haven't seen anyone talking about it yet, but Monty the crow is literally Smurfette (or even Vexy for my smurfs movies lovers).
his storyline is practically the same with some minor changes.
and here is the evidence, if you even need it.
my first point: both created (intentionally attractive) by an evil witch/wizard
second point: both were forced by the evil witchzards to gain the good guys trust
(Vexy for this cuz i love her)
point three: both were forced to lure the good guys into a trap
point the fourth: both failed by getting feelings for the good guys (platonic or romantic)
and like they are one and the same, as you can see
thank you for listening to my ted talk, and good morning/day/evening/night

Dear God, Barbieland and the Barbies are like Smurf Village and the smurfs but real-sized, using she/her pronouns, and pink. Stereotypical Barbie? Weird Barbie? Papa Smurf? Hefty Smurf? Same thing!

There is something to be said about the mythos of Narcissus, the nymph Echo, and self-love in correlation to the story of Alan Wake but I am not yet educated or eloquent enough to put it into words

So I've seen the Trailer for the Upcoming Smurfs game, "Prisoner of The Green Stone" and I gotta ask
But how in the heck is no one ever talking much about on how that Smurfs is literally touching on Demonology starting with one of the Demons from the Ars Goetia lore?
Damn, adding a Demon in a literal Popular Children's franchise is one thing something that's for sure, what a strange world we live in.

i love how awkward this shot is every time there's something about the proportions of it all that makes it look like he's trapped in an oversized box
