Hello! I decided to do a research presentation on the "cannibalism" tag and it's relations to the MCYT communities on AO3! I looked into time frames, overall fandom data, individual character data and made a hopefully coherent conclusion on the information I gathered. I will be posting a link to my very messy excel file where I stored the base information via reblog, so check the notes.

I used canva for the statistics graphs and indesign to put this together... And a big big thank you and a shout out to my very good friend @theslyvoid9 who made 99% of the drawings used in this presentation and who also helped me look up data!!!

I hope you enjoy this little project of ours! Also please remember that this was made in pure fun, so please don't be rude to anyone. If there are typos or weird number errors, or if we missed out on some SMPs I am very sorry ^_^

Me and my friends started our search for this fic in 2021. It is now 2024, and we have finally found our white whale, courtesy of an anonymous user who sent me a document containing the full text of this work.

SMPRonpa is both a highly controversial and incredibly impactful piece of fanfiction in regards to how the MCYT fandom would evolve in the years past. While the author buried it due to harassment, I believe preserving it is important as it is a huge part of MCYT fandom history. I hope that sharing this finding will help demystify the fic and some of the misconceptions about its content.

poke's original skin was this guy, the homa! he's an mc skin rendition of this meme edit that blew up back in the mid-late 2010's

throughout the years, he's added countless accessories and outfits and other little defining traits from other characters, but most notably of those are a dbz style gi, a full on solid snake cosplay at one point, an infinity gauntlet (as was customary of 2019 minecraft skins)

thus, with those powers combined the hoba was born! look at he look at how silly he is behold the him

the hoba has 2 whole refs of his original design over the years! (by hepphast and osidinum on twitter respectively)

...but sadly no full ref for the new design :( we DO have these pieces though! which are very cool! (also all by isabel lol)

Smpronpa being brought back and creators just saying “yeah lol we didn’t care it was just that guy” is so vindicating it feels like the world is healing!! Like. If you weren’t even in the smplive fandom but into mcyt at the time you probably still heard about the discourse surrounding it but it’s BACK!!! And we all love it!!!! Like we always did!!!! It was just that one guy who fucked it up!!! And caused a whole witch hunt about it!!! It may seem silly to care about this but holy shit being there in the trenches when everything happened was an experience to say the least.

He knows rents reasonable where you are, and he knows that your job pays well, but what if you accidentally turn the gas on for the water heater up and your bill is crazy expensive?

His companies are already making him thousands upon millions, so why shouldn't he share the wealth with the person he adores?

Buys tickets to all your favorite concerts because sometimes (always) you look pretty in the multicolored lights

He frames the concert pass-band with a Polaroid of you stealing his drink because when he's a bit too drunk and it's a bit too late, he can allow himself to think that you're in his arms instead of his pillow, or that you're next to him and not someone who vaguely resembled you at the bar

He keeps all the Polaroids he takes of you, but has one that's specifically his favorite

It's a Polaroid of him and you at the camping trip, and you're thrown over his shoulder as you drag a tree branch behind him

He'd be such a sweet boyfriend

All the head kisses you could ever want

As a fairly tall person, he has definitely experienced the sleeve problem where long sleeves are never long enough

This causes him to have to buy overly large sweatshirts or hoodies

Any time he gets a new one, you get the old one, so your closet is filled with hoodies and sweatshirts

For dates where you guys go out, he'd take you to the movies, to county faires, really any 'cheesy romcom' date place

But a favorite is having Mexican every Friday together

It's something to look forward too at the end of the week

Once you guys are dating, he'll get you more than just rocks as souvenirs

Usually a hoodie that he got from wherever he went

He stayed in your tent during the camping video

He really just sat in there and stayed up to make sure you were safe

Labels Schlatt and Co. as a 'Family Owned Business' because you guys are gonna be married to each other because you're soulmates destined to be together forever (his (drunken) words) so why not

The matching concert bracelets in the frame got moved to his bedside table so he can look at it each night

Yes, everyone teases him about the drunken rants of how much he loves you and how perfect your wedding will be, but it's sweet the way he describes it
