i always forget i have Healthcare System Anxiety until i have to interact with The Healthcare System and immediately just start screaming internally for days

#my mom obliterated her bones and the pre-surgery surgery post-surgery experience. the ER situation. moving 2 the woods #this is a vent post i forget my complaining tag #waited 30 mins for an ambulance & when we called back they were like ''yeah it hasnt been assigned to anyone & might be hours''#so i drove her to the ER with a migraine & ran over some pylons (cool).#stuck in the ER for 9 hours. took 4 hours for anyone to give her any kind of pain management. i caught covid #was supposed to get a call when she was out of her 2 hrs max surgery. was told i could call if i hadn't heard anything #5 hours later i called and was transferred 6 times - told she had been discharged - told she had never been registered at that hospital -#yelled at by a nurse for asking for patient information - eventually got the right department and was told oh yeah sorry she's in recovery #was supposed to find out if she could come home or not in 30 mins. 3 hours later theyre like OK come get her #i show up and the doors to that wing are. locked? and no one's there to unlock them?#apparently i was supposed to pick up the wall phone? and call a code they hadn't given me? spent 30 mins getting help from other department #to GET THEM TO OPEN THE DOORS. FREE HER RELEASE HER #finally i get in and she's OK SHES FINE except morphine doesn't work on her so that's. fine. bodies are good to have #we have reached shrimp colours levels of anxiety i am a walking talking stress migraine but she's doing ok. but holy fuck #kayvswords #also like she's black and all of her nurses and doctors have been white so feeling normal about all of it all around

he feels like he's going to go crazy. everyone can notice, too; his coworkers have been slowly watching him lose focus, he can hear them murmuring amongst themselves whenever he leaves work early for the tenth time. if he spends one more second without you, without being able to make sure you're safe, he's really going to lose it. out of everyone, nothing can happen to you. nothing at all.

aki isn't forceful. he'd never hurt you, or anyone close to you. but he's a little too pushy about getting you to stay with him, and a little too quick to ask you to move in. he tells you that you should quit your job, you should be with him, he can take care of you, you don't need anything else. you don't understand where any of this is coming from, and that's okay. aki wouldn't expect you to understand. you don't have to love him back. you just have to accept that you're his.

#its a neat little machine i wish our labs using it worked right #okay so we show up and the door is locked. great start #then were instructed on how to do the lab but turns out we dont have enough materials to do it that way #so we make another plan #but then we find some more of the buffer we need so we go back to plan one #but the materials must be old and inactive or something bc none of them are working #our control is supposed to be clear. its brown. professor takes it to fix it. she gives it back. its worse #oops we ran out of sodium hydrosulfite #all of the fume hoods are going off?? we werent even using the fume hoods??#its been an hour #the spec 20 still isnt warmed up #half of the class says tubes 2-4 will take thirty minutes total. other half says itll take 3 hours bc you have to do them one by one #everyone gives up #including professor #dry lab assigned #😭#snowys talking again

I dont need these things but i wanna get those like finger pulse oxygen readers and the like blood pressure wrist cuffs. I dont need them i go to dr appts all the time and ive never had issues but like all of a sudden i feel like i really need them and i need to know these stats daily

#we technically have a blood pressure cuff my mom wanted one and then we kept it around before we knew i had sezuires cause we #were worried cause id just have episodes and nearly black out so my dad had me check it a lot #but its the arm one and i dont know how to use it #also ive been like worried a lot lately abt getting seziures which idk why cause theyve been very controlled for like year n half 2yrs now #so theres no reason i should be concerned but i am and i think taking my vitals everyday would make me feel much better #cause like nevermind the fact i havent had a deep breath in like 5 years and im constantly lifting like many many pounds of stuff #all at once all day long and like getting a workout essentially my slightly elevated heart rate means im just gonna like #drop to the floor n black out or like explode or something like theres no reason i need to be taking my pulse like 10 times a day #but it makes me feel better and i will give into that #much like spraying my house with lysol constantly or having to do my door lock routine like 3 times a night it makes me feel better #and i will totally give into that #like thats relatively normal i feel like #i wore a watch for like 2 months straight cause in my mind that was the only thing preventing nuclear war and like i dont wear watches #like that but alas i had to cause im built different (incorrectly) and it was my job to prevent nuclear war #wow im so normal about everything

okay but what's the average lifecycle of a typical tynamo→eelektross look like? they (at least appear to) start out as tynamo in chargestone cave, but their evolved forms seem absent from the environment. do they migrate as they evolve? what makes them so rare in what seems to be the only place the species is endemic to? where do their different stages fit into the food web? what do they eat as they grow? what eats *them*? would they be cannibalistic? are the young parasitic? are there mons (and a few concerned lost trainers) wandering around with circular wounds but otherwise unharmed, ala lamprey/cookiecutter shark? do eelektrik and eventually eelektross move out towards the ocean or rivers, only rarely returning to breed, or do they sink deeper into the depths of the caves where the water pools deep?

look im pretty sure im at least mildly sick at this point but suddenly this is the worldbuilding i NEED to think about right now immediately

i audibly sniffle when i’m upset (a mannerism learned from emotional neglect as a child) and still to this day the only person who ever rly noticed the extent of that action was my first boyfriend (he is so autistic) it took him no time to realise that every time i made that specific noise i was upset and wanted someone to notice that.. even when i’d do it subconsciously he would ask me if i was alright. no member of my family no lovers after him have ever caught on to it at all. anyway i think everyone should be way more autistic.

I have a general rule where i won't leave negative reviews for delivery drivers and shit but holy FUCK it is taking every ounce of my self control not to rn

#bro is over an hour late (partially on the restaurant I think but still). doesn't read the delivery instructions. goes to the wrong building #calls me and yells at me abt where am I etc. even after I explicitly state Again exactly where my building is.#and instead of following my clear instructions and driving like 4 blocks. he FORCES ME TO WALK TO HIM. EVEN AFTER I SAY I CANT WALK.#like. I said Multiple Times to this bastard EXACTLY where to go and that I can't walk that far. and he just keeps saying 'u need to #walk to me or else. I can't find u'. and like dude was pissed.#I'm not even explaining this properly dude it was SO bad I'm fucking fuming #and to top it all off all the building doors are locked for some reason? so I got locked out. had to b let in by a stranger. and then #the wheelchair doors (which I have to use bcuz I'm not strong enough to open them) were taped shut and I had to break the tape to get in.#I'm like unironically 3 seconds away from killing myself dude what the actual fuck #armchair speaks
