so turnz out it did lose weight i am at 76.1 kg liek i hav wanted 2 thiz month, idk how even though i ate liek a big meal 4 lunch on my bday and had treatz more than once a day the last two dayz and i somehow lost weight??

idk how much i will lose thiz year and if i will be happy abt it but it can be better so ig eating normally doez help i alwayz thought it will make me fatter and more hidiouz, still won't enjoy restaurant visitz though or eat in public unless i hav 2, only cheat day iz when body forcez me 2 once a month but itz fine ig, az long i stay hydrated me and my water 1.2litre cup against body fat fr

idk if i will get my goal of 70kg thiz year so i wont be fat next summer but ig i can work harder

would even be happy with liek 72-73kg
