like oujia boards, or blow out candles, or rattle doors and stuff. It's a big hit, and he gets a kick out of it when he manages to scare someone that says they don't scare easy. He's actually done this since he was a kid, at sleepovers and stuff.

Who they like better: Honestly, I feel like he really, really looks up to Joseph. He adores both of his moms, but he thinks Joey is the coolest...which is probably a little concerning, and also why he acts all rough and "scary", sometimes.

Who they take after more: Nel and Dakota are alike in a lot of ways, so I feel like he can't really take after one more than the other? I definitely feel like he generally has that kind of intimidating and sassy "...You wanna run that by me again?" vibe that Dakota can get, though.

Personal Head canon: Gets his eyesight from Nel. Used to wear contacts, but they irritated his eyes, so he usually just wears his glasses, instead. Too scared to actually go in somewhere and get his eyesight fixed. And an extra one because that one was little, but he went out and got his tattoo with a fake license when he turned 17. Nel was ready to ground him for eternity when she noticed it a couple weeks later, when the collar of his shirt rode down without him realizing it.
